热！贪欲大且筋肉粗，独自生出可怖之物。置于陶罐之中后，化为各种人食。写下仇敌与魔障之名，放入其腹内。老妇空玛（khon ma）说道，并施以诅咒：我们老夫妇二人，唉呀，似在作恶。那样的果实现在成熟。唉玛，这样的众生，在此世间从未见过。阿妈，阿姊，我真害怕！这黑人三头者，指甲是铁的指甲，张口怒目，龇牙咧嘴，发出摧毁一切的吼声。你若大，就对怨恨的仇敌大；若大，就对有害的魔障大。凶猛厉鬼住在陶罐里，以各种人食为食。住处在十字路口。说完便将其送至路口。送至路口后，凡相遇者皆被吞食。那个地方的人们都被吃光了。即便如此仍未满足，世界毁灭。一切都被那三头者吞食。三有（srid pa gsum po）几乎要空了。那头长着猛兽老虎头者，是星宿计都（gza' khyab 'jug）入胎之子，凡与之相遇者皆被立即杀死，极其喜欢杀戮与斩断，嗜血食肉，嗔恨极大。一个头是遍入（khyab byed）牛头，是星宿土星（gza' spen pa）入胎之子，凡与之相遇者皆夺取性命气息，散布麻风、疥疮、脓肿。一个头是愚痴猪头，是星宿火星（gza' lhag pa）入胎之子，手脚极其迅速，对生命极其憎恨，凡与之相遇的众生皆被其吞食。非星宿非魔，却极其凶猛，以人命为食。那样的黑人三头者， 圣者以慈悲调伏之。智慧圣者文殊菩萨，化现一个与其相同之身。黑人三头恐怖之形，以舌音震动世界。眼中燃火，发出嚓嚓之声。口中发出猛烈的呼啸。龇牙怒目，如是说道：你这黑人恶毒的吼叫者，毫无怜悯之心的众生你，我将调伏一切，你也将被我调伏。说完便将那三头者，从口中吞入，从脚下放出。那家伙身体颤抖，结结巴巴地说：大英雄，请听我说。如是说。

Ra! Great greed and thick muscles, A terrifying being was born alone. After being placed in a clay pot, It transformed into various human foods. After writing the names of enemies and obstacles, It was placed inside its belly. An old woman named Khonma said, And cast a curse: We, the old couple, Alas, it seems we are doing evil. Such a fruit is now ripening. Ema, such a sentient being, Has never been seen in this world. Ama, Atsi, I am so afraid! This black three-headed one, Has claws of iron, Opens its mouth, glares, and grinds its teeth. With a roar that destroys everything. If you are big, be big to the hateful enemy; If you are big, be big to the harmful obstacle. The fierce demon dwells in the clay pot, Eating various human foods. Its dwelling is at the crossroads. After saying that, it was sent to the crossroads. After being sent to the crossroads, it devoured everyone it met. The people of that place were all devoured. Even that was not enough, the world was destroyed. Everything was devoured by that three-headed one. The three realms (srid pa gsum po) were almost emptied. That one with the head of a ferocious tiger, Is the son born from the womb of the planet Ketu (gza' khyab 'jug), Whoever it meets, it kills instantly, Extremely fond of killing and cutting, Flesh-eating, blood-drinking, with great hatred. One head is the pervading bull's head, The son born from the womb of the planet Saturn (gza' spen pa), Whoever it meets, it takes their life breath, Spreading leprosy, scabies, and boils. One head is the ignorant pig's head, The son born from the womb of the planet Mars (gza' lhag pa), Its hands and feet are extremely swift, Extremely hateful of life, Whatever sentient being it meets, it devours. Not a planet, not a demon, but extremely fierce, It devours the life of humans. Such a black three-headed one, The Noble One intended to subdue with compassion. The wise Noble Manjushri, Emanated a being identical to it. The terrifying form of the black three-headed one, Shook the world with the sound of its tongue. Fire blazed from its eyes, emitting a tsawa tsawa sound. From its mouth, it unleashed a fierce roar. Grinding its teeth and glaring, it spoke thus: You black, evil roarer, You sentient being without compassion, I will subdue everything, You too will be subdued by me. After saying that, it swallowed the three-headed one, From its mouth and expelled it from its feet. That fellow, stuttering and trembling, Said: Great hero, listen to me. Thus he spoke.

如是行持。 听从您的教诲。 伟大的勇士所宣说， 黑面三头者， 您于五浊恶世之时， 行持世间之回遮。 回遮巨大的障碍， 若有病人，令其起身。 从司命鬼处生起， 吞噬一切损害之鬼魔。 坐于黑色的皮垫之上， 施予朵玛、替身和指套。 如是履行往昔之誓言， 今日乃是需要之时。 忆念往昔之誓言， 勿违背圣妙吉祥之教言。 勿使施主之恩情落空， 请前往朵域之境。 嗟！黑面三头及其眷属， 乃三界之大能者， 行持世间之（藏文：བློ，梵文天城体：bhyo，梵文罗马拟音：bhyo，汉语字面意思：回遮）！ 行持巨大的回遮， 将障碍、乖戾、凶兆， 转移给与之相遇者。 转移给名字相同、年份相同者， 转移给低劣的畜生狗， 转移到无情之土石之上。 转移年份之障碍、月份之障碍、日子之障碍， 转移星曜之障碍、时辰之恶障， 转移卜算、梦兆、凶兆、旱灾。 即使有注定要死亡的施主， 也请延缓三年。 现在请您行持转移之王， 右侧老虎头， 转移一切恶鬼之魔， 左侧猪头， 转移一切灾难和不幸， 中央牛头， 转移一切巨大之恐惧。 黑面三头之传承圆满。 恰 献供黑面三头朵玛并委托事业仪轨。 其后于修法间隙，将朵玛、小食子、替身、指套、肉块、杂粮等陈设于托盘之中，念诵： 顶礼！ 三宝之谛实力， 圣观世音、文殊、金刚手三怙主之谛实力， 土地神哈萨匝之威力， 祈愿我等师徒施主眷属， 凡有损害、恼害、制造障碍，不遵从教令和誓言，虽说谛实语亦不听从，虽宣讲正法亦不听闻，虽以替身朵玛供养亦无法满足者，所有颠倒错乱、跳跃动摇、欺骗隐瞒者，全部融入此猛厉诛法朵玛之中！ 扎 吽 瓦 霍！ 本质为怨敌鬼魔之血肉， 形相为无漏之甘露。

Thus, act accordingly. Listen to your teachings. As proclaimed by the great hero, O Black-faced Three-Headed One, In this time of the five degenerations, Perform the reversal of existence. Reverse all great obstacles. If there are sick, cause them to rise. Generate from the abode of the Sriu. Devour all harmful demons and obstructors. Sit upon the black leather cushion. Bestow torma, effigy, and thumb-index finger gesture. Thus, fulfill the ancient oath. Today, the time of need has come. Remembering the ancient oath, Do not break the words of noble Manjushri. Do not let the benefactor's kindness be in vain. Please go to the place of the Tova. Kye! Black-faced Three-Headed One and retinue, Great power of the three realms, Perform the great reversal of existence! Transfer all obstacles, adversities, and bad omens To whomever they encounter. Transfer to those with the same name and year. Transfer to the lowest animal, the dog. Transfer to the unfeeling earth and stones. Transfer the obstacle of the year, the obstacle of the month, the obstacle of the day. Transfer the obstacle of the planet, the evil obstacle of time. Transfer divination, dreams, bad omens, and droughts. Even if there is a patron destined to die, Please postpone it for three years. Now, please act as the king of transference. With the right tiger head, Transfer all the demons of the 'gong po. With the left pig head, Transfer all disasters and misfortunes. With the central ox head, Transfer all great fears. The lineage of the Black-faced Three-Headed One is complete. Cha Offering Torma to the Black-faced Three-Headed One and Entrusting Activities. Then, during the session break, arrange torma, small linga, effigy, thumb-index finger gesture, pieces of meat, and various grains in a tray and recite: Homage! By the truth of the Three Jewels, By the truth of the three protectors, Avalokiteshvara, Manjushri, and Vajrapani, By the power and strength of the earth lord Hasa Tsa, May all those who harm, injure, and obstruct us, the teachers, disciples, patrons, and retinue, Those who do not abide by the command and oath, Those who do not heed even when speaking the truth, Those who do not listen even when teaching the Dharma, Those who cannot be satisfied even when offering effigies and tormas, All those who are perverse, erratic, deceptive, and misleading, Be drawn into this fierce wrathful torma! Dza Hum Vam Hoh! The essence is the flesh and blood of enemies and obstructors, The form is the nectar of non-contamination.
