From ... to Mapham (Lake Manasarovar). Having become sick and died. Even if a ransom is made by establishing a vase ritual, And the arrogant one's triple life empowerment. Even if it seems like a rough ransom was made, In reality, he has no life, Because the prophecy that he will die this year, Appeared since summer. Thinking that those things were not wrong, There isn't even a bit of regret. Remembering it myself, I said one thing. May there be auspiciousness! Homage to Shakyamuni! The all-knowing Bhagavan. I prostrate to the chief of the Shakya clan! The supreme guide, the powerful one with a net of light, From the dull-witted who follow faith, The sharp-witted who follow the Dharma, Saying that this is the most supreme, Keeping in mind the Buddha's true words. Although possessing vast enjoyment, Enduring endless asceticism and suffering, With just enough food, clothing, and necessities, Not being satisfied, engaging in sinful deeds and seeking more. Piling up bundles of silk and satin, Yet wearing ragged beggar's clothes, Merely wearing monastic robes and a shawl, Not being content, seeking all kinds of good things, Engaging in various sinful deeds, Craving a good reputation like a hungry wolf, Even forgetting pillows, bedding, toilets, shoes, etc., once, Is considered a major fault. Having realized only a bit of emptiness, Saying that discipline is children's Dharma, Being drunk day and night with alcohol, All these things are forbidden by the Thubpa (Buddha). Engaging in non-virtuous and sinful deeds oneself, Yet explaining cause and effect, what to accept and reject to others. Unable to bear a single harsh word oneself, Yet telling others to treat enemies and friends equally. Being happy to stay in one place oneself, suffering when moving, Yet explaining how to let go to others. Holding onto this life oneself, Yet explaining how to abandon actions to others. If one knows just a little bit of a beneficial mantra, Hiding it like a secret evil mantra for fear of leaking it, Yet explaining altruism, mind training, and generating bodhicitta. Without understanding the true meaning of sutras and tantras, Without realizing the profound meaning of reasoning, Speaking foolish words at will, teaching Dharma. Even though offering and collecting without desire, Saying that food and wealth are not needed. Without knowing when one will die oneself, Yet telling others about good, bad, and clairvoyance. Secretly drinking alcohol and engaging in non-virtuous deeds, In public, being careful to wear Dharma robes and carry a begging bowl. Without seeing one's own true face, Boasting greatly about the experience of bliss and clarity. Only practicing the approach and accomplishment of one yidam, Without having even a little sign of accomplishment, Performing fire pujas, empowerments, and burning written decrees. Good Dharma robes and good offerings, To that, very...

Vaunting themselves as supreme lamas, Upon hearing of potential disciples elsewhere, they suffer as if they themselves have lost something. Forgetting study, reflection, and meditation, they vie for the fame of taming disciples. Those monastic dependents who rely on them, instead of guiding them in study, reflection, and meditation, they engage them in trade and subduing enemies. Recitations, practices, torma offerings, and expelling tormas, are done for verbal power, desires, and rituals, without generating the mind of bodhicitta for attaining enlightenment. Even towards their kind teachers, they now feel they are unnecessary and abandon them, lacking compassion and remembrance of their kindness. They secretly elevate their lineage to a high position. The essential points of the generation stage are completely wrong. They harbor hatred towards demons and try to suppress them. If benefit arises, they think it is their own blessing, and with arrogance, they forget the compassion of deities and lamas. Even if hundreds of death rituals and prayers are performed, they have no compassion for the deceased. They only think of their own household prospering. After the death rituals and prayers are completed, they forget about it as if they have repaid a debt. Even if food and wealth come like an ocean, they still desire more and more, without any concern for the defilement of offerings. Instead of giving to the Three Jewels, they give to subduing enemies and protecting relatives. They lend money for high interest, engaging in commercial activities. If there is a slight disagreement, disputes arise, even if they don't know magic, they use curses. If they know magic, they curse the nagas, use black magic, even causing hailstorms without hesitation. Upon hearing of an enemy's death, they are very happy, without considering the difficulty of guiding them. Even if their life is spent in village ceremonies, other than acquiring food and wealth, they have no bodhicitta to benefit themselves and others. If there is no offering, they quickly hint, thinking of going only when the other person needs them. No matter how much is offered, it is difficult to satisfy them, they exploit all the kindness and then abandon them. Even if they have been to the bedside of many patients, at the time of death, they have no compassion, not even a single mandala initiation is given. Even though they have not perfected the transference of consciousness, it's like not knowing whether the corpse or the vulture comes first. Thinking of offerings, they run ahead, thinking, "I must be first, the offering must be the biggest." But they don't know if the transference of consciousness will be successful. Even if many rituals are performed, the consciousness of the bardo being has clairvoyance, thinking, "It's so pitiful to be here," but without focusing on the visualization. The three—mantra, mudra, and samadhi— are clumsy, uncoordinated, with many mistakes. There is no thought of love and compassion. They only think of having good tea and candy, even the meat offerings are consumed without hesitation. Without confusing Kunrig
