By offering various flowers, In the dwelling place of the earth lords and dragon spirits, May utpala forests and lotus groves, And flower gardens be born. By offering various silks, To all the earth lords and dragon spirits, May curtains, canopies, banners, And upper garments, lower skirts, and hanging silks, And various ornaments be enjoyed. By offering various wool threads, May clouds of five kinds of jewels, Pour down like rain what is needed and desired. By offering these various images, Of various dragon forms and water dwellings, May the sons and daughters of the dragons, And the wealth that has been killed be purified. By offering crystal grains and rice, In the domain of the earth lords and dragon spirits, May horses, mules, donkeys, female yaks, And dzos, dzomos, cows, and bulls, And wealth in hundreds, thousands, tens of thousands, and hundreds of thousands, And other necessary enjoyments arise. From this day forward, All the earth lords and dragon spirits, And we patrons, offerings, and retinues, Are close friends, we make an oath. Vajrapani resides as witness. Therefore, from this day forward, Please be our support, help, and protector. Because we do not possess clairvoyance, Due to the power of ignorance and unknowing, If we have offended you, Please accept our forgiveness. We will also offer to you in due time.
