Through the blessing, one is liberated from the lower realms and is not reborn as an animal. Having been born as a human, one will have clear senses, great wisdom, and devotion to the Dharma. Relying on a virtuous spiritual friend, one will gradually attain the fruit. Furthermore, even if one is controlled by the slander of others, strife, yakshas, rakshasas, flesh-eating demons, spirits, and the evil mantras of zombies, hearing the name of the Medicine Buddha will not be able to cause obstacles to that person. It is said that hearing this name eliminates the opportunity to go to the lower realms. Furthermore, limitless benefits are taught. Therefore, I prostrate to the Buddha, the King of Lapis Lazuli Light. Reciting this passage, the best practitioners recite it one hundred times each day, the intermediate practitioners twenty-one times, and the lowest practitioners seven times, without interruption, as a commitment to practice the deity. This is the samaya of this empowerment and is extremely important. Have them make individual commitments. One can also commit to reciting hundreds of thousands, millions, or billions of times. Oh, from now on, take the Medicine Buddha as your deity and do not forget to recite his name. If you know how, then strive in the Medicine Buddha's rituals, offerings, praises, and recitations. If you do not know how, then also prostrate to the Medicine Buddha and offer the essence of food. In order to do these things, please repeat this vow. How did the main one command? Repeat three times. The Bhagavan who treats all beings equally with compassion. Up to. May there be auspiciousness! In between, scatter flowers. Oh, that concludes the vow commitment. In this way, you have obtained the complete empowerment of the Seven Medicine Buddhas, so offer a mandala of gratitude. Anoint the ground with scented water, etc. Then dismiss the disciples. 饶益！日安夜安！等吉祥语。舍弃此不净身之后，如是等回向发愿。又，念诵名号的利益如前所述。念诵此陀罗尼，一切愿望皆能成就，佛陀如是思念并加持。一切业障清净，得生于佛国。供养赞叹能息灭一切恶兆与不吉祥，以及火、水、毒、兵器与悬崖，猛兽与，战争和盗贼的怖畏。破戒的罪障得以清净，不堕恶趣。妇女怀孕亦能顺利生产，少病聪明等等，宣说了诸多利益。灌顶 修持时，由于有自前供养赞叹念诵等，故能生起彼等利益。一次灌顶能成办自他一切利益。此乃依据昔日贤者所造。虽略见第六世夏玛巴（ཞྭ་དམར་དྲུག་པ།）所作之朵玛灌顶，然寺院中此仪轨稀少。有几位僧人请求后，喇嘛瓦根巴（ཝ་རྒན་པ།）曾著此灌顶仪轨，我也加入了自己的想法。对此仪轨的共同和特殊传承，长久串习，并汇集了《二部经》、菩提萨埵的仪轨广略本、仪轨的广释、如修持药师佛化身，以及七如来之加持等要义，使之易于携带。若有错谬之处，向七如来忏悔。愿此善业使我与我的追随者，以及，与此灌顶仪轨结缘的一切众生，舍弃此身后，不取他身，得生于极乐世界。生于彼处后，以神通力，供养药师七佛，令其欢喜。如是说者，名为Ra Ga。愿吉祥、善妙、圆满。芒嘎লাম（藏文，梵文天城体：मङ्गलम्，梵文罗马拟音：maṅgalam，汉语字面意思：吉祥）。善哉！ 如来药师七佛加持灌顶次第。

May it be beneficial! Good day and good night! Utter auspicious words, etc. Immediately after abandoning this impure body, make aspirations and dedications like these. Moreover, the benefits of reciting the names are as mentioned before. By reciting this dharani, all wishes will be fulfilled, as the Buddha has contemplated and blessed. All karmic obscurations will be purified, and one will be born in the Buddha-field. By making offerings and praises, all bad omens and inauspiciousness, as well as the fears of fire, water, poison, weapons, cliffs, wild animals, war, and thieves will be pacified. The obscurations of moral transgressions will be purified, and one will not fall into the lower realms. Pregnant women will also have easy childbirth, and one will be less prone to illness and become intelligent, etc. Many benefits have been taught. During the empowerment, because there are offerings, praises, recitations, etc., in front of oneself, these benefits will arise. One empowerment will accomplish all the purposes of oneself and others. This is based on what was composed by the wise ones of the past. Although I have seen a slight reference to the Torma empowerment performed by the Sixth Zhwa-dmar (ཞྭ་དམར་དྲུག་པ།), this ritual is rare in the monastery. After some monks requested it, Lama Wa-gen-ba (ཝ་རྒན་པ།) composed an empowerment ritual for this, and I have also added my own thoughts. I have long been familiar with the common and special transmissions of this ritual, and have compiled the essence of the Two Sutras, the extensive and concise versions of the Bodhisattva's ritual, the extensive commentary on the ritual, the practice of Medicine Buddha as an emanation, and the blessings of the Seven Sugatas, making it easy to carry. If there are any errors, I confess to the Seven Sugatas. May this virtue cause me and my followers, and all beings connected to this empowerment ritual, to abandon this body and not take another, but be born in the Pure Land of Sukhavati. Having been born there, may we please the Seven Medicine Buddhas by offering to them with miraculous power. The one who speaks thus is named Ra Ga.
