Offered. Then, taking the self-initiation: Meditate that the main deity of the front-generation mandala performs the actions of the teacher. Lama and deities, please consider me. I offer the four continents, Mount Meru, adorned with the sun and moon. Grant me refuge, bodhicitta, and samaya. Please grant me the empowerment to enter the mandala. I confess all the sins I have committed in the past, one by one. I always rejoice in all virtues. I take refuge in the Three Jewels. For the sake of sentient beings, I generate the mind of enlightenment. I will train in the six perfections, and abide in the meaning of the extraordinary secret mantra. Siddhi vajra ya yatha sukham. The three places (body, speech, and mind) wheels, lotus, vajra, etc., are marked with the letters Om Ah Hum. Om prita hrita trata trata chhinda chhinda sarva avarana hum phat. Thus, touch the three places with the vajra. The twenty-two channels of the body are marked with the vajra, becoming the nature of vajra. Om sarva vid vajra adhisthana jnana samaye hum. Repeat. May all beings attain Buddhahood through my virtue. May those who enter this mandala quickly attain enlightenment, may you gain great benefit, be joyful. Protect with this mantra three times.
