Emanating throughout the four great rivers of Jambudvipa, completely and without remainder, I pray to you who benefit beings. To all Bodhisattvas, following like body and shadow, I pray to you who protect and guard. Wherever the sixteen fears arise, swiftly coming there like lightning, I prostrate to the mother who protects those who seek refuge. Bestowing all supreme and common attainments, the mother who grants wishes as desired, I praise you who are renowned as the Wish-Fulfilling Wheel. I, together with my disciples and lineage holders, beseech you, goddess, for refuge. I request that you always protect us with compassion. This was written by the caretaker who made the thousand images of Amitayus. Inside, I placed the paint of my body. Because the paint was applied well, in a dream on the night of the consecration, I went to a temple thinking that I could see some incarnations. On top of five high thrones, five White Taras were dwelling very clearly and truly, with their eyes slightly widened. I saw the five with peaceful faces and smiling countenances. It is said that the consecration of the statues lasted for several days, and therefore I wrote this.
