生出两片碧玉之海，其上有两个黑色痣。拿走这两个黑色痣的朵玛。从摩诃金龟的两个鼻孔中生出三股气，其上有三个蓝色痣。拿走这三个蓝色痣的朵玛。摩诃金龟口中呼出的青红色蒸汽，化为碧玉之母海崩裂，生出四股争讼之烟。拿走这四个绿色痣的朵玛。从摩诃金龟的血肉与骨骼间隙中，滴落五滴黄水。拿走这五个黄色痣的朵玛。摩诃金龟的脊椎骨节之间，涌现出六道吉祥之泉。拿走这六个白色痣的朵玛。摩诃金龟腹部滴落的血滴，化为七个屠夫。拿走这七个红色痣的朵玛。 拿走这个朵玛。从摩诃金龟的龟甲额头中央，生出八位白色哈罗神。拿走这八个白色痣的朵玛。从摩诃金龟的九个感官孔窍中，生出九位财神兄妹。拿走这九个红色痣的朵玛。摩诃金龟的双眼，化为日月。拿走这日月朵玛。摩诃金龟的四颗牙齿，形成八个角，化为八位伟大的持明。拿走这八大行星的朵玛。摩诃金龟的二十八节脊椎骨，化为二十八星宿。拿走这二十八星宿的朵玛。摩诃金龟的舌头是闪电，声音是雷鸣。拿走这闪电雷鸣的朵玛。耳朵里出现五彩虹光。拿走这五彩虹光的朵玛。笑声带来狂风和暴风雪。拿走这狂风暴风雪的朵玛。乌龟发怒时降下冰雹。拿走这冰雹之主的朵玛。 拿走这个朵玛。用朵玛来消除流年不利和月份不利。用朵玛来消除每日不利和食物不利。用朵玛来消除并转化所有障碍！如噶举派典籍中所说。然后进行朵玛转化：经文中说：四元素疾病邪魔皆汇聚，寂灭赎死之咒当念诵。如文殊中所述：嗡 玛哈嘎哩 摩达耶 梭哈（藏文：ༀ་མ་ཧཱ་ཀ་ལི་མོ་ཏ་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：ॐ महाकालि मोटाये स्वाहा，梵文罗马转写：oṃ mahākāli moṭāye svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡，伟大的黑女神，愚昧者，梭哈！）。嗡 玛玛 然然 耶 梭哈（藏文：ༀ་མ་མ་རཾ་རཾ་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：ॐ मम रं रं ये स्वाहा，梵文罗马转写：oṃ mama raṃ raṃ ye svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡，我的，然，然，耶，梭哈！）。嗡 玛玛

Two turquoise seas arose, upon which were two black moles. Take this offering of the two black moles. From the two nostrils of the Maha Golden Tortoise, three winds arose, upon which were three blue moles. Take this offering of the three blue moles. The bluish-red vapor from the mouth of the Maha Golden Tortoise, transformed into the collapse of the turquoise mother sea, from which arose four kinds of smoke of dispute. Take this offering of the four green moles. From the gaps between the flesh and bones of the Maha Golden Tortoise, five drops of yellow water fell. Take this offering of the five yellow moles. Between the vertebrae and bones of the Maha Golden Tortoise, six auspicious springs emerged. Take this offering of the six white moles. Upon the drops of blood from the belly of the Maha Golden Tortoise, seven butchers arose. Take this offering of the seven red moles. Take this offering. From the center of the tortoise's forehead mandala, eight white Halo gods arose. Take this offering of the eight white moles. From the nine sensory orifices of the Maha Golden Tortoise, nine wealth deity siblings arose. Take this offering of the nine red moles. The two eyes of the Maha Golden Tortoise, transformed into the sun and moon. Take this offering of the sun and moon. The four teeth of the Maha Golden Tortoise, forming eight corners, transformed into eight great vidyadharas. Take this offering of the eight great planets. The twenty-eight vertebrae of the Maha Golden Tortoise, transformed into twenty-eight constellations. Take this offering of the twenty-eight constellations. The tongue of the Maha Golden Tortoise is lightning, and its voice is thunder. Take this offering of lightning and thunder. Five-colored rainbows appeared in its ears. Take this offering of the five-colored rainbows. Laughter brings gales and blizzards. Take this offering of gales and blizzards. When the tortoise is angry, it sends down hailstorms. Take this offering of the lord of hailstorms. Take this offering. Use this offering to avert inauspicious years and months. Use this offering to avert inauspicious days and meals. Take this offering to eliminate and transform all obstacles! As it is said in the Kagyu texts. Then perform the offering transformation: The tantra says: "All diseases and demonic forces of the four elements are gathered, recite this mantra that pacifies and redeems death."
