བ་རྩོད་ཀྱི་ལས་སྒྲིབ་བྱང་ནས་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་དང་ལྡན་ཞིང་དགེ་བ་བྱེད་པར་འགྱུར་བ་དང་། མི་དགེ་བ་བཅུ་བྱས་པས་དམྱལ་བར་འགྲོ་བའི་ལས་སྒྲིབ་བྱང་ནས་དགེ་བ་བཅུ་ལ་སྤྱོད་པར་འགྱུར་བ་དང་། གཞན་གྱིས་ཆད་པ་བཅད་པ་བཙོན་ཏུ་བཟུང་བ་བརྡེག་ཅིང་གསོད་པར་ཤོམ་པ་ལས་ཐར་ནས་སྐྱེ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་དེ་ལྟར་མི་འགྱུར་བ་དང་། ཚེ་ཐུང་བ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་འཆི་ཁ་རྣ་ལམ་དུ་ཐོས་ པས་སྡིག་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་དག་ནས་མཐོ་རིས་སུ་སྐྱེས་ཏེ་བྱང་ཆུབ་མ་ཐོབ་ཀྱི་བར་དུ་ལྷ་དང་མིའི་བདེ་བ་མྱོང་བར་འགྱུར་བ་དང་། སྨོན་ལམ་ཆེན་པོ་དེ་བཞི་བཏབ་པ་ཡིན་པས་སངས་རྒྱས་དེའི་སྨོན་ལམ་དེ་བཞིའི་བྱིན་རླབས་དང་བཀའ་དྲིན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཁྱེད་རང་གིས་ཐོབ་པར་བྱའི་ཕྱིར་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས་པ་འདིའི་རྗེས་ཟློས་མཛོད། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཆོས་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་མཆོག་གི་བློས་རྣམ་པར་རོལ་པ་མངོན་པར་མཁྱེན་པ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །མཆོད་དོ་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཆོས་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་མཆོག་གི་བློས་རྣམ་པར་རོལ་པ་མངོན་པར་མཁྱེན་པས་སྔོན་གྱི་སྨོན་ལམ་ཇི་ལྟར་བཏབ་པ་དེ་བཞིན་ཏུ་བདག་དང་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་སྐད་ཅིག་གིས་འབྱོར་བར་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབ་ཏུ་གསོལ། འོ་དེ་ལྟར་གསོལ་བ་བཏབ་པས་ཆོས་བློ་མངོན་པར་མཁྱེན་པའི་སྐུ་ལས་འོད་ཟེར་ཁ་དོག་སྣ་ཚོགས་བྱུང་ནས་ཁྱེད་རང་ལ་ཐིམ་པས་སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་བྱིན་རླབས་ཞུགས་བྱུང་སྙམ་པའི་མོས་པ་རྩེ་གཅིག་ཏུ་མཛོད་ཅིག ། གཏོར་མ་ཐོགས་ལ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཆོས་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་མཆོག་གི་བློས་རྣམ་པར་རོལ་པ་མངོན་པར་མཁྱེན་པས་སྔོན་སྨོན་ལམ་ཆེན་པོ་བཞི་ཇི་ལྟར་བཏབ་པའི་བྱིན་རླབས་དང་བཀའ་དྲིན་ཐམས་ཅད་རྡོ་རྗེའི་སློབ་མ་འདི་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ད་ལྟ་ཉིད་དུ་ཐོབ་པ་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབ་ཏུ་གསོལ། ཏདྱ་ཐཱ་གྲུ་མེ་སོགས་བརྗོད། ཆོས་ཀྱི་བློ་གྲོས་གཏིང་དཔག་དཀའ་བའི་ཐུགས། །རྣམ་དག་ཆོས་ཀྱི་དབྱིངས་ལ་རོལ་མཛད་ཅིང་། །ཤེས་བྱ་མ་ལུས་མངོན་སུམ་གཟིགས་པ་པོ། །ཆོས་བློ་མངོན་པར་མཁྱེན་པའི་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཤོག །མེ་ཏོག་འཐོར། དེ་ནས་ཆོས་བློ་མངོན་མཁྱེན་ཐུགས་རྗེའི་དབང་གིས་འོད་དུ་ཞུ་ནས་སངས་རྒྱས་སྨན་གྱི་བླའི་དབུ་གཙུག་ཏུ་ཐིམ་པར་སྒོམས་ཤིག །དེ་ཡང་སངས་རྒྱས་སྨན་གྱི་བླ་འདི་སྔོན་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔར་གྱུར་པ་ན་སྨོན་ལམ་ཆེན་པོ་བཅུ་གཉིས་བཏབ་སྟེ། བདག་མ་འོངས་པ་ན་འཚང་རྒྱ་བའི་ཚེ་བདག་གི་མིང་ཐོས་པའི་ཚེ་སྡོམ་པ་གསུམ་གྱིས་བསྡམས་པས་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་ཉམས་པ་མེད་པར་འགྱུར་བ་དང་། དབང་པོ་མ་ཚང་ཞིང་ཡན་ལག་ཉམས་པ་དང་། འོན་པ་དང་། ལོང་བ་དང་། ནད་སྣ་ ཚོགས་ཀྱིས་བཏབ་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱང་སྒྲིབ་པ་དག་ནས་ནད་ཞི་ཞིང་དབང་པོ་ཡན་ལག་ཚང་བར་འགྱུར་བ་དང་། ཉམ་ཐག་པ་ནད་སྣ་ཚོགས་ཀྱིས་སྡུག་བསྔལ་བ་མགོན་སྐྱབས་མེད་པ་དབུལ་འཕོང་དམན་པ་དང་། སྨན་མི་འབྱོར་བ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ནད་ཐམས་ཅད་རབ་ཏུ་ཞི་ཞིང་སྐྱེ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་ནད་མེད་པར་འགྱུར་བ་དང་། དེ་ལྟར་མཚན་ཐོས་པའི་ཕན་ཡོན་གྱི་སྨོན་ལམ་གསུམ་དང་། གཞན་ཡང་གསོལ་བ་རྩེ་གཅིག་ཏུ་བཏབ་ན་བུད་མེད་གང་དག་བུད་མེད་ཀྱི་སྐྱེ་གནས་ལས་ཐར་བར་འདོད་ན་བུད་མེད་ཀྱི་སྐྱེ་སྒོ་ཆོད་ཅིང་སྐྱེ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་སྐྱེས་པའི་ལུས་ཐོབ་ནས། ལྟ་བ་ངན་པ་སྣ་ཚོགས་སུ་གྱུར་པ་རྣམས་ཡང་དག་པའི་ལྟ་བ་ཅན་དུ་འགྱུར་བ་དང་། རྒྱལ་པོའི་འཇིགས་པས་བཅིངས་ཤིང་བརྡེག་ལ་གསོད་པར་འོས་པ་ལས་ཐར་བ་དང་། བཀྲེས་ཞིང་སྐོམ་པས་ཟས་ཀྱི་ཕྱིར་སྡིག་པ་བྱེད་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱང་ཟས་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པ་རྙེད་ནས་ཕྱིན་ཆད་ཆོས་ལ་གནས་པར་འགྱུར་བ་དང་། །གོས་མེད་པས་ཚ་གྲང་གི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་མྱོང་བ་རྣམས་གོས་བཟང་པོ་སྣ་ཚོགས་རྙེད་ཅིང་བསམ་པ་འགྲུབ་པ་དང་། སྐྱེ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་མི་ཟད་པ་དང་ལྡན་ཞིང་ཕོངས་པ་མེད་ པ་དང་། ལམ་ངན་པར་ཞུགས་པ་རྣམས་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་ལམ་དུ་འཇུག་པ་དང་། དེ་ལྟར་འགྲོ་དོན་འགྲུབ་པའི་སྨོན་ལམ་བདུན་དང་། སྐུ་ལུས་ཀྱི་འོད་ཀྱིས་འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁམས་དཔག་ཏུ་མེད་པ་གསལ་ཞིང་། ཞིང་དེའི་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་མཚན་དང་དཔེ་བྱད་དང་ལྡན་པ་དང་། སྐུ་ལུས་ཀྱི་འོད་ཀྱིས་འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁམས་མང་པོའི་མུན་པ་བསལ་བ་དང་། ཞིང་དེའི་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ལུས་ནོར་བུ་བཻཌཱུརྨ་ལྟར་དག་ཅིང་གཙང་བ་དང་གཟི་བརྗིད་འབར་ཞིང་ཉི་མ་དང་ཟླ་བ་དང་ལྷའི་འོད་ཀྱི་དྲྭ་བས་བརྒྱན་པར་འགྱུར་བ་སྟེ། ཞིང་ཁམས་ཡོངས་སུ་དག་པའི་སྨོན་ལམ་གཉིས་དང་སྨོན་ལམ་ཆེན་པོ་བཅུ་གཉིས་བཏབ་པ་ཡིན་པས། སངས་རྒྱས་དེའི་སྨོན་ལམ་བཅུ་གཉིས་ཀྱི་བྱིན་རླབས་དང་བཀའ་དྲིན་ཁྱེད་རང་ཟགིས་ཐོབ་པར་བྱ་བའི་ཕྱིར་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས་པ་འདིའི་རྗེས་ཟློས་མཛོད། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་སྨན་གྱི་བླ་ཁེཌཱུརྱ་འོད་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །།མཆོད་དོ་སྐྱབས་སུ་

By purifying the karmic obscurations of debate, one will become wealthy and virtuous; by purifying the karmic obscurations of going to hell after committing the ten non-virtuous actions, one will engage in the ten virtuous actions; by being liberated from being sentenced, imprisoned, beaten, and killed by others, such things will not happen in all future lives; those with short lifespans, upon hearing (the Buddha's name) at the time of death, will have all their sins purified and be reborn in the heavens, experiencing the bliss of gods and humans until enlightenment is attained. Because these four great aspirations were made, in order for you to receive all the blessings and kindness of those four aspirations of that Buddha, please repeat this prayer. I prostrate to, offer to, and take refuge in the Bhagavan, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Enlightened Buddha, the All-Knowing One who plays freely with the supreme wisdom of the ocean of Dharma! I pray that the Bhagavan, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Enlightened Buddha, the All-Knowing One who plays freely with the supreme wisdom of the ocean of Dharma, will bless me and all sentient beings to attain accomplishment in an instant, just as the aspirations were made in the past. Having prayed in this way, visualize that various colors of light emanate from the body of the All-Knowing Dharma Wisdom, dissolving into you, and that the blessings of body, speech, and mind enter your heart. I pray that the blessings and kindness of the four great aspirations made in the past by the Bhagavan, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Enlightened Buddha, the All-Knowing One who plays freely with the supreme wisdom of the ocean of Dharma, may be received by these Vajra disciples right now. Recite: Tadyatha Grume, etc. The mind of Dharma wisdom, whose depths are unfathomable, who plays freely in the pure realm of Dharma, who directly sees all that is to be known without exception, may the All-Knowing Dharma Wisdom be auspicious! Scatter flowers. Then, visualize that the All-Knowing Dharma Wisdom, under the power of compassion, dissolves into light and merges into the crown of the head of the Medicine Buddha. 立下十二大愿：我未来成佛之时，凡听到我名号者，若以三戒约束，则能使其戒律不毁；诸根不全、肢体残缺者，以及聋哑盲人，和为各种疾病所困扰者，皆能消除业障，疾病痊愈，诸根肢体完具；贫困潦倒、为各种疾病所折磨、无依无靠、贫穷困苦、无药可医者，其一切疾病皆能彻底平息，生生世世无有疾病；如是，此乃听闻名号之利益的三种愿。此外，若一心祈祷，凡欲脱离女身者，则能断绝女身之因，生生世世获得男身；凡转为各种邪见者，皆能转为具有正见；从国王的恐惧中解脱，免于鞭打和杀戮；因饥渴而为食物造恶业者，也能获得丰盛的食物，从此安住于佛法之中；无衣蔽体，饱受寒热之苦者，也能获得各种美好的衣物，心想事成；生生世世具足无尽受用，无有匮乏；误入歧途者，也能进入菩提道。如是，此乃成就利他之事的七种愿。身光照亮无量世界，彼土一切众生皆具足妙相和好相；身光消除诸多世界的黑暗；彼土一切众生之身如琉璃般清净洁白，光辉灿烂，并以日月和天神之光网庄严。此乃清净刹土的两种愿。如是，已立下十二大愿。为了使你们能够获得那位佛陀的十二大愿的加持和恩德，请跟随我念诵此祈祷文：顶礼薄伽梵、如来、应供、正等觉、药师琉璃光王如来！供养、皈依！

Having made twelve great aspirations: When I attain enlightenment in the future, upon hearing my name, those who are bound by the three vows will have their moral discipline unbroken; those with incomplete faculties and impaired limbs, as well as the deaf, the blind, and those afflicted by various diseases, will have their obscurations purified, their illnesses pacified, and their faculties and limbs complete; the destitute, those suffering from various diseases, the helpless, the poor and wretched, and those without access to medicine, all their illnesses will be completely pacified, and in all lifetimes they will be free from disease; thus, these are the three aspirations of the benefit of hearing the name. Furthermore, if one prays with single-pointed devotion, any woman who wishes to be liberated from the female state will have the cause of the female state severed, and in all lifetimes will obtain a male body; those who have turned to various wrong views will become possessors of right view; they will be liberated from the fear of the king, and from being beaten and killed; those who commit evil deeds for the sake of food due to hunger and thirst will also obtain abundant food, and henceforth will abide in the Dharma; those who suffer from the pain of heat and cold due to lack of clothing will obtain various fine garments and fulfill their wishes; in all lifetimes they will possess inexhaustible resources and be without poverty; those who have entered the wrong path will enter the path of enlightenment; thus, these are the seven aspirations for accomplishing the benefit of others. The light of his body illuminates immeasurable realms, and all beings in that land are endowed with marks and characteristics; the light of his body dispels the darkness of many realms; all beings in that land have bodies as pure and clean as lapis lazuli, radiant and blazing, and adorned with the light of the sun, moon, and the net of the gods. These are the two aspirations for a completely pure land. Thus, he has made twelve great aspirations. In order for you to receive the blessings and kindness of the twelve great aspirations of that Buddha, please repeat this prayer after me: Homage to the Bhagavan, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Enlightened Buddha, the Medicine Guru, the King of Lapis Lazuli Light! I offer and take refuge!
