此瓶之中安住命、寿、福。八大行星以下，二十八星宿以上，所有星曜鬼神，环绕又环绕，顶礼又顶礼，然天女不视之，不作供养，示现忿怒相。我与施主檀越之命、寿，莫非被曜夺走？若真被夺，请享用此朵玛与食子，加害我等之辈，无论逃往何处虚空，亦以汝之手抓获之。从曜之手中赎回人命，从曜之手中救护寿福。此瓶之中安住大命、寿、福。斯米主母六母以下，世间劣母以上，所有空行、速行母，环绕又环绕，顶礼又顶礼，然天女不视之，不作供养，示现忿怒相。我与施主檀越之命、寿，莫非被空行夺走？若真被夺，请享用此朵玛与食子，加害我等之辈，无论逃往八大尸林，亦以汝之手抓获之。从空行之手中赎回人命，从空行之手中救护寿福。此瓶之中安住命、寿、福。母魔女王以下，游荡村落之女鬼以上，所有母魔，环绕又环绕，顶礼又顶礼，然天女不视之，不作供养，示现忿怒相。我与施主檀越之命、寿，莫非被母魔夺走？若真被夺，请享用此朵玛与食子，加害我等之辈，无论逃往海边，亦以汝之手抓获之。从母魔之手中赎回人命，从母魔之手中救护寿福。此瓶之中安住命、寿、福。贡尊德母以下，大牧降伏轮回以上，所有护母、疫母，环绕又环绕，顶礼又顶礼，然天女不视之，不作供养，示现忿怒相。我与施主檀越之命、寿，莫非被疫母夺走？若真被夺，请享用此朵玛与食子，加害我等之辈，无论逃往山顶，亦

From the chief Smis and the six mothers downwards, to the inferior worldly mothers upwards, may all the dakinis and swift-goers, circling and circling, prostrating and prostrating, yet the goddess does not look upon them, does not make offerings, and shows a wrathful countenance. From Kongtsun Demo downwards, to Drokchen Khordul upwards, may all the protecting mothers and epidemic mothers, circling and circling, prostrating and prostrating, yet the goddess does not look upon them, does not make offerings, and shows a wrathful countenance. 用您的手去寻回吧！从瘟神手中赎回人命魂！从瘟神手中救护寿命福运！人命魂、寿命、永恒，安住在宝瓶中！从命主阎罗王以下，到白伞盖王以上，所有八万种魔障，环绕又环绕，顶礼膜拜，但是，女神对它们视而不见，不予理睬，示现忿怒之相。我等施主和供养者的寿命，魔障不要夺走啊！万一夺走了，请享用朵玛和食子，不要加害我们！无论逃到寺庙、佛塔等处，用您的手去寻回吧！从魔障手中赎回人命魂！从魔障手中救护寿命福运！人命魂、寿命、永恒，安住在宝瓶中！吽！从有顶天以下，到那落迦地狱之间，所有六道众生，环绕又环绕，顶礼膜拜，但是，女神对它们视而不见，不予理睬，示现忿怒之相。我等施主和供养者的寿命，六道众生不要夺走啊！万一夺走了，请享用朵玛和食子，不要加害我们！无论逃到六道何处，用您的手去寻回吧！从六道手中赎回人命魂！从六道手中救护寿命福运！人命魂、寿命、永恒，安住在宝瓶中！寿命箭，白羽是寿命的所依；寿命幡，红幡是寿命的庇护；寿命玉，绿松石是寿命的伴侣；寿命粮，白米是寿命的度量；寿命酒，蓝酒是寿命的精华。祈请具德女神，赐予我等施主和供养者寿命，救护性命！བྷྱོམ་ཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལི་ཧཱུྃ་བྷྱོ། （藏文）ཨ་ཡུཏེ་པུཎྚི་ཀུ་རུ་ཨོཾ། （藏文，梵文天城体：आयुतेपुण्डिकुरुओṃ，梵文罗马拟音：āyute puṇḍi kuru oṃ，汉语字面意思：寿命、白莲、作）尽力念诵。像这样持续多日，或者一日三次，一次三遍地念诵。如果当天结束时供奉，当天也要念诵三遍。供奉时，像平常一样供奉金饮。然后，将白食子献祭并放置。之后，将人头面向外。之后，将血器放置在外。之后，将替身朵玛的脸转过去放置。用干净的谷物进行遣送。བྷྱོ། （藏文）玛吉拉姆（藏文：མ་གཅིག་ལྷ་མོ།）主仆，以及显有世间的母神、空行母，以及病主、傲慢者等所有众神，全部都转过脸去，等待离去。

Life-soul, longevity, and eternity reside in this vase! From the Lord of Death, Yama, down to the King White Parasol, all eighty thousand types of obstructing spirits, circling and circling, prostrating and worshiping, but the goddess does not look upon them, does not heed them, and shows a wrathful countenance. May the obstructing spirits not take away the life-soul of us patrons and benefactors! If, by chance, they have taken it, please accept this torma and offering, and do not harm us! Wherever you may flee, whether to temples, stupas, or other places, retrieve it with your hand! Redeem the life-soul from the hands of the obstructing spirits! Protect life and fortune from the hands of the obstructing spirits! Life-soul, longevity, and eternity reside in this vase! Hūṃ! From the peak of existence down to the hell realms of Naraka, all six realms of beings, circling and circling, prostrating and worshiping, but the goddess does not look upon them, does not heed them, and shows a wrathful countenance. May the beings of the six realms not take away the life-soul of us patrons and benefactors! If, by chance, they have taken it, please accept this torma and offering, and do not harm us! Wherever you may flee in the six realms, retrieve it with your hand! Redeem the life-soul from the hands of the six realms! Protect life and fortune from the hands of the six realms! Life-soul, longevity, and eternity reside in this vase! The life arrow, with white feathers, is the support of life; the life banner, the red banner is the protection of life; the life turquoise, the green turquoise is the companion of life; the life grain, the white rice is the measure of life; the life alcohol, the blue alcohol is the essence of life. May the glorious goddess grant life and protect the lives of us patrons and benefactors! བྷྱོམ་ཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལི་ཧཱུྃ་བྷྱོ། (Tibetan) ཨ་ཡུཏེ་པུཎྚི་ཀུ་རུ་ཨོཾ། (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: आयुतेपुण्डिकुरुओṃ, Sanskrit Romanization: āyute puṇḍi kuru oṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Life, White Lotus, Do) Recite as much as possible. If you do this for many days, recite three times a day, three times each time. If you offer it at the end of the day, recite it three times that day as well. When offering, offer golden drink as usual. Then, dedicate and place the white torma. After that, turn the human head away. After that, place the blood vessel away. After that, turn the face of the effigy torma away and place it. Perform the dispatching with clean grains. བྷྱོ། (Tibetan) Machig Lhamo (Tibetan: མ་གཅིག་ལྷ་མོ།) , the mistress and servants, as well as the worldly mothers, dakinis, and all the disease lords and arrogant ones, all turn their faces away and wait to depart.
