Even by reversing ordinary attachments, it is a means to accomplish the Nirmanakaya. Recitation of mantras for approach and accomplishment, and the movement of sound are two. Cultivating life force and energy are three. The meaning converges into one. Even after purifying the wind from verbal obscurations, it is a means to accomplish the Sambhogakaya. Meditating on Mahamudra, Dzogchen, and the three essentials, and the movement of mindfulness and awareness are two. Meditating on Tummo bliss and emptiness are three. The meaning converges into one. Even by recognizing one's own mind as it is, it is a means to accomplish the Dharmakaya. Understanding three and existence three, arising from experience, I spoke spontaneously. Mangalam! Homage to the Guru! Saying the Lama is the Buddha, and exaggerating the lineage as near or far, those with devotion are truly ashamed. Saying the six realms are parents, and creating attachment and hatred for near and far, those with loving-kindness are truly ashamed. Saying phenomena are Yidams, and beating and striking ghosts and demons, those with pure perception are truly ashamed. Saying one's own mind is the Dharmakaya, and letting the five poisons run rampant, those with practice are truly ashamed. Saying whatever arises is unmade, and meditating with focused mind and grasping, those with realization are truly ashamed. Saying this life is given up with wisdom, and doing whatever comes to mind, those with contentment are truly ashamed. Saying one is doing single-pointed practice, and falling into sleep, drowsiness, and laziness, those with diligence are truly ashamed. Saying I am a good Dharma practitioner, if one does not have confidence in realization, being distressed at the time of death is truly shameful. These are the eight shameful things, spoken by oneself to oneself. If it touches others, please forgive. This was spoken spontaneously after hearing that someone with a mind-wind illness was saying "shame" and hiding. Homage to Lokésvara! Among us hundred monks, the only Bonpo, you Bonpo victory banner, please listen. Saying the arithmetic monks and Bonpo arithmetic do not agree, I heard that idle talk has disturbed your mind. If the key points of meaning and practice agree, disagreements in words and terms are tolerable. This leisure and fortune human body, like a single lightning strike in a hundred years, this is difficult to obtain, agreed upon by monks and Bonpos. The enemy, the Lord of Death, Yama the powerful, when it will come is uncertain, it will surely come. There is no way to avert this, monks.

Agree in unison. Naturally arising is more powerful than the power of karmic results, just as whatever seed is planted, that ripens. This is not deceptive, therefore Bon and Buddhism agree. The suffering of the three lower realms, even hearing the words causes tears to fall. This is unbearable, and therefore Bon and Buddhism agree. Lha Shenrab and Shenlha Okar are one and the same. In the land of Tibet, there are three Shen meditators: Re Thul, Thulsum. They are said to be emanations of Avalokiteśvara. Therefore, Bon and Buddhism agree on deities. In terms of Dharma, there is no difference between Bon and Buddhist traditions; both require the key instructions for taming one's own mindstream. In the space above the crown of one's head, the Lama is inseparable from the Buddha and Shen. Meditate on the Lama in whom you have faith as the form of the Great Compassionate One. Dissolve all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions into his body of light. Manifest body, wealth, and offerings and present them. Now, what are you going to do? Place your wisdom and heart into this. Don't just say the words, but pray. His body dissolves into light and merges into you. Then, look at the nature of your own mind. Without distraction, look intently. The essence of mind, without shape or color, abiding in emptiness, is the Dharmakaya Kuntuzangpo. The nature of mind, appearing clearly, is the Sambhogakaya Shenlha Okar. The mind, unceasing, radiating in any direction, is the Nirmanakaya Shenrab Miwo. If you wish to see the true face of the three Kayas, do not let the mind wander, erect the watchtower of mindfulness. Do not do it just once, but cultivate it continuously. This is called "One Bindu." We Buddhists call it "Mahamudra." They call it "Great Perfection." They call it "Great Madhyamaka." They call it "Prajnaparamita." They call it "The Overcomer of Suffering." Although there are many names, they all refer to one's own mind. Looking at the face of one's own mind is the view. Meditating on it continuously is meditation. Being continuous without interruption is action. Becoming manifest is the result. Experiencing it is the profound Dharma. Hold these words completely in your mind. Repeatedly contemplate and explain their meaning. May your Bonpo heart abide in this way. This was spoken by Lama Trinley, relying on a learned and eloquent person, because it was said that Bonpo Gyaltsen Yutse appeared very great. Karma Araga quickly wrote this from the retreat cave. A Concise Aversion of Obstacles on the Path to Enlightenment.
