嗡。贝壳碎片和腐烂的碎石，六种糌粑和麦麸，尸油、蛇油、人头骨九个、骨头十个，以及鬼、妖、邪魔、障碍、作祟者们，用于镇压和驱逐的符咒，全部置于黑塔之下，以人和牲畜作为祭品。施主绕塔。所有供养者右绕并撒青稞，供奉祭品，也安排人管理供养，祈请法身大佛降临。以此威力功德，消除人畜疾病和灾祸，带来吉祥圆满。进行灌顶并祈愿。我与施主及其眷属，绕塔并进行开光。以“耶达玛”开光。（梵文：ye dharmā hetuprabhavā hetuṃ teṣāṃ tathāgato hyavadat teṣāṃ ca yo nirodha evaṃ vādī mahāśramaṇaḥ，诸法因缘生，如来说其因，及彼灭尽相，大沙门如是说。） 在此观修黑度母。之后，向佛塔祈愿并绕塔，念诵此语：灌顶。顶礼！敬礼三宝。往昔，世尊释迦牟尼佛身化现，为了镇伏魔军而建造此塔，名叫正士现证者的人，在普陀山顶建造佛塔，如同彼世尊现证圆满成佛一般，今日我与施主们，也吉祥圆满。往昔，正士善护在尼连禅河边建造降伏龙族的佛塔，使尼连禅河干涸，普陀山崩塌，如同世尊现证圆满成佛一般，我与施主们，在养命之资方面长寿。往昔，国王猛力者使大海干涸，大地复苏，王室血脉濒临断绝，以建造佛塔的功德，使国王及其眷属兴旺发达，今日我与施主们，也眷属增多兴旺发达。往昔，国王欢喜者在三山之上建造佛塔，使鬼怪的岗哨和守卫消失，今日我与施主们远离盗贼，占据要塞。在三岔路口建造佛塔，阻断邪魔的通道，今日我与施主们远离盗匪和恐惧。在众多山谷汇聚之地建造佛塔，阻断邪魔的通行。

Om. Shell fragments and rotten rubble, six kinds of zanba and bran, corpse oil, snake oil, nine human skulls, ten bones, and ghosts, demons, evil spirits, obstacles, and harm-doers. All the amulets for suppression and expulsion are placed at the foot of the Black Stupa, with humans and livestock as sacrifices. The patron circumambulates the stupa. All donors circumambulate to the right, scattering barley, offering sacrifices, and appointing someone to manage the offerings. The great Dharmakaya Buddha is also invited to descend. By the power and merit of this, may human and livestock diseases and disasters be eliminated, and may auspiciousness and perfection be brought about. Empowerment is performed and prayers are offered. I, along with the patron and retinue, circumambulate and consecrate the stupa. Consecrate with "Ye Dharma." (Sanskrit: ye dharmā hetuprabhavā hetuṃ teṣāṃ tathāgato hyavadat teṣāṃ ca yo nirodha evaṃ vādī mahāśramaṇaḥ, The phenomena which arise from a cause, the cause thereof has been explained by the Tathagata, and that which is their cessation is what the Great Ascetic teaches.) Here, meditate on Black Tara. Then, pray to the stupa and circumambulate it, reciting these words: Empowerment. Homage! I prostrate to the Three Jewels. In the past, the Blessed One, Shakyamuni Buddha, emanated from his body and built this stupa to subdue the Maras. A righteous person named Manifest Knower built a stupa on the summit of Mount Potala. Just as that Blessed One manifested perfect enlightenment, today may I and the patrons also be auspicious and perfect. In the past, the righteous person Good Protector built a stupa to subdue the Nagas near the Nairanjana River, causing the Nairanjana River to dry up and Mount Potala to collapse. Just as the Blessed One manifested perfect enlightenment, may I and the patrons have longevity in the sustenance of life. In the past, King Fierce Power caused the ocean to dry up, the earth to revive, and the royal lineage to be on the verge of extinction. By the merit of building the stupa, the king and his retinue flourished. Today, may I and the patrons also have increasing and flourishing retinues. In the past, King Joyful Maker built a stupa on the three mountains, causing the outposts and guards of demons to disappear. Today, may I and the patrons seize fortresses, free from enemies and thieves. By building a stupa at the intersection of three valleys, the passage of obstacles is cut off. Today, may I and the patrons be free from bandits and fear. By building a stupa in a place where many valleys converge, the passage of obstacles is cut off.
