Hearing a voice saying, "Accomplishment is joyful!" I understood that rather than accomplishment, it is better to make the guests happy for a while. This is the truth spoken by Dudul Dorje, and I spoke accordingly. Homage to Hayagriva! I pray to the powerful wrathful Hayagriva! Please eliminate obstacles! I pray to Lama Karma Dondrup! If there are problems in meditation and the mind is uneasy, Practice this instruction for clearing obstacles: Visualize your own ordinary body, In the ankles of both feet, There is a red seed syllable Ram From that, fire blazes, burning your own body, Including diseases, evil spirits, flesh and blood, Everything is burned by the fire of wisdom. Visualize your own body transformed into a great pyre. The sound of the mantra blazing in the flames, Is the sound of the Hayagriva mantra, Visualize it resounding like thunder. Recite the Hayagriva mantra thousands of times, Until the body and mind no longer feel discomfort. This is done in the evening or at night. In the early morning, Visualize your own heart as the center of emptiness, The exquisite white seed syllable Tham (藏文:ཐཾ,梵文天城体:ठं,梵文罗马拟音:ṭhaṃ,汉语字面意思:Tham), Like being written in silver. From that, a stream of white nectar descends, Like milk, Visualize the heart being filled to the brim. At that time, recite the six-syllable mantra. Occasionally, relax the body and mind, And view the mind as the essence of bliss. Obstacle clearing, written by Raga Asya, Iti Gya Gya. Homage to Mahamudra! This is the response to the offering of realization of fierce conduct. If the verbal expression is not clear, Look at this written letter. Your own mind is inherently the Dharmakaya, The Great Seal is inherently present. There is no benefit in modifying it, Wanting to modify it will only make it worse. Being cautious for fear of getting worse will only make it worse. Resting without modification is the Great Seal. Recognizing your own face is enough. Do not be distracted, mindfulness is the practice itself. Repeatedly clarify, this is a profound instruction. Body and mind are comfortable, in a state of joy, Thinking this is good, the heart feels happy. Clear, bright, and naked, It seems there is a seer and something to be seen. Everything is empty, completely empty, The container and its contents, samsara and nirvana, all seem empty. All things that seem good, Are like a rainbow, the reason for goodness. Rough, chaotic, like a whirlwind, Awareness is scattered, wandering everywhere. This is a rough experience, but there is no harm. Even when looking, it is not clear, the head is dizzy, There is no way to determine what is being thought. Flowing like steam, Subtle appearances are the residue of awareness. Whatever arises,

Looking east, It is enough to see the nature. Without distraction, one thought-guardian is enough. It is not necessary to be too strict, but repeatedly remind the thought-guardian. There is no difference between abiding and scattering. Without distraction, seeing the nature is enough. There is no need for self-pacification and self-liberation. It is not necessary to deliberately pursue clear visions. There is no difference between seeing and not seeing. Without distraction, that thought-guardian is enough. The choice between seeing and not seeing, the choice between abiding and not abiding, the choice between clarity and non-clarity, etc., the choice between good and bad, liking and disliking, these are all artificial fabrications, not the natural state. No matter what good or bad appears, there is no distinction. Without distraction, the thought-guardian is the key to practice. In reality, there is no distinction between distraction and non-distraction. However, before enlightenment, without meditation, repeatedly reminding this non-distracted thought is the key to practice. One's own mind is the Great Seal, so there is no need for artificial modification. Abiding in the natural state, the heart feels satisfied, this is called having realization. If this still does not satisfy the needs of the heart, giving rise to doubt or wanting to pursue better, then that is the loss of realization, like exchanging gold for brass. Therefore, now relax the body and mind, do not accept or reject the things that appear, use the non-distracted thought to remind yourself. If someone says that besides one's own mind, there are other methods of practice, then neither the sutras, tantras, pith instructions, nor the guru's teachings have said this. Now, let go of doubt and hesitation. If you still have not generated faith, go and read the songs of realization of Milarepa and others, and study them carefully. The so-called recognizing one's own nature does not mean that you will understand everything, but rather, combine it with your own practice experience and grasp every word that appears. However, in the next few days, relax your body and mind to observe. One non-distracted thought-guardian is enough. Abandon the desire to pursue clarity and brightness, do not like long periods of abiding, do not regard too much movement as a fault, even if it is not clear, even if you do not see it, endure it. For the non-distracted thought-guardian, repeatedly reminding yourself is the most important thing. Even if you occasionally forget or become distracted, it does not matter, do not regret it. Whenever you are distracted, whenever you forget, do not continue to chase after it. Whenever you remember, look at it and let it go. This is what Yidamka said. May it be auspicious! Namo Arya Avalokiteśvaraya! I take refuge in Avalokiteśvara! I pray to Avalokiteśvara! May Avalokiteśvara bless me! I, the yogi of Avalokiteśvara, Bodhicitta.
