Offering with the five desirable qualities: Possessing beautiful colors and shapes, pleasing and adorned with garlands, whatever supreme forms exist in all directions and times, I offer with devotion to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, please accept and bestow the supreme accomplishment. Om Sarva Tathagata Rupa Kama Guna Vajra Pujite Ah Hum Svaha. From all directions and times, whatever qualities, words, melodious sounds, and pleasing things that have been obtained or not obtained, I offer with devotion to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, please accept and bestow the supreme accomplishment. From all directions and times, sandalwood, serpent's heart, agarwood, and other fragrances that satisfy the senses, I offer with devotion to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, please accept and bestow the supreme accomplishment. From all directions and times, whatever excellent tactile sensations that are soft, smooth, and clinging, I offer with devotion to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, please accept and bestow the supreme accomplishment. After offering with their respective mudras, may the clouds of offerings, which are melodious and pleasing, and which dispel the suffering of sentient beings, abide in their respective places. May rains of jewels, flowers, and so on, continuously fall upon the precious Dharma, all the Sangha, stupas, and images. May the intention of offering be constant. Unequaled and unmoving, possessing the nature of unequaled supreme Dharma, the essence of great compassion, dispelling the suffering of beings, bestowing limitless qualities and supreme attainments, stainless and unmoving, possessing the supreme and unequaled holy Dharma, even the most subtle aspect of qualities is immeasurable, like the sky, which cannot be created. Limitless attainments, unequaled and beyond comparison, surely bestow supreme attainments upon the realms of sentient beings. Always stainless, arising from the power of great compassion, wishes fulfilled, possessing the nature of unobstructed Dharma, accomplishing the benefit of beings, infinitely diligent, the essence of great compassion, always appearing. Immeasurable and beyond measure, अतिशय complete, even if the supreme state of the Sugatas is pleased, still bestowing supreme attainments upon the three realms, the conduct of great compassion is unwavering and never changes. Emaho! Possessing the अतिशय excellent Dharma nature, among the supreme givers, having attained the supreme state, constantly bestowing supreme attainments upon all three realms, the protector who knows perfectly without obstruction in the three times, please grant me the supreme Samaya and Samadhi. This is the vast true merit of all Buddhas, and even reciting it once will accomplish all Buddhas. By whose kindness, great bliss arises in an instant, the Guru's body is like a precious jewel, I prostrate at the lotus feet of Vajradhara. The Guru is the Buddha, the Guru is the Dharma, the Guru is the glorious Vajradhara, the Guru is the creator of all, I prostrate to the Guru Mothers. The unsurpassed teacher is the Buddha Jewel, the unsurpassed protector is the Dharma Jewel, the unsurpassed guide is the Sangha Jewel, I prostrate to the unsurpassed Three Jewels. Inexpressible, unthinkable, ineffable Prajnaparamita, unborn and unceasing, the nature of space, the object of individual self-aware wisdom, I prostrate to the mother of the Buddhas of the three times. The Dharmakaya is inseparable like the sky, the Rupakaya is distinctly clear like a rainbow, having attained supreme mastery over skillful means and wisdom, I prostrate to the five Sugatas.
