去往无处之境时，牦牛头不颠倒的是六字真言。胜过百匹劣马的是六字真言，骑着骏马无处可去。当步入死亡中阴的险境时，马不倾倒的是六字真言。胜过百枚金币的是六字真言，黄金饰品无处知晓。当拜见内在的法王时，无杂质的是六字真言。胜过百两银子的是六字真言，白银无处可寻。前往死亡地狱之境的资粮，是银币六字真言。

When going to a land without a place, the six-syllable mantra is what keeps the yak's head from swaying. The six-syllable mantra is better than a hundred inferior horses; riding a fine horse, there is nowhere to go. When stepping into the dangerous path of the bardo of death, the six-syllable mantra is what keeps the horse from falling. The six-syllable mantra is better than a hundred gold coins; gold ornaments are nowhere to be found. When meeting the inner Dharma king, the six-syllable mantra is without impurities. The six-syllable mantra is better than a hundred silver coins; white silver is nowhere to be found. The provisions for going to the land of the hell of death are the silver coin six-syllable mantra.

不要分割份额的阿ཐིག་们啊！ 一杯茶分配不到的时候， 不要摆出黑脸。 一块肉分配不到的时候， 不要瞪大眼睛。 一口酒分配不到的时候， 不要争吵。 一天的好处分配不到的时候， 不要抱怨。 今晚担心没有佛法份额， 没有佛法份额就是没有份额， 没有佛法份额就是恶业， 没有佛法份额就是福报耗尽。 这些小小的阿ཐིག་们啊， 请戒除鸟卜、山卜、火卜三种卜算。 请戒除外事、凶事、后事三种事情。 请承诺不杀人、不偷盗。 请承诺不拐骗人口。 占据的土地，设立的哨所，都留在了身后。 无处安身，在异地流浪。 既然对这片土地没有信任， 那就信任神圣的佛法吧！ 城堡、房屋、帐篷都留在了身后， 无处可去，在中阴的险道上徘徊。 既然对这些城堡房屋没有信任， 那就信任神圣的佛法吧！ 积攒的财物粮食都留在了身后， 身无分文，空手而去。 既然对这些财物粮食没有信任， 那就信任神圣的佛法吧！ 朋友、亲戚、同伴都留在了身后， 没有朋友，在中阴的险道上徘徊。 既然对这些朋友亲戚没有信任， 那就信任神圣的佛法吧！ 温暖柔软的衣服，在空旷的山洞里离去， 没有自己的衣服，赤身裸体而去。 既然对这些温暖柔软的衣服没有信任， 那就信任神圣的佛法吧！ 衰弱而珍爱的身体，被鸟和狗吃掉， 心识无依无靠，像风一样飘荡。 既然对这个身体没有信任， 那就信任神圣的佛法吧！ 如果有人将心投入佛法， 胜过一年耕作， 仅仅修持神圣的佛法， 依靠释迦牟尼佛的恩德， 依靠观世音菩萨的慈悲， 依靠邬金莲花生的威力， 如今佛法在西藏兴盛。 安住着许多十地菩萨， 只要虔诚祈祷就足够了。 引导上师遍布各地， 只要去佛学院学习就足够了。 经书典籍遍布各地， 只要参加法会就足够了。 寺庙佛塔众多， 只要磕头转经就足够了。 僧衣遍布各地， 只要做清净观想就足够了。

Don't divide the shares, you Athigs! When a cup of tea is not allocated, Don't show a black face. When a piece of meat is not allocated, Don't stare with wide eyes. When a sip of alcohol is not allocated, Don't quarrel. When a day's benefit is not allocated, Don't complain. Tonight, fearing the lack of Dharma share, Lack of Dharma share is lack of share, Lack of Dharma share is bad karma, Lack of Dharma share is depletion of merit. You little Athigs, Please abandon the three types of divination: bird divination, mountain divination, and fire divination. Please abandon the three types of affairs: external affairs, inauspicious affairs, and funeral affairs. Please promise not to kill or steal. Please promise not to abduct people. The occupied land, the established outposts, are left behind. Homeless, wandering in foreign lands. Since there is no trust in this land, Then trust the sacred Dharma! The castles, houses, tents are left behind, Nowhere to go, wandering on the perilous path of the bardo. Since there is no trust in these castles and houses, Then trust the sacred Dharma! The accumulated wealth and food are left behind, Penniless, going empty-handed. Since there is no trust in these wealth and food, Then trust the sacred Dharma! Friends, relatives, companions are left behind, Without friends, wandering on the perilous path of the bardo. Since there is no trust in these friends and relatives, Then trust the sacred Dharma! The warm and soft clothes, leaving in empty caves, Without one's own clothes, going naked. Since there is no trust in these warm and soft clothes, Then trust the sacred Dharma! The weakened and cherished body, eaten by birds and dogs, The mind and consciousness are helpless, drifting like the wind. Since there is no trust in this body, Then trust the sacred Dharma! If someone puts their heart into the Dharma, It is better than farming for a year, Just practicing the sacred Dharma, Depending on the kindness of Shakyamuni Buddha, Depending on the compassion of Avalokiteśvara, Depending on the power of Orgyen Padmasambhava, Now the Dharma is flourishing in Tibet. Many Bodhisattvas of the ten bhumis reside, It is enough to pray with devotion. The guiding lamas are all over the place, It is enough to go to Buddhist colleges to study. The scriptures and texts are all over the place, It is enough to attend Dharma assemblies. There are many temples and stupas, It is enough to prostrate and circumambulate. The monastic robes are all over the place, It is enough to have pure vision.
