于殊胜处发菩提心，成办观世音之事业。 于众生宣说正法为一，传授灌顶传承诀窍为二， 于世间普为人知的，观世音之化身。 圣者嘉瓦嘉措之，教言传承如法修持为三， 赞颂三宝之功德为四，平息内外之争端为五， 令地方安乐祥和为六，令施主圆满福德资粮， 结下回向发愿之缘分为七，平等享用食物为八， 与金刚道友相见为九，临终闭关修行之方便为十， 弘扬虚空法之灌顶传承为十一，降伏魔众弘扬伏藏为十二， 弘扬噶举派之灌顶传承为十三，为了成办十三种事业， 我将前往斯马康（Smarkhams，今四川甘孜州新龙县）之冈地，对于六道一切众生， 种下圆满菩提之种子后，令菩提之苗得以生长， 于大乐清净刹土中，成为十地之尊者。 此乃观世音之誓言，此乃我之发心， 殊胜与否皆为同一誓言，因此请您加持我， 以慈悲摄受世间，于五浊恶世调伏鬼神， 以及弘扬无上瑜伽之教法，乃莲花生大师之誓言。 此乃我之发心，祈请赐予我能力与威力， 以威力降伏天魔人三者，如法弘扬与修持密咒， 于此请行守护之事业，乃具誓者之誓言。 此乃我之誓言，祈请护法众成办我之事， 特别是文殊菩萨之化身，龙王米贡嘎布（Klu rgyal mi mgon dkar po）您， 莫忘于莲师前所立下之，誓言， 对于追随莲师之瑜伽士，如雨般降下受用与成就， 此外，斯马康（Smarkhams，今四川甘孜州新龙县）之地神众， 忆念莲师之誓言，成办持咒我之事业。 此乃起程之日所说。 修行之歌祈请等一小段。 那摩 巴哇嘎Ra 阿雅嘉纳 悉地 吽 (藏文：ན་མོ་པྲ་ཝ་ཀ་ར་ཨ་ཡུཛྙཱ་ན་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：नमो प्रज्ञकर अयुर्ज्ञान सिद्धि हुं，梵文罗马拟音：Namo prajñākara āyurjñāna siddhi hūṃ，汉语字面意思：顶礼智慧，寿命，知识，成就，吽)。 具足六种神通之法身无量光，以智慧之眼祈请垂视此时，您往昔于世间

Having generated the mind of enlightenment in the supreme state, accomplish the activities of Avalokiteśvara. Firstly, teach the sacred Dharma to sentient beings; secondly, propagate empowerments, transmissions, and instructions. As an emanation of Avalokiteśvara, renowned throughout the world, Thirdly, accomplish the instructions and transmissions of the noble Gyalwa Gyatso. Fourthly, praise the dignity of the Three Jewels; fifthly, pacify internal and external conflicts. Sixthly, establish peace and happiness in the region; may the patrons complete the accumulation of merit, Seventhly, establish the connection of dedication and aspiration; eighthly, practice equanimity in taste. Ninthly, meet some Vajra brothers and sisters; tenthly, find a way to accomplish retreat at the end of life. Eleventhly, propagate the empowerments and transmissions of the Sky Dharma; twelfthly, subdue demons and propagate earth treasures. Thirteenthly, propagate the empowerments and transmissions of the Kagyu lineage; in order to accomplish these thirteen activities, I will go to Gang in Smarkhams (Smarkhams, present-day Xinlong County, Ganzi Prefecture, Sichuan). To all sentient beings of the six realms, Having planted the seeds of perfect enlightenment, may the sprouts of enlightenment grow, And in the pure land of Great Bliss, may they become masters of the ten bhumis. This is the commitment of Avalokiteśvara; this is my aspiration, Whether supreme or inferior, it is the same commitment; therefore, please bless me. Subdue the world with compassion; in the degenerate age, subdue gods and demons, And propagate the teachings of Ati; this is the commitment of Guru Rinpoche. This is my aspiration; please grant me the strength and power of abilities, Subdue gods, demons, and humans with power; propagate and accomplish the secret mantras according to the Dharma. In this, please accomplish the activity of protection; this is the commitment of all oath-bound ones. This is my commitment; may all Dharma protectors accomplish my purpose, Especially you, the emanation of Manjushri, Naga King Migon Karpo. Do not deviate from the commitment you made before Guru Rinpoche, Shower the yogis who follow Guru Rinpoche with enjoyment and siddhis like rain.
