ད་འདས་པའི་ཕ་རོལ་ན། འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁམས་གཞན་གྱིས་མི་ཐུབ་པ་ན་སངས་རྒྱས་མཚན་ལེགས་དང་། འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁམས་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་དང་ལྡན་པ་ན་སངས་རྒྱས་རིན་ཆེན་ཟླ་བ་དང་། འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁམས་སྤོས་ཀྱིས་ཡོངས་སུ་གང་བ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་བརྩེགས་པ་ན་སངས་རྒྱས་གསེར་བཟང་དྲི་མེད་དང་། འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁམས་མྱ་ངན་མེད་པ་ན་སངས་རྒྱས་མྱ་ངན་མེད་མཆོག་དང་། འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁམས་ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་མཚན་ན་སངས་རྒྱས་ཆོས་བསྒྲགས་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་སྒྲ་དབྱངས་དང་། འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁམས་རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་རྒྱ་མཚོར་ལེགས་པར་གནས་པ་ན་སངས་རྒྱས་ཆོས་བློ་མངོན་མཁྱེན་དང་། འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁམས་བཻཌཱུརྨ་སྣང་བ་ན། སངས་རྒྱས་སྨན་གྱི་བླ་རྣམས་བཞུགས་ཏེ། སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཞིང་དེ་དག་ནི་ཡོན་ཏན་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པ་བདེ་བ་ཅན་ལྟ་བུའི་བཀོད་པ་དང་། སངས་ རྒྱས་དེ་དག་གི་སྔོན་གྱི་སྨོན་ལམ་གྱི་ཁྱད་པར་དང་། སངས་རྒྱས་དེ་དག་གི་མཚན་ཐོས་ཤིང་བཟུང་བའི་ཕན་ཡོན་དཔག་ཏུ་མེད་པ་རྣམས་རྒྱ་ཆེར་གསུངས་སོ། །དེའི་ཚེ་གནོད་སྦྱིན་གྱི་སྡེ་དཔོན་ཆེན་པོ་བཅུ་གཉིས་རེ་རེ་ལ་གཡོག་བདུན་འབུམ་བདུན་འབུམ་དང་བཅས་པས། ཚིག་གཅིག་ཏུ་མ་འོངས་པ་ན་སངས་རྒྱས་སྨན་གྱི་བླ་ཡི་མཚན་འཆང་བ་དང་། མཆོད་པར་བྱེད་པ་དེ་རྣམས་སྲུང་ཞིང་སྐྱོང་བ་དང་བསམ་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་པར་ཁས་བླངས་དམ་བཅས་སོ། །དེའི་ཚེ་ལྷའི་བུ་ཤེས་རབ་ཆུང་བ་ཁ་ཅིག་གིས་ཤར་ཕྱོགས་འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁམས་གངྒའི་ཀླུང་འདས་པའི་ཕ་རོལ་ན་བཞུགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་དེ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་མཚན་ཐོས་པ་དང་བཟུང་བའི་ཕན་ཡོན་དེ་ཙམ་ཇི་ལྟར་ཐོབ་བམ་ཞེས་ཐེ་ཚོམ་དུ་གྱུར་པ་དེའང་། སྟོན་པ་ཤཱཀྱ་ཐུབ་པས་མཁྱེན་ནས་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་ལ་སྙོམས་པར་ཞུགས་པ་དང་། འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁམས་རབ་ཏུ་གཡོས་ཙནྡན་གྱི་ཕྱེ་མ་དང་མེ་ཏོག་གི་ཆར་བབས། སྨན་བླ་མཆེད་བདུན་པོ་ཡང་སྐད་ཅིག་གིས་དེར་བྱོན་ནས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའི་ཚོགས་ཀྱིས་བསྐོར་ཞིང་། ཤཱཀྱ་ཐུབ་པ་དང་ཐབས་ཅིག་ཏུ་སེང་གེའི་ཁྲི་སོ་སོ་ལ་བཞུགས་པར་སྣང་བས། ལྷའི་བུ་ དེ་དག་རབ་ཏུ་དད་ནས་ལེགས་སོ་ལེགས་སོ་བརྗོད་ཅིང་མཆོད་པ་དུ་མས་མཆོད་ཅིང་ཕྱག་དང་བསྐོར་བ་བྱས་ནས་རང་རང་གི་སྨོན་ལམ་ཡང་བཏབ་བོ། །དེ་ནས་འཇམ་དཔལ་གྱིས་མ་འོངས་པ་ན་སེམས་ཅན་བསོད་ནམས་ཆུང་བ་དང་གཟའ་སྐར་དང་དགྲའི་གནོད་པ་དང་འཇིགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལས་སྐྱོབ་པ་དང་། སངས་རྒྱས་རྣམས་མཇལ་ཞིང་བསམ་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་འགྲུབ་པའི་གཟུངས་སྔགས་གསུང་བར་ཞུས་པས་བསམ་པ་ཐམས་ཅད

在过去的那边，于世界界其他不能胜过之处有佛名号殊胜，于世界界具有珍宝之处有佛名珍宝月，于世界界充满香气珍宝堆积之处有佛名妙金无垢，于世界界无忧之处有佛名无忧胜，于世界界法幢之处有佛名说法海音声，于世界界善住珍宝海中有佛名法慧现知，于世界界琉璃光显现时，药师佛们安住于此。那些佛的刹土是具有功德圆满如极乐世界般的庄严，那些佛陀往昔愿力的差别，以及听闻和受持那些佛陀名号的无量利益都广为宣说了。那时，十二药叉大将，每一位都和七万七千眷属一起，异口同声地承诺发誓说：未来凡是受持药师佛名号和供养的人，我们都将守护救护，并让他们所有的愿望都圆满实现。那时，一些智慧浅薄的天子疑惑道：如何才能获得听闻和受持东方世界界恒河沙数那边所住的那些佛陀名号的利益呢？释迦牟尼佛知道后，便进入禅定，世界剧烈震动，旃檀香粉和鲜花如雨般降下。药师七佛也瞬间来到那里，被菩萨众围绕，与释迦牟尼佛一起显现在各自的狮子座上。那些天子非常信服，称赞“好啊！好啊！”，用各种供品供养，顶礼膜拜，绕佛，并且各自发下了自己的愿。之后，文殊菩萨请问：未来为了救护那些福报浅薄的众生，使他们脱离星曜、怨敌的损害和一切怖畏，并且能见到诸佛，使一切愿望都能实现，请宣说陀罗尼咒语，使一切愿望

Then, beyond the past, in a world realm that others cannot overcome, there is a Buddha named Excellent Name; in a world realm endowed with precious jewels, there is a Buddha named Precious Moon; in a world realm filled with incense, with piled-up jewels, there is a Buddha named Excellent Gold, Immaculate; in a world realm without sorrow, there is a Buddha named Supreme Without Sorrow; in a world realm of the Dharma banner, there is a Buddha named Dharma Proclamation, Ocean of Sound; in a world realm well-established in a precious ocean, there is a Buddha named Dharma Intelligence, Manifest Knowledge; in a world realm where lapis lazuli light appears, the Medicine Buddhas reside. Those Buddha-fields have an arrangement of qualities that are perfectly complete, like Sukhavati. The distinctions of those Buddhas' previous aspirations, and the immeasurable benefits of hearing and holding those Buddhas' names, were extensively proclaimed. At that time, the twelve great yaksha generals, each with seventy-seven thousand attendants, in one voice, vowed and promised that in the future, those who hold the name of the Medicine Buddha and make offerings to them, they would protect and guard, and completely fulfill all their wishes. At that time, some lesser-wisdom sons of the gods, doubting how they could obtain the benefits of hearing and holding the names of those Buddhas residing in the eastern world realm, beyond the Ganges' sands, the Teacher Shakyamuni, knowing this, entered into samadhi, and the world realm greatly shook, sandalwood powder and a rain of flowers fell. The seven Medicine Buddhas also instantly appeared there, surrounded by a gathering of Bodhisattvas, and appeared to be seated on their respective lion thrones together with Shakyamuni. Those sons of the gods were greatly devoted, praised "Excellent! Excellent!", made offerings with many offerings, prostrated, circumambulated, and made their own aspirations. Then, Manjushri asked that for the sake of protecting sentient beings with little merit in the future, and saving them from the harm and fear of planets, stars, enemies, and so that they may meet the Buddhas and accomplish all their wishes, to speak the dharani mantra that fulfills all wishes.
