།བདག་གིས་བསྟོད་ཅིང་རབ་ཏུ་བསྔགས། །བསྟོད་དབྱངས་སྙན་ལ་སིམ་གྱུར་ཅིག །དེ་ནས་ནད་པ་དེས་ཕྱག་འཚལ་དུ་བཅུག་ཅིང་རྗེས་ཟློས་བྱ། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ཀླུ་དབང་རྒྱལ་པོ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །ཆོས་རྣམས་གཟུགས་བརྙན་ལྟ་བུ་སྟེ། །དག་ཅིང་གསལ་ལ་རྙོག་པ་མེད། །བཟུང་དུ་མེད་ཅིང་བརྗོད་དུ་མེད། །ངོ་བོ་མེད་ཅིང་གནས་མེད་པ། །དེ་ལྟར་ཆོས་རྣམས་ཤེས་གྱིས་ལ། Homage and praise to the one who subdues all directions, the one with the serpent's head! The great Naga King Ananta, with a blue body and a serpent's head, who subdues the Nagas of the south, homage and praise to the one with vast qualities! The great Naga King Balakara, with a red body and a serpent's head, who subdues the Nagas of the west, homage to you, the mighty one! The great Naga King Manasvin, with a yellow body and a serpent's head, who subdues the Nagas of the north, homage and praise to the one with the serpent's head! The great Naga King Shankhapala, with a white-yellow body and a serpent's head, who subdues the Nagas of the southeast, homage and praise to the one who destroys all poisons! The great Naga King Varuna, with a red-green body and a serpent's head, who subdues the Nagas of the southwest, homage and praise to the one who cures all diseases! The great Naga King Padma, with a blue-white body and a serpent's head, who subdues the Nagas of the northwest, homage and praise to the one who increases accomplishments! The king of Nagas, Maha-padma, with a white-yellow body and a serpent's head, who subdues the Nagas of the northeast, homage and praise to the one who is unstained by faults! To the royal lineage, the lordly lineage, the Brahmin lineage, the commoner lineage, the outcastes, the Nagas and demons, the Naga-tsen, the ocean goddesses, and so forth, to all the Naga races, I offer praise! Lords of the arising years, months, days, and times, who dwell in all places and directions, all the fierce spirits, earth lords, and local deities, I praise and highly extol! May the sound of praise be pleasing and serene! Then, have the patient prostrate and repeat after you. Homage to the Tathagata, Naga King! Homage to all those Buddhas, the Bhagavat, spoken of in the Great Cloud Sutra! Homage to the Naga King, Buddha Bhagavat! Homage to the Naga Bodhisattva, attendant, immeasurable, glorious, adorned, umbrella-like king! Homage to the three emanations of the three families: Naga Delight, Manasvin, and Wealth Increase! Homage to the eight great wisdom Nagas, with their consorts and children! Homage to the Naga kings of the royal lineage! Homage to the Naga kings of the minister lineage! 向龙王诸佛种姓顶礼！向龙王人类种姓顶礼！又向龙的儿子和孙子等，以及眷属众多侍从等，以及军队等顶礼！向年神之王及其妃嫔眷属等顶礼！向四方中央第五的诸土地神顶礼！向地方威力强大的神灵顶礼！如此顶礼后，双膝跪地，合掌，开始念诵忏悔文。龙王佛世尊，龙菩萨大莲花，八大智慧龙，以及住于此世间，具大威力的龙、年神，所有国王种姓、大臣种姓、平民种姓、婆罗门种姓，以及所有年神、土地神、地方神之前，我持咒者，或名讳为“某某”者，以及施主之主，名讳为“某某”者，于前世、更前世及今生三世中，若有违背龙和土地神心意之处，皆忏悔！从父辈、祖父辈、曾祖父辈乃至七代以内，若有违背龙和土地神心意之处，皆忏悔！拆毁龙宫，或修缮住所，或翻动石年神，或解开岩石年神，或砍伐树年神，或挖掘泥土年神，或堵塞泉眼，或进行诅咒盟誓，或焚烧灶台，或分割田地，或建造城堡，或架设桥梁，或将水年神引入水渠，或杀死龙的财物，凡有违背龙心意之处，皆忏悔！在不吉利的时间进行错误的行为，或战争、市场、丧葬、坟墓等不吉利之事，或赛马不吉利，或焚烧财物不吉利，或杀害野生动物或下毒，或引发山火，凡有违背年神、土地神、地方神心意之处，皆忏悔！我忏悔，我懊悔，我不隐瞒，我不掩盖！今后也请不要再做！之后，为世间龙族宣说佛法：向三宝顶礼！诸法如影像，清净明亮无垢染，不可执持不可言说，无自性无处所，如是了知诸法，利益众生。

I prostrate to the Naga King Buddha lineages! I prostrate to the Naga King human lineages! Furthermore, I prostrate to the sons and grandsons of the Nagas, and to those with many attendants and retinues, and to those with armies! I prostrate to the king of the Nyen and his consorts and retinues! I prostrate to all the earth lords of the four directions and the center, the fifth! I prostrate to the powerful local deities! Having prostrated thus, kneeling and joining palms, begin the recitation of confession. Naga King, Buddha, Bhagavan, Naga Bodhisattva, Great Lotus, the eight wisdom Nagas, and the powerful Nagas and Nyen residing in this world, all the royal lineages, ministerial lineages, commoner lineages, Brahmin lineages, and before all the Nyen, earth lords, and local deities, I, the mantra holder, or one called "So and so" by name, and the lord of the patrons, called "So and so" by name, in the past life, even earlier lives, and this life, in the three times, if there has been any offense against the minds of the Nagas and earth lords, I confess! From father, grandfather, great-grandfather, up to seven generations, if there has been any offense against the minds of the Nagas and earth lords, I confess! Destroying Naga palaces, or repairing dwellings, or overturning stone Nyen, or unraveling rock Nyen, or cutting tree Nyen, or digging earth Nyen, or blocking springs, or making oaths of curses, or burning hearths, or dividing fields, or building castles, or erecting bridges, or diverting water Nyen into canals, or killing Naga wealth, whatever has been done against the mind of the Nagas, I confess! Performing actions at inauspicious times, or inauspicious events such as war, markets, funerals, or graves, or inauspicious horse races, or inauspicious burning of wealth, or killing wild animals or poisoning them, or starting mountain fires, whatever has been done against the minds of the Nyen, earth lords, and local deities, I confess! I regret, I repent, I do not hide, I do not conceal! May I not do it again in the future! Then, teaching the Dharma to the worldly Nagas: I prostrate to the Three Jewels! All phenomena are like reflections, pure, clear, and without defilement, cannot be grasped or spoken, without essence and without location, thus know all phenomena, for the benefit of sentient beings.
