The one and only lama with the golden glow of the red hat, the one and only supreme Dharma is the Great Seal. The one and only practice is through the power of prayer, the one and only realization is knowing one's own mind and recognizing its own nature. Whatever arises naturally, without fabrication, from within the channels is the Avadhuti. From within the winds is the supreme wind of wisdom. From within the bindus, it appears as the indestructible bindu. Burning away karmic afflictions and obscurations is Tummo. Reversing the clinging to the reality of phenomena is the illusory body. Clearing away the darkness of ignorance is clear light. Even during sleep, meditating is dream yoga. At the time of death, seizing clear light is transference. In the bardo, mastering practice is the bardo. Whatever arises, blending it into that is blending. Equalizing the eight worldly dharmas in the mind is one taste. Among the five families, it is the stage of union. Pacifying the five poisons in their own place is pacification. Among the six yogas, the first is virtue. The Great Madhyamaka of the Nagarjuna system, the Paramita of the Asanga system, the Great Seal of the Saraha system, the Great Perfection of the Garab Dorje system, the Chöd of demons of the Machig system, the blessings of the lama of the Kagyu system, the wisdom of the four empowerments of the Sakya system, the selflessness of the person of the philosophical system. Alala Ho, the blessings of the lama, Alala Ho, the accomplishment of the yidam. All eighty-four thousand collections of teachings spoken by the Teacher are realized to be complete in one session of meditative equipoise. The antidotes for subduing the three poisons are the three pitakas. The three poisons are complete within looking at one's own face. Since all dharmas are decided in the mind, now even if a beggar dies, there is no regret.
