如此祈祷。 玛。是对药师佛灌顶仪轨传承的祈请文。 顶礼 毗沙阇 玛哈 惹杂耶（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，药师大王）。 福德功德如海之宝藏，以不可思议的慈悲加持力，寂灭众生痛苦煎熬者，我祈请于琉璃之光。 因极度吝啬强烈束缚，于饿鬼道中投生之众生，若闻汝名，则喜乐于转生为人并乐于布施。 我祈请于薄伽梵药师佛。 因戒律不严谨且热衷于责骂他人，这些将于地狱中投生的众生，若闻汝名，则据说将转生于天界。 我祈请于药王。 那些以离间和诸多挑拨，极度分裂并分离身命者，若闻汝名，则彼等不能加害。 我祈请于药师王。 名号殊胜、妙金、无垢光明，无忧最胜吉祥与法海雷音，神通王、妙音王，以及释迦王等，我向您们祈请。 文殊救脱、金刚手执持，梵天、自在天、帝释天与四方四大天王，十二药叉大将等，我祈请于圆满之坛城。 如此，七如来之愿文经，药师佛之经部，以及堪布寂护所著之论典等，我祈请于正法经卷之聚。 菩提萨埵赤松德赞等，译师、班智达、国王大臣菩提心者，以及传承之所有上师，和法自在等，我向您们祈请。 如是祈祷之加持力，愿暂时之疾病与各种怖畏息灭，临终时恶道之怖畏完全寂灭，祈请加持往生极乐世界。 此乃昔日尊者第六世转世化身之前，供养七如来之仪轨由尊者扎巴顿珠所著，并圆满获得其灌顶加持后，后忆及闻名之利益，阿惹嘎所作之祈请文。 般若心经传承祈请文 顶礼 般若波罗蜜多耶（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，般若波罗蜜多）。 狮子法座莲花月轮之上，金色触地等

Thus prayed. Ma. This is a prayer for the lineage of the empowerment ritual of the Medicine Buddha. Namo Bhaishajya Mahārajāya (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Medicine Great King). Possessing a treasure of merit and virtue like the ocean, with the inconceivable blessings of compassion, pacifying the suffering and torment of beings, I pray to the light of lapis lazuli. Because of extreme stinginess and strong bondage, beings born in the realm of pretas, if they hear your name, will rejoice in being born as humans and delight in giving. I pray to the Bhagavan Medicine Guru. Because of immoral conduct and diligence in scolding others, these beings who will be born in hell, if they hear your name, it is said that they will be born in higher realms. I pray to the King of Medicine. Those who, with discord and many slanders, greatly divide and separate body and life, if they hear your name, they will not be able to harm them. I pray to the King of Physicians. Names Excellent, Golden Good, Stainless Light, Sorrowless Supreme Glory and Dharma Proclaimed Sound, Manifest Knowledge King, Sound King, and Shakya King, I pray to all of you. Manjushri Savior, Vajrapani Holder, Brahma, Indra, the four Great Kings of the four directions, the twelve great Yaksha generals, etc., I pray to the complete mandala. Thus, the prayer sutra of the Seven Tathagatas, the sutra section of the Medicine Buddha, and the treatises composed by Abbot Shantarakshita, etc., I pray to the collection of Dharma scriptures. Bodhisattva Trisong Detsen, etc., translators, pandits, king-ministers, Bodhichitta beings, and all the lineage lamas, and Dharma Free, etc., I pray to all of you. By the blessings of praying in this way, may temporary illnesses and various fears be pacified, and at the time of death, may the fears of the lower realms be completely pacified, and may we be blessed to be born in Sukhavati.
