Regarding the offering: It is said that Marpa Lotsawa offered thirty female yaks as payment to Ngogpa for the whispered lineage empowerment. With five hundred yaks as the main offering, he requested three times but was not allowed. The old yaks collapsed on the road, and he had to carry them from three or four days' distance. If there is no respect for the Dharma, the Dharma is like a dead corpse. I said that I do not need the old yaks, but it is to show respect for the Dharma. For the difficult-to-cross Dzachu River, such a large herd of horses and livestock, although not intentionally desired, this arose naturally, demonstrating the greatness of empowerment, transmission, and guidance. I do not think I have any obstacles, and these will also be used for the Dharma. Later, many more appeared, most of which were used to make offerings to the Three Jewels, and none were used for the root of non-virtue. To say that something that is not for the benefit of beings is for the benefit of beings is a lie of monks and lamas, and it is an act of completely destroying discipline. There is nothing wrong with naming something that is for the benefit of beings as being for the benefit of beings. If you do not understand how to transform the way of thinking about self-interest and the interest of others, then neither self-interest nor the interest of others will be achieved. If you calculate with a good bodhicitta, then benefiting others will accomplish self-interest. In the ultimate sense, there is no distinction between self and others, and in the realm of Dharma, they are one. From the magical display of the one mind-nature, there is no separate existence of self and others. For beings who appear even though they do not exist, effortless compassion arises naturally. For wealth that arises without desire or attachment, it is unreservedly used for virtuous deeds. The three aspects of offering—the giver, the object, and the act of offering—are dedicated to the supreme great enlightenment without clinging or aim. I spent seven years benefiting beings. The old people from various places, whose hair is as white as cotton and whose bodies are as bent as whips, said that they had never seen or heard of such profound empowerment and guidance before. Some white-haired Geshes who had traveled all over China, Ü-Tsang, the South, and the North, and had visited the nine great monasteries, said that they had never received such mandala and Dharma protector sadhana empowerments and instructions before. Some practitioners who had requested many instructions and had spent their lives in practice said that the introduction and enhancement of the essential points...

Sa! It is said that there has never been anyone who has done such a thing. The accomplished yogi of the Protector, the empowerments, transmissions, and instructions of the Protector, to meet the qualified lama who demonstrates, to the glorious Protector, prayed for the real signs and fruits, and this time it was accomplished, joyful and happy. The power of realizing Mahamudra has emerged, and many have seen the face of the Dzogchen deity. There are a few who can penetrate clothes with Tummo, and many have shown signs of accomplishment in transference. Those who seek to take vows of celibacy, lay practitioners, novices, and monks, more than a hundred or so. Old celibate lay practitioners and, laywomen are countless. Taking refuge vows, close abiding, fasting, and, those who take the vows of generating bodhicitta, are there countless? Experiencing liberation pills spread in all directions, the commitment to virtue is beyond imagination. Are these for the benefit of others or not? The one who knows my mind stream, Orgyen and other Buddhas know, it is not the realm of other actions. Thus spoke Lhatok Lama, some playful and joyful teachings, because they were spoken to the host, said by Raga Asya. ༈ །། Namo Guru Deva Dakini Hum. (Tibetan, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, literal Chinese meaning) In the realm of great bliss, I pray to the Bhagavan Akshobhya Buddha, please look upon us with compassion. In the past, when you were on the ground and on the path, through the great truth of your ascetic vows, may I and the unchanging Vajra, the root land, teachers, students, humans, and animals, be liberated from all fears. The one who is not afraid of all fears, the noble Lord of the World who bestows, I pray to Avalokiteshvara. May I and the unchanging Vajra, teachers, students, humans, and animals, all, the evil ones, thieves, enemies, and water, be protected from all fears. From the tears of the Lord of the World, from the lotus flower that arose, as soon as she was born, the noble mother who promised to protect all fears, I pray to White Tara and Green Tara, please hold us with compassion. May I and the unchanging Vajra, humans, animals, houses, etc., be protected from all fears of kings, enemies, thieves, and water. In this degenerate age, the power of compassion is great, I prostrate to Padmasambhava, may I and the unchanging Vajra, there is no other place of hope, may I and the unchanging Vajra.
