Like having no boundaries. Therefore, even if understanding is profound, do not boast of high realization, Place stone and bone on your own mind, This is to enhance the effectiveness of experience. Thus, eliminate the two faults of sinking and agitation, Do not be attached to the good experiences of bliss, clarity, and non-thought, Suppress the arising of rough and turbulent mind, Without falling into those three places of loss, If you can continuously practice, Then someday, through the power of merit and virtue, the Guru's blessings will enter your mind, The seer and the seen merge into one, This meditation has no point of attachment, Cease the grasping of whether this is right or wrong, The good experiences of bliss, clarity, and non-thought, Good, good, these fall off like bark. Has my meditation been abandoned? Because this meditation has no point of attachment, Is non-meditation emptiness? This without this or that distinction, Is it the only wrong path? Thinking this way, do not trust yourself, Ordinary awareness appears nakedly. Seeing the nature of one's own mind, Is the beginning of Mahamudra. Whenever you remember, in that moment, Even if there is no great increase or decrease, When forgetting, when distracted, you will be lost in illusion, Cherish the traces of repeated mindfulness. From here, one can be given the name of a realized one, Are the situation of distraction and being alone the same? See what benefit arises. To enhance the benefit, reduce elaborate virtuous actions, And the Guru's supplication, Generate intense intention towards the nature of reality, Does it blend with behavior? From here, if it blends, it is certain to blend. Because there is nothing to meditate on, Should one think that it is enough to transform and place it? Carrying the traces of emptiness without elaboration, This is an obstacle to wandering into illusion. Use mindfulness to repeatedly remind yourself, Mindfulness is meditation, mindfulness is enough, Not remembering is ordinary illusion itself, Repeated mindfulness will greatly increase the benefit. When resting on one's own mind, Even if seeing forms, hearing sounds, smelling scents, tasting flavors, etc., Seeing, hearing, and feeling do not cease, There is no grasping of good or bad, acceptance or rejection, Inside, there is no point of attachment to this meditation, Unfabricated, naked, and relaxed, This is called a person without self, Although it is a good practice, Apart from the selflessness of phenomena, It is still half of emptiness. External mountains and houses, And men and women, etc., Just meditating by placing awareness on them, Beyond this is form, within this is mind, There is nothing to divide, without distinction

Also. Practice is one with this nature. Likewise, all of appearance and existence, samsara and nirvana, Are inseparable from one's own mind, and, One's own mind is primordially emptiness itself. Free from grasping at emptiness and non-emptiness. The various appearances of external objects, Like the reflection of the moon in water, Although clear, see their essence as empty. Moreover, without needing to mix or anything, When self-arising continuously occurs, It is called the "one taste" of experience, Which is the realization of the selflessness of phenomena. Then emptiness is complete. On all phenomena of appearance and existence, samsara and nirvana, Everything is pervaded by the essence of emptiness. Whatever is done cannot be obscured. If, thinking this, one acts coarsely, One's wealth and resources are lost, and roughness increases. Sometimes distracted, sometimes forgetful, the gaps are large, Worldly affairs cause much strife. Distracted by the waves of the mingling of one taste, There is a risk of falling into the lower realms once. Therefore, act meticulously. Still, pray fervently. At this time, visit some sacred places. Mingle and meditate on miracles and mind. Meditate strongly on generating bodhicitta with compassion. The mind-streams of the buddhas of the three times and, The mind-streams of the six kinds of beings, Realize that they are inseparably one in essence. Mind and space, the realm of phenomena, Realize that they are inseparable, without large or small. All phenomena of vessel and essence, samsara and nirvana, Like salt dissolving in water, Inseparably mix into one's own mind. Still, there are times of forgetting and times of distraction. In distraction and non-distraction, forgetting and non-forgetting, In the absence of good and bad without separation, Realize the essence in the unchanging expanse. When that much has arisen, Obtaining a human body is meaningful. Whenever the time of death comes, In Sukhavati or the Copper-Colored Mountain, Wherever one has placed one-pointed aspiration, There is no need to doubt going there, So strive to accomplish that much. Furthermore, to increase and dispel obstacles, It is difficult to gain confidence in realization, When one does not know when one will die, The obstacles of not being able to cut through the bardo, The means to dispel those terrible great obstacles, The meaning of the sixty hundred thousand tantras, Garab Dorje, Shri Singha, Padmasambhava, Vimalamitra, and so on, The heart essence of the vidyadhara masters and disciples, Without needing to meditate, liberation comes from seeing, Experience the Tögal of Dzogchen, The rainbow bindus, the subtle bindus, and, Look at the essence of your own mind mingled together. Clearly see the indivisibility of clarity and emptiness, Important.
