I confess to the assembly of Mamo Dakinis. May this virtue liberate all future beings, From disease and evil spirits, And become givers of fearless refuge. May this (activity) increase and expand, May all Mamos accomplish its activities. May all connected be auspicious and well! The special characteristic of this profound instruction is: Mixing great ashes, mustard seeds, animal blood, bone joints, and, Charcoal, reciting the mantra twenty-one times, Or one hundred and eight times, throwing it towards the direction, Where there is plague, and also throwing it in houses. Or it can also be thrown by putting it in water. Throw its remains in many cemeteries. This is the instruction for cutting off the plague.
