ལ་ལོ། །མཆོད་དོ། །སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་མཚན་ལེགས་ཡོངས་བསྒྲགས་དཔལ་གྱི་རྒྱལ་པོས་སྔོན་སྨོན་ལམ་ཇི་ལྟར་བཏབ་པ་བཞིན་དུ་བདག་དང་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་སྐད་ཅིག་གིས་འབྱོར་བར་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབ་ཏུ་གསོལ། རྒྱས་པར་ལན་གསུམ་བསྡུ་ན་གཅིག །དེ་ལྟར་གསོལ་བ་བཏབ་པས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་མཚན་ལེགས་པར་ཡོངས་བསྒྲགས་དཔལ་གྱི་རྒྱལ་པོའི་སྐུ་ལས་འོད་ཟེར་ཁ་དོག་སྣ་ཚོགས་བྱུང་ནས་ཁྱེད་རང་རྣམས་ལ་ཐིམ་པས་སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་བྱིན་རླབས་ཞུགས་བྱུང་སྙམ་པའི་མོས་པ་རྩེ་གཅིག་ཏུ་མཛོད། གཏོར་མ་སྤྱི་བོར་བཞག་ལ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པ་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་མཚན་ལེགས་པར་ཡོངས་བསྒྲགས་དཔལ་གྱི་རྒྱལ་པོས་སྔོན་སྨོན་ལམ་ཆེན་པོ་བརྒྱད་ཇི་ལྟར་བཏབ་པའི་བྱིན་རླབས་དང་བཀའ་དྲིན་ཐམས་ཅད་རྡོ་རྗེའི་སློབ་མ་འདི་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཐོབ་པར་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབ་པར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ། ཏདྱ་ཐཱ་གླུ་མེ་སོགས། དེ་ནས་མེ་ཏོག་འཐོར་ཞིང་། མཚན་གྱི་མེ་ཏོག་རྒྱས་ཤིང་དག་པ་ལ། །དཔེ་བྱད་ བཟང་པོའི་འབྲུ་ཆགས་མཛེས་པའི་སྐུ། །གང་གི་མཐོང་ཐོས་དྲན་པའི་དཔལ་གྱུར་པ། །མཚན་གྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ་དེ་ཡི་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཤོག །ཅེས་བཀྲ་ཤིས་འགྲེས་སོ། །དེ་ནས་མཚན་ལེགས་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཐུགས་རྗེའི་དབང་གིས་འོད་དུ་ཞུ་ནས་རིན་ཆེན་ཟླ་བའི་དབུ་གཙུག་ཏུ་ཐིམ་པར་སྒོམས་ཤིག །དེ་ཡང་སངས་རྒྱས་རིན་ཆེན་ཟླ་བ་འདི་ཉིད་སྔོན་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔར་གྱུར་པའི་ཚེ་སྨོན་ལམ་ཆེན་པོ་བརྒྱད་བཏབ་སྟེ། མ་འོངས་པ་ན་བདག་འཚང་རྒྱ་བའི་ཚེ་བདག་གི་མིང་རྣ་ལམ་དུ་གྲག་ཅིང་དྲན་པ་དང་བརྗོད་པས། དབུལ་ཏེ་ཞིང་ལ་སོ་ནམ་དང་ཚོང་ལ་དགའ་བའི་ཉེས་པ་བྱང་ཞིང་དག་ནས་ཚེ་རབས་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་ཤིང་ངན་སོང་དུ་མི་ལྟུང་བ་དང་། སྐྱེ་གནས་གསུམ་དང་ཚ་གྲང་བཀྲེས་སྐོམ་གྱི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ལས་ཐར་བ་དང་། ནམ་དུའང་སྐྱེ་གནས་གསུམ་གྱི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་མི་མྱོང་བ་དང་། བུད་མེད་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་བཙས་པའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཞི་བ་དང་། འཆི་བ་དང་དགྲའི་གནོད་པ་མྱ་ངན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཞི་བ་དང་། མུན་ནག་གི་ནང་དུ་འཇིགས་པ་དང་སྡུག་བསྔལ་སྣ་ཚོགས་མྱོང་བའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ལས་ཐར་བ་དང་། བློ་དམན་ཞིང་ཤེས་རབ་ཆུང་བ་ རྣམས་བློ་དང་ལྡན་ཞིང་ཤེས་རབ་ཐོབ་པ། ཐེག་པ་དམན་ལ་ཞུགས་པ་རྣམས་ཐེག་པ་ཆེན་པོར་འཇུག་ནས་ཕྱིར་མི་ལྡོག་པར་འགྱུར་བ་དང་། བསྐལ་པ་འཇིགས་པའི་དུས་བསྐལ་པའི་མེས་སྲེག་པའི་ལས་སྒྲིབ་བྱང་ནས་བ

拉洛！供养！皈依！祈请如来应供正遍知名号圆满宣扬吉祥王，如昔日所发之愿，加持我与一切众生刹那获得。简略者三遍，广者一遍。如是祈请后，观想从薄伽梵名号圆满宣扬吉祥王之身，发出各种颜色的光芒，融入你们自身，生起已获得身语意加持之想，专心致志。将朵玛置于头顶。祈请薄伽梵如来应供正遍知名号圆满宣扬吉祥王，如昔日所发之八大宏愿之加持与恩德，所有金刚弟子皆能获得。怛[他+言]他，格勒美等。之后散花。名号之花盛开且清净，具足妙相好之庄严身，凡见闻忆念者皆成吉祥，名号之王，愿彼吉祥！如是念诵吉祥偈。之后观想名号圆满之王，由大悲之故化为光，融入顶上之珍宝月。此珍宝月佛，往昔为菩萨之时，曾发八大宏愿：未来我成佛之时，凡听闻、忆念、称念我名者，贫困、喜爱田地耕作及经商之过患得以清净，生生世世受用圆满，不堕恶趣，脱离三有、寒热饥渴之痛苦，永不感受三有之苦，妇女分娩之苦得以平息，死亡与怨敌之损害、一切悲伤得以平息，从黑暗中之恐惧与感受各种痛苦中解脱，低劣且智慧浅薄者，具足智慧，获得智慧，入于小乘者，入于大乘且永不退转，于劫末之时，为劫末之火所焚烧之业障得以清净。

Lalo! Offering! Refuge! I pray that the Bhagavan Tathagata, the King of Auspiciousness Whose Name is Well-Proclaimed, will bless me and all sentient beings to attain (benefits) in an instant, according to the prayers He made in the past. Three times for the concise version, once for the elaborate version. Having prayed in this way, visualize that various colors of light emanate from the body of the Bhagavan King of Auspiciousness Whose Name is Well-Proclaimed and dissolve into you all, generating the conviction that you have received the blessings of body, speech, and mind, and be single-mindedly devoted. Place the torma on your head. I pray that the Bhagavan Tathagata Arhat Samyaksambuddha, the King of Auspiciousness Whose Name is Well-Proclaimed, will bless all these Vajra disciples to receive all the blessings and kindness of the eight great aspirations He made in the past. Tadyatha, glume, etc. Then scatter flowers. May the flower of the name blossom and be pure, the beautiful form with the marks of excellence, whoever sees, hears, or remembers becomes glorious, may that King of Names be auspicious! Thus, recite the auspicious verses. Then, visualize that the King of Auspiciousness Whose Name is Well-Proclaimed, due to great compassion, dissolves into light and merges into the jewel moon on your crown. This Buddha Jewel Moon, when He was a Bodhisattva in the past, made eight great aspirations: In the future, when I attain enlightenment, by hearing, remembering, and reciting my name, the faults of poverty, fondness for farming and commerce will be purified, and in all lifetimes, one will have perfect enjoyment, not fall into the lower realms, be liberated from the suffering of the three realms, heat, cold, hunger, and thirst, never experience the suffering of the three realms, the suffering of childbirth for women will be pacified, the harm of death and enemies, all sorrow will be pacified, one will be liberated from the fear in the darkness and the suffering of experiencing various sufferings, those who are inferior and have little wisdom will be endowed with intelligence and gain wisdom, those who have entered the Lesser Vehicle will enter the Great Vehicle and never regress, and at the time of the destruction of the eon, the karmic obscurations burned by the fire of the eon will be purified.

Being born in the Buddha's field, and thus having made those eight great aspirations, in order to request the Buddha's grace, please repeat this prayer. Homage, offering, and refuge to the Bhagavan, Tathagata, Arhat, Samyaksambuddha, adorned with jewels, moon, and lotus, the King of Wise and Glorious Sound. I pray that the Bhagavan, adorned with jewels, moon, and lotus, the King of Wise and Glorious Sound, according to the aspirations you made in the past, bless me and all sentient beings to attain accomplishment in an instant.
