Rely on this auspicious vase and rise up. Rely on this beautiful and splendid garment and rise up. Rely on this banner, umbrella offering and rise up. Rely on this medium-sized body and rise up. Rely on this good name, the object of devotion, and rise up. Alas, sentient beings afflicted by suffering are so pitiable. In the realm of samsara, the time is so long. The ocean of karma is so deep. The wheel of existence is so powerful. The mind of wrong views is so strong. The habitual tendencies of delusion are so difficult to abandon. The suffering of hell is so long. The body that is exchanged is so confused. The time has come to be led by compassion. The time has come to open the path to liberation. The time has come to purify obscurations. The time has come to accumulate merit. The time has come to bestow enjoyment. The time has come to meet the living and the dead. The time has come, deceased one. Without transgressing the command and the oath. Quickly come to this place of calling. In the realm of samsara, the years are long. Remember the iron hook of compassion. The ocean of karma is deep. Remember the boat of diligence. The wheel of existence is powerful. Remember the illusion of dependent arising. The mind of wrong views is strong. Remember the command and the oath. The habitual tendencies of delusion are difficult to abandon. Remember the truth of the nature of reality. The suffering of hell is unbearable. Remember the immeasurable rituals. Wandering in the six realms. Remember the six perfections. Having committed the sins of the ten non-virtuous actions. Remember the ten virtuous actions. The body that is exchanged is confused. Remember the bliss of the divine body. Thus, you, the practitioner, the person. With the pure realm of practice. With the samadhi of self-mastery and victory. When drinking, constantly enjoy inexhaustible possessions. This excellent wine with the essence of nectar. And this Chinese tea with a hundred delicious flavors. Offer it to you, the deceased, as a thirst quencher.
