According to the good tradition of excellent examples, even now, subdue the evil spirits in this way, and return them to their respective places. In the past, the Bhagavan Vajrapani, at the ridge where three mountains meet and the mouth of the valley where three valleys meet, taking Mount Meru as an example, erected a stupa to subdue evil. Today, I and the patron, have laid the foundation for erecting the stupa. Then, meditate on yourself as Padmasambhava or Vajrapani, offer golden drinks, entrust the work, and practice the protective circle. Alas! Where does the black stupa first exist? First, the elements transform into epidemics. Above it is piled the majestic Mount Meru, existing in the three thousand great thousand worlds. In the beginning of its form, there exist the five Dhyani Buddhas. Below it exist the nine elements. Below it exist the ten directional guardians. Finally, there exist the eight classes of gods and demons. At the foot of Mount Meru exists the ocean. The Makara Mahakala sleeps on it. In the throat of the Makara King, a nest of many demons and spirits is formed. It causes nine kinds of suffering to humans. The Makara King is very malicious, causing discord among gods and demons, stretching and contracting its body, acting cruelly, changing color, releasing the winter cold, and sending various calamities to humans. The world is about to be turned upside down. Sometimes, when demons are acting up, the sky and the ocean also move upside down. Sometimes, when it roars, it causes iron hail to fall. It throws meteors and is full of hatred. The ten directional guardians shout, the people of Jambudvipa are in turmoil, the people of Jambudvipa have nowhere to live, and the people of Jambudvipa are in great suffering. Therefore, ask for protection from it, ask all beings. From the summit of Mount Meru, Buddha Shakyamuni resides. He, with skillful means and great compassion, protects all sentient beings. Ask for protection from him. Then, the people of Jambudvipa, prayed to Shakyamuni Buddha. At that time, from the summit of Mount Meru, Buddha Shakyamuni arose. Looking from the summit of Mount Meru, in the depths of the surrounding ocean, he saw the gods and demons doing evil. Seven hot suns appeared, and flowers, plants, and crops withered. At that time, the teacher, the Bhagavan, looked with compassion on the people of the four continents, and sentient beings.

亦成有情之义利，善巧方便大悲者，掷出金色金刚杵，击中恶毒摩羯口，旃檀树没入房屋中，九尖金色金刚杵，刺瞎恶毒摩羯眼，眼中降下甘露雨，禾稼精华皆丰足，六果解除旱灾苦，成为众生之资粮，此乃能仁之悲悯。当时摩羯房屋中， 生出一树于口中，此后即为如意树，凶猛夜叉恶毒者，以及地下鬼怪作祟者，对人展示种种毒害，之后向薄伽梵祈请，薄伽梵以慈悲垂视，听从金刚手之教令，向释迦能仁之眷属禀告，对其下达教言如下： 赡洲之人汝等谛听，摩羯恶毒所侵扰，金刚手怙主作救护，汝等安住于须弥山，镇压摩羯之首级，无论做出何等恶毒与嗔恨，皆镇压于须弥山之足下，摩羯口朝下镇压于口中，众多地方鬼神，皆以须弥山之威严镇压，于须弥山第三层，建造五层之佛塔，须弥山与四大洲居于中央，以五塔封其口，如意树之树干，作为此塔之命根，须弥山耸立着佛塔，七金山与七嬉戏海， 安住于须弥山之足下，如是宣说之后，薄伽梵金刚手，听从释迦能仁之教令，须弥山王亦，加持为大佛塔，以此亦镇压作恶鬼神之首，以任何方式皆无法摧毁之金刚交杵，封闭摩羯作恶者之眼与耳，令眼见而不能视，令耳听而不能闻，亦镇压鬼怪之颈项，作害之邪魔障碍玛拉，皆以须弥山之威严镇压，东方起尸之乾闼婆鬼，祈请国王持国天守护，南方起尸之阎罗鬼，祈请国王增长天守护，西方起尸之龙鬼，祈请国王广目天
