ནས། །བར་སྣང་ཁམས་སུ་ཐལ་མོ་བརྡབ། །ནད་ཀྱི་ཁ་རླངས་ནག་པོ་བཏང་། །ནད་ཀྱི་ན་བུན་སྤྲིན་ལྟར་འཁྲིགས། །བུད་མེད་ནག་མོས་སྟོང་ཁམས་གང་། །ཁྲག་ནད་རྒྱུ་གཟེར་འབྲུམ་ནད་བཏང་། །ནད་ཀྱང་མ་མོ་ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་ནད། །རིམས་ཀྱང་མ་མོ་ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་རིམས། །ཁྲག་ཀྱང་མ་མོ་ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་ཁྲག །སྤྱི་བདུད་ནད་ཀྱི་ཁ་ལོ་སྒྱུར། །དམར་ཆེན་རཀྟའི་མཆོད་པ་འབུལ།། བསྐང་ངོ་བསྐལ་པའི་ཐུགས་དམ་བསྐང་། །འཁྲུག་པའི་མ་མོའི་ཐུགས་དམ་བསྐང་། །ཐུགས་དམ་བསྐང་བའི་བྱིན་རླབས་ཀྱིས། །བདག་ཅག་རྣལ་འབྱོར་འཁོར་ བཅས་ཀྱི། །ནད་ཁ་ཆོད་ལ་རིམས་ཁ་སྒྱུར། །ཁྲམ་ཁ་ཕྱེས་ལ་ཤྭ་རྡེལ་སྤོས། །ནད་གདོན་བར་ཆད་བསྒྱུར་དུ་གསོལ། །བྷྱོཿ ལྔ་བརྒྱ་དུས་ཀྱི་ཐ་མ་ལ། །ཕས་ཟེར་བུ་ཡིས་མི་ཉན་དུས། །གསང་སྔགས་བོན་དུ་གྱེར་བའི་དུས། །རྣལ་འབྱོར་གྲོང་བསྙེན་བྱེད་པའི་དུས། །སྡེ་འཁྲུག་ནང་དམེ་བྱེད་པའི་དུས། །བཙུན་པས་འདུལ་ཁྲིམས་མི་བསྲུང་དུས། །སྔགས་པས་དམ་ཚིག་མི་བསྲུང་དུས། །གཙུག་ལག་ཆོས་འཁོར་བཤིགས་པའི་དུས། །མ་མོ་ནག་མོ་ཐུགས་ཁྲོས་ནས། །རྒྱ་མཚོའི་གཏིང་ནས་སྐུར་བཞེངས་ཏེ། །རི་རབ་རྩེ་ལ་བཏེགས་བྱས་ནས། །བར་སྣང་ཁམས་སུ་ཐལ་མོ་བརྡབ། །ནད་ཀྱི་ཁ་རླངས་སྨུག་པོ་བཏང་། །བུད་མེད་སྨུག་པོས་ས་གཞི་གང་། །མཁའ་ལ་ནད་སྤྲིན་སྨུག་པོ་འཁྲིགས། །དེ་ཚེ་ནད་ཀྱི་བསྐལ་པ་དར། །ལེ་བརྒན་རྒྱུག་གཟེར་སྣ་ཚོགས་འབྱུང་། །ཁྲག་ཏུ་སྐྱུག་པ་སྣ་ཚོགས་འབྱུང་། །ནད་ཀྱང་མ་མོ་ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་ནད། །རིམས་ཀྱང་མ་མོ་ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་རིམས། །ཁྲག་ཀྱང་མ་མོ་ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་ཁྲག །སྤྱི་བདུད་ནད་ཀྱི་ཁ་ལོ་སྒྱུར། །དམར་ཆེན་རཀྟའི་མཆོད་པ་འབུལ། །བསྐང་ངོ་བསྐལ་པའི་ཐུགས་དམ་བསྐང་། །འཁྲུག་ པའི་མ་མོའི་ཐུགས་དམ་བསྐང་། །ཐུགས་དམ་བསྐང་བའི་བྱིན་རླབས་ཀྱིས། །བདག་ཅག་རྣལ་འབྱོར་འཁོར་བཅས་ཀྱི། །ནད་ཁ་ཆོད་ལ་རིམས་ཁ་སྒྱུར། །ཁྲམ་ཁ་ཕྱེས་ལ་ཤྭ་རྡེལ་སྤོས། །ནད་གདོན་བར་ཆད་བསྒྱུར་དུ་གསོལ། །བྷྱོཿ ལྔ་བརྒྱ་དུས་ཀྱི་ཐ་མ་ལ། །ཕས་ཟེར་བུ་ཡིས་མི་ཉན་དུས། །གསང་སྔགས་བོན་དུ་གྱེར་བའི་དུས། །རྣལ་འབྱོར་གྲོང་བསྙེན་བྱེད་པའི་དུས། །སྡེ་འཁྲུག་ནང་དམེ་བྱེད་པའི་དུས། །བཙུན་པས་འདུལ་ཁྲིམས་མི་བསྲུང་དུས། །སྔགས་པས་དམ་ཚིག་མི་བསྲུང་དུས། །གཙུག་ལག་ཆོས་འཁོར་བཤིགས་པའི་དུས། །མ་མོ་ནག་མོ་ཐུགས་ཁྲོས་ནས། །རྒྱ་མཚོའི་གཏིང་ནས་སྐུར་བཞེངས་ཏེ། །རི་རབ་རྩེ་ལ་བཏེགས་བྱས་ནས། །བར་སྣང་ཁམས་སུ་ཐལ་མོ་བརྡབ། །ནད་ཀྱི་ཁ་རླངོ

In the last of the five hundred ages, when sons do not listen to their fathers, when secret mantras are chanted as Bon, when yogis perform urban retreats, when tribes fight and internal killings occur, when monks do not keep their vows, when mantra practitioners do not keep their vows, when the wheel of scholastic dharma is destroyed, the black Mamo becomes angry, rises from the bottom of the ocean, is lifted to the top of Mount Meru, and claps hands in the space.
