Having prayed in this way, visualize that various colors of light emanate from the body of the Medicine Buddha and dissolve into you, generating the faith that you have received the blessings of body, speech, and mind. Place the torma on your head. I pray for the blessings so that we may immediately receive all the blessings and kindness of the twelve great aspirations made in the past by the Bhagavan, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Enlightened Buddha, the King of Medicine, the Lapis Lazuli Light. Om, Tadyatha, Guru, etc., both long and short mantras. The teacher of the goddesses, the king of physicians, The Bhagavan, the protector in the three realms, The Medicine Buddha who cures the three poisons and diseases, May the light of Lapis Lazuli bring auspiciousness! Scatter flowers. Then, with one-pointed devotion to the Medicine Buddha on the crown of your head, the Bhagavan Medicine Buddha, through the power of compassion, melts into light, And that light dissolves from the Brahma aperture on the crown of your head, driving away all the sins, obscurations, diseases, and demonic influences that you have accumulated from beginningless lifetimes of samsara, flowing out from the lower gate and the soles of your feet, turning black, as if blowing on your own body with bellows, generating the faith of being free from impurities like a clean glass egg. Oh, in this way, all your sins and obscurations are purified, and in an instant, you are no longer ordinary beings, but the Bhagavan Medicine Buddha, the King of Lapis Lazuli Light, with one face and two arms, the right hand in the gesture of supreme giving, holding the arura with leaves, the antidote to the four hundred and four diseases, the left hand in the gesture of meditative equipoise, holding a bowl filled with immortal nectar, wearing a red silk dharma robe and skirt, seated in the vajra posture on a lotus and moon seat, adorned with the thirty-two major marks and eighty minor marks, radiating immeasurable light. Merely remembering him can pacify all the suffering of samsara and the lower realms.

Meditate that the field and power become one. On its forehead, there is a white Om (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Om); on its throat, there is a red Ah (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：Ah); and on its heart, there is a blue Hum (藏文：ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हु，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum) marked. From the Hum (藏文：ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हु，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum) in the heart, rays of light radiate in ten directions. Visualize that countless assemblies of gurus, yidams, Buddhas, and Bodhisattvas residing in the ten directions and three times are invited like a blizzard, and they dissolve into you from the crown of your head. At the end of the long mantra such as "Tadyatha Ghame," recite "Om Vajra Ah Beshaya Ah Ah," and then perform incense and music. There is also a custom of scattering mustard seeds. Thus, the blessing that is bestowed remains firm until enlightenment is attained. Recite "Om Tishta Vajra," and block the Brahma aperture with a vajra cross and flowers. Then, visualize that this mandala in front is a four-sided palace of great liberation, with four doors, decorations, and steps. In the center, on the lion throne, lotus, and moon seat cushions, are the Seven Tathagatas. On the eastern silk, there are sixteen Bodhisattvas such as Manjushri, Kshitigarbha, and Vajrapani. On the right row are Brahma and Indra. On the left row are the twelve great Yaksha generals. Visualize that the four Great Kings are manifestly present at the four doors. Then, visualize that you are clearly the Medicine Buddha, and from the Hum (藏文：ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हु，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum) in your heart, light radiates, striking the front generation. When the light strikes the front generation, the assembly of the Seven Sugatas from the front generation, some as large as Mount Meru, some as small as a white mustard seed, come like a blizzard and dissolve into you. Focus single-mindedly. Take the torma and place it on your head. Bhagavan, the King of Medicine Guru, Lapis Lazuli Light, Good Name, Jewel Moon, Stainless Gold, Supreme Without Sorrow, Ocean of Dharma Proclamation, Manifest Wisdom of Dharma, Teacher Shakyamuni, Bodhisattva Kshitigarbha, Vajrapani, and the sixteen Bodhisattvas, as well as Protector Manjushri, Abbot Bodhisattva, Dharma King Trisong Detsen (755-797), Prince Sadnalegs, Lhalung Pelgyi Dorje, Emperor Wosung, and other Nyingma lineage gurus, as well as the Younger Bodhisattva, King Gawa Pal, King Wangpo Gewa, Jowo Atisha, Lha Lama Jangchub Od, and other Kadampa lineage gurus.
