Upon the moon in my heart, The profound essence of the Prajnaparamita Sutra, Letters white and exceedingly clear, I pray to that sacred Dharma. Through the blessings of this prayer, May the realization of the Prajnaparamita, Arise in my mindstream, Increase and be stable, grant your blessings. Through the rays of light from your urna, All beings and their environment, including myself, Like reflections in a mirror, May I realize appearance and emptiness, grant your blessings. Without aggregates, elements, and sense bases, Without the four truths and dependent origination, Without arising, ceasing, going, or coming, May I realize selflessness, grant your blessings. Sonam Bum and Lama Gyaltsen, Chökyi Drakpa, Nyenpa Mikyö Je, Könchok Wang and the feet of Zharnag Gupa, I pray to the lineage lamas. The Holy Mother repeatedly appeared and received prophecies, the northern Pandit who is proficient in the five places, Jamyang Lama Chökyi Nangwa Chen, I pray to the feet of the root lama. Tsepakme Yum Bhagavan White-Clad Mother, who protects from all fears through meditation and recitation, and increases life, glory, merit, and wisdom, I pray to the feet of the Yidam Holy Mother. By the blessings of such prayers, may the right-turning light of the wish-fulfilling wheel purify the two obscurations of afflictions, may the powerful secret mantra's left-turning samadhi increase life, glory, and wisdom, may the wheel, light, and six-stage samadhi protect from all fears, may the various mantras and samadhi mandalas fulfill the wishes of beings, may all dharmas be like illusions, like reflections in a mirror, may we realize the Holy Mother's intention, may consciousness at the time of death, like a short arrow with the syllable TAM (藏文：ཏཱཾ，梵文天城体：ताṃ，梵文罗马拟音：tāṃ，汉语字面意思：当/谭), be reborn in Sukhavati. This was written from Kache Pandit Nyima Bebpa onwards, who was taken care of by the Holy Mother in all lifetimes, possessed endless stories, and also saw the Holy Mother many times in this life and received prophecies, by Je Chökyi Wangchuk in the holy palace of Shar Odzer Dampa, where the two Holy Mother emanations, Gyawa and Tritsun, resided for a long time, as the subsequent granting sequence of Tara Wish-Fulfilling Wheel.
