Hūṃ hūṃ. Jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ. Recite the three mantras. From the heart of myself, the Secret Lord, emanated immeasurable rays of light like iron hooks. All the nāgas, local deities, and earth lords dwelling in the depths of Mount Meru, the four continents, the ocean floor, the underworld, and the upper world were invited. Hūṃ. From the upper and lower parts of the great Mount Meru, the surface and bottom of the great ocean, and the center and edges of Jambudvipa, the earth lords, nāgas, and local deities with their retinues, who dwell in the moisture of existence, are now invited to this place. By the oath of the supreme horse king and the power of Vajrapani, please come quickly to this place. From the mandala of the vast ocean and the palace of the great Mount Meru, the great water deity Varuna, and the eight great nāgas with their retinues, please come to this place of offering. Royal lineage and noble lineage, Brahmin lineage and Candala lineage, nāga lineages with their retinues, as well as evil spirits, earth lords, local deities, nāga demons, nāga gods, and sea goddesses, with peaceful and loving hearts, please come to this place to receive offerings.
