At that time, it is that very (original face). Even if there is no great increase or decrease, one falls into confusion during times of forgetfulness and distraction. The mirror of memory should be cherished and polished again and again. From here, one can be given the name "Realized One," but are the place of distraction and solitude the same? Let's see how much can be improved. To improve, pray to the Guru, reduce intentional virtuous deeds, and generate unwavering faith in the essence of one's own nature. See if it merges with all actions. If it merges from here, it will definitely merge. Because there is nothing to practice, thinking that it is sufficient to transform and abide, carrying the emptiness without elaboration is an obstacle to falling into confusion. One should use mindfulness to remind oneself again and again. Remembering is practice, remembering is enough. Not remembering is ordinary confusion. Remembering again and again greatly enhances it. When abiding on one's own mind, forms, sounds, smells, tastes, etc., even if seeing, hearing, and feeling do not cease, there will be no grasping of "is" or "is not," acceptance or rejection. In the inner mind, there is no object of this practice. Unfabricated, naked, and naturally abiding is called "person without self." Although it is a good practice, it is still half of emptiness, apart from the selflessness of phenomena. Looking at the mountains and houses outside, men and women, etc., if one only focuses on practicing, this side is form, that side is mind, without distinction, inseparably, that practice and the essence are the same. Similarly, all phenomena of samsara and nirvana are inseparable from one's own mind, and one's own mind is originally emptiness, free from the grasping of emptiness and non-emptiness. The various appearances of external objects are like the reflection of the moon in water. Although clear, one sees that its essence is emptiness. That also does not need to be mixed, etc. When it arises naturally and continuously, it is called "the taste of practice is the same," which is the realization of the selflessness of phenomena. Then it is complete emptiness. For all phenomena of samsara and nirvana, everything is occupied by the concept of emptiness. No matter what one does, no matter how one does it, one cannot obscure it. If one thinks like this, behavior becomes rough, people and wealth are lost, rudeness increases, and times of distraction and forgetfulness increase. Worldly affairs become arrogant, and one is distracted by the waves of the same taste, with the danger of falling into the lower realms once. Therefore, one should act meticulously, and also pray intensely. At this time, one can go to some sacred places, merge supernatural powers with the mind and meditate, with compassion...

Meditate intensely on generating the mind [of enlightenment]. The mindstreams of the Buddhas of the three times and the mindstreams of the six kinds of beings, realize as being of one essence, indivisible. Mind and space, the expanse of Dharma, realize as indivisible, without large or small. All of existence and beings, samsara and nirvana, all things, like salt dissolving into water, indivisibly blend into your own mind. Still, there are times of forgetting, times of distraction. Distraction and non-distraction, forgetting and non-forgetting, in indivisibility, without good or bad, realize as being in the unchanging essence. If that much can be accomplished, obtaining a human body is meaningful. Whenever the time of death comes, Sukhavati or Ngayab Ling (Western Paradise), wherever you direct your aspiration with one-pointedness, there is no need to doubt that you will go there. Strive diligently to reach that level. Furthermore, to enhance realization and dispel obstacles, gaining confidence in realization is also difficult. Not knowing when death will come, at the time of death, to eliminate the obstacle of not being able to cross the bardo, to eliminate the terrifying great obstacle, the essence of the six million tantras, Garab Dorje, Shri Singha, Padmasambhava, Vimalamitra, and so on, the heart essence of the vidyadhara masters and disciples, liberation comes by merely looking, without needing to meditate. Practice Tögal of the Great Perfection, mix the essence of rainbows, bindus, and micro-dots with your own mind and look. Directly see the indivisibility of clarity and emptiness. Even if you do not recognize the essence of mind, by looking at these, you can cross the bardo. There is nothing deeper or easier than this. This is the pinnacle of the nine vehicles. Rainbows, bindus, and micro-dots, see clearly and vividly with faith. It is the same as one-pointed meditation, it is directly seeing the nature of reality. The five lights are the lights of the five wisdoms. The circle of light is the lamp of the expanse. Micro-dots are the string of awareness. These grow bigger and bigger, they increase more and more. It is practice that increases continuously. Being the same as meditation free from elaboration, see the deity's form within the bindu. When the peaceful and wrathful deities appear in the bardo, if you can recognize them, you will be born in a pure land. Now, all the peaceful and wrathful deities appear, there is no need to go through the bardo. Immediately after the outer breath ceases, from the center of the sky, a path of light, pierces into the center of the eyes. From that path, consciousness is transferred, dissolving into the heart of Vajrasattva. The direct path of the Great Perfection is very rare. It is said that there is no Dharma more profound or easier than this. Om. (Tibetan: ཨོ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization:, Literal Meaning:)
