诞生之际。 莲花生修行且成就， 如今彻却见解证悟， 生圆双运禅修明晰。 具足三昧耶金刚持， 如今莲师教法弘扬。 于此莫欺莫违逆， 莫越轨戏谑期望舍弃。 道友教法弘扬共勉力， 我之眷属所摄者， 僧众弟子骡马牲畜等， 敌盗匪贼霍尔等以及， 灾祸猛兽损害皆遮止。 我之灌顶教导之法类， 十方遍布且增长， 于彼违缘障碍皆无有， 所愿任运成就祈加持。 倘若未能如是行， 汝等誓言坏不坏， 以具意之现量智观视。 邬金莲花生大师之， 以智慧眼垂视祈请。 如是卡达岩洞之西， 一鬼王之期望所致， 略显神通而书写。 ༈ །།那摩 咕噜 爹哇 达吉尼 吽 (藏文，梵文天城体：नमो गुरु देव डाकिनी हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：Namo guru deva ḍākinī hūṃ，汉语字面意思：顶礼 गुरु 上师，देव 天，डाकिनी 空行母，हूँ 吽)。 十方三世善逝及诸佛子， 声缘阿罗汉续部坛城尊， 空行护法具誓守誓众， 以智慧眼及六种神通， 具足有漏无漏神通者垂听。 金刚之眼及具耳智慧天， 随逐一切色声具知者垂听。 具誓护法天魔具誓者， 辨别世间善恶之监察者， 具足有漏神通谛视者， 谛听谛听一切于此谛听。 我等上师根本所有之， 人马牲畜仆从及一切， 不欺之怙主殊胜三宝处， 非仅口头乃从内心 refuge 皈依。 何者若已皈依于三宝， 从一切损害救护具根据， 经与经庄严论中所说者， 若真以此谛实力我等与， 所护病疫他方盗贼之， 怖畏救护祈请三宝尊。 若念不空如来之名号， 怖畏瘟疫以及诸损害， 寂灭于积聚功德中所说， 我即念诵汝名持汝咒， 我及所护从诸损害祈救护， 祈请善逝药师佛之名

Fellow practitioners, let's strive together to spread the teachings, Those who belong to my retinue, Monks, students, mules, livestock, and wealth, Enemies, thieves, robbers, Hor, and others, and Disasters, wild animals, and harm, all be averted. The collection of empowerments and instructions I have given, May they spread and increase in the ten directions, May there be no obstacles or hindrances to them, May all wishes be spontaneously fulfilled. If you do not do so, Will you break your vows or not? Look with the clairvoyance of your mind. To the wisdom eyes of the master Padmasambhava, I pray for your vision. Deities of wisdom with vajra eyes and ears, Listen, all you who follow all forms and sounds and possess knowledge. Oath-bound Dharma protectors, gods, demons, and oath-holders, Guardians who discern good and bad in the world, Listen, all you who possess contaminated clairvoyance and keen sight, Listen, listen, all of you, listen here. All of us, the master, root and all, People, horses, livestock, servants, and everything, To the infallible refuge, the supreme Three Jewels, Not just in words, but from the heart, we take refuge. Whoever has gone for refuge to the Three Jewels, Has a basis for protection from all harm, As it is said in the Sutras and the Ornament of Sutras, If it is true, by that truth, may we and The ones to be protected, be saved from the fear of disease, epidemics, foreign lands, and thieves, I pray, Three Jewels. If one recites the name of the Victorious Akshobhya, All fears, epidemics, and other harms, Are pacified, as it is said in the Stack of Jewels Sutra, I recite your name and chant your mantra, Protect me and the ones to be protected from all harm, I pray, recite the name of the Sugata Medicine Buddha.

于汝，若经部二者所说，一切疾病皆得息灭为真实，则我称念汝之名号，祈愿我和所守护者的一切疾病皆得消除。若称念菩萨观世音之名号，能从敌寇恶人之难中解脱为真实，则我恒时向您祈请，祈愿一切怖畏皆得平息。莲花生大士于五浊恶世垂悯迅速，若无有怀疑与犹豫地祈祷，则能消除一切障碍，心愿皆得成就为真实，我对此毫无怀疑。恒时向您祈请并寄托希望，祈愿消除一切障碍，心愿皆得成就。至尊度母，白色、绿色及各种颜色的圣母，仅仅忆念瑜伽母众，便能平息八大怖畏与十六种恐惧，若此为真实，则我修持您，念诵明咒。祈愿消除国王、盗贼、非人、瘟疫与时疫，水、猛兽之怖畏与损害。如闪电般迅速，以手守护应守护者。咕那咒和鲁扎咒等，无论修持何种本尊怙主兄妹，皆能从国王、盗贼、水、猛兽豺狼等的损害与怖畏中解脱，《金光明经》和众多经续中如是宣说，若此为真实，以此真实力，祈愿消除我和所守护者的怙主、教法的怖畏与一切损害。四十五位大怙主，千位化身天女，护法马头明王、阎魔敌，以及于秘密主前具足誓言的持咒者们，若守护与护持之誓言为真实，则我等眷属皆为持咒具誓者，请忆念誓言，成为守护、救护与助伴。傲慢八部众、坚牢地母、古尔拉神等，所有雪域的傲慢神灵鬼怪，于未来莲师的持教者们，顶戴加持并成办所愿，如是承诺、立誓且不舍弃誓言，则我等眷属必为莲师的持教者，成为迎接、护送、助伴与友伴，依次相连。具足慈心者，不会被毒药、兵器与敌人所伤害，守护的盔甲胜过一切，若此为真实，则我修持慈心三摩地。祈愿我和眷属的一切怖畏皆得平息！为了修持般若波罗蜜多，对于那里的怖畏与损害之敌与魔，一切从何处而来

To you, if it is true as stated in the two Sutra sections that all diseases can be pacified, then I will recite your name, and may all the diseases of myself and those to be protected be eliminated. If it is true that calling upon the name of the Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara can liberate from the difficulties of enemies and evil people, then I will always pray to you, and may all fears be pacified. Guru Padmasambhava, with swift compassion in the degenerate age, if we pray without doubt or hesitation, then all obstacles can be cleared away and wishes can be fulfilled, and if this is true, I have no doubt about it. Always praying to you and entrusting hope, may all obstacles be cleared away and wishes be fulfilled. O Venerable Tara, white, green, and various colored mothers, merely remembering the Yoginis can pacify the eight great fears and sixteen terrors, if this is true, then I will practice you and recite the knowledge mantra. May we eliminate the fears and harms of kings, thieves, non-humans, plagues and epidemics, water, and wild beasts. Swiftly and quickly like lightning, hold the one to be protected in your hand. The Guna mantra and Rudra mantra, etc., whichever tutelary deity, protector, sibling is practiced, one can be liberated from the harms and fears of kings, thieves, water, wild beasts, wolves, etc., as stated in the Golden Light Sutra and many Sutras, if this is true, by this truth, may we eliminate the fears and all harms of the protectors and the teachings of myself and those to be protected. Forty-five great protectors, a thousand emanation goddesses, Dharma protector Hayagriva, Yamantaka, and all the mantra holders with vows before the secret lord, if the oath to protect and guard is true, then we and our retinue are all mantra holders with vows, please remember the oath, and be our protectors, saviors, and companions. The arrogant eight classes of beings, the steadfast earth mother, Gurlha deity, etc., all the arrogant gods and demons of the Tibetan realm, to the future holders of the lineage of Guru Padmasambhava, may they crown their heads and accomplish their wishes, if they promise, vow, and do not abandon their oath, then we and our retinue will surely be the holders of the lineage of Guru, becoming welcomers, escorts, helpers, and friends, in successive order. Those who possess loving-kindness cannot be harmed by poison, weapons, or enemies, and the armor of protection is said to be superior to all, if this is true, then I will meditate on the Samadhi of loving-kindness. May all the fears of myself and my retinue be pacified! For the sake of meditating on the Perfection of Wisdom, for the enemies and demons of fear and harm there, from where does everything arise?
