降临！从浩瀚大海的中心，康之子也降临于朵（gTo，祭祀，下同）！从五台山的宝座上，金之子男也降临于朵！从如意树的清凉绿荫下，辛之女也降临于朵！从金刚十字风之上，宗之女也降临于朵！摩诃金龟的，头顶梵穴之处，火的十二年降临于朵！摩诃龟的右方，木的十二年降临于朵！摩诃龟的尾部，水的十二年降临于朵！摩诃龟的左方，铁的十二年降临于朵！龟的四肢，土的十二年降临于朵！此外还有亚魔、母魔等，所有天龙八部，不要以五毒之心前来，以慈悲之心降临于朵！今日为施主檀越的，生命、身体、权势，作为赎金，行使世间事业之朵。其物由五大元素构成。从文殊菩萨舌头的唾液中，显现出五种元素的精华。从圣者孔子的化身中，形成一只切尔的龟。即使说那是我的显现，也由此产生五大元素。十五种精华形成了坤乾。金宗姐妹和朵丽二者，纳尔、普、康、辛降临于朵！从龟的根脉肝脏中，第一个元素形成木。木虎兔降临于朵！从龟的心脏和胃中，化现出第二个元素火。马蛇二者降临于朵！从龟的肺和骨骼中，化现的第三个元素是铁。鸡猴二者降临于朵！从龟的血液和肾脏中，化现的第四个元素是土和水。鼠猪二者降临于朵！从龟的脾脏和皮肤中，化现的第五个元素是土。狗龙牛羊降临于朵！摩诃金龟的，瑞明医生的化身中，黎明时分一颗大白星升起。一白点降临于朵！摩诃金龟的，从两只眼珠中出现两颗黑点。二黑点降临于朵！鼻子上出现分离的三种风。三蓝点降临于朵！面部的龟出现悲伤。争端的兄弟四人出现。点

Of the Maha golden turtle, from the crown of the head, the twelve years of Fire come to the gTo! From the right side of the Maha turtle, the twelve years of Wood come to the gTo! From the tail of the Maha turtle, the twelve years of Water come to the gTo! From the left side of the Maha turtle, the twelve years of Iron come to the gTo! From the four limbs of the turtle, the twelve years of Earth come to the gTo! Furthermore, Ya demons, Mother demons, and all the Eight Classes of Gods and Demons, do not come with the mind of the five poisons, but come to the gTo with the mind of compassion! Today, for the benefactor of the offering, life, body, and power, as ransom, the gTo of worldly affairs is performed. The substance is composed of the five elements. From the saliva of Manjushri's tongue, the essence of the five elements arises. From the incarnation of the holy Confucius, a Cher turtle is formed. Even if it is said to be my manifestation, the five elements arise from it. Fifteen essences form Qiankun. The Gin and Zon sisters and the two Dalis, Nal, Phu, Kham, and Zin come to the gTo! From the roots, veins, and liver of the turtle, the first element forms Wood. Wood Tiger Rabbit comes to the gTo! From the heart and stomach of the turtle, the second element Fire is manifested. Horse and Snake come to the gTo! From the lungs and bones of the turtle, the third element Iron is manifested. Chicken and Monkey come to the gTo! Gather! Gather at the Torma! As Manjushri said, if you do not come to this place, By the punishment of the Bhagavan, your body and mind will be separated. If you come and make Torma, The Torma will be auspicious and perfect, The patron will be freed from demonic obstacles, The Torma maker, I, will be very happy, This prayer will not be in vain. Therefore, come here to remove obstacles, Look at the Torma with a joyful attitude. This Torma that I have accumulated, To eliminate the demonic obstacles of the five elements, I offer it to you, please enjoy it. Thus it is said. ཧཱུྃ། (Tibetan) Hūṃ!
