的疾病等等，邪魔和鬼怪等等，愿都消除。恶梦和恶兆，恶行和恶作，愿都消除。世间安乐五谷丰登，谷物增多佛法兴盛，愿一切圆满吉祥，心中所愿皆能成就。如是嘱托事业。救治众生疾病的药中之王，拥有如琉璃般清澈的身体，以身之光明救度众生，向药王顶礼赞叹。名称美好声音悦耳黄金贤无忧，宣说佛法现证了知药师释迦牟尼，广大发愿心愿圆满，向八位善逝顶礼赞叹。守护善逝教法的殊胜善士，具有怖畏之形和威猛之姿，七百万眷属围绕的十二位，向夜叉统帅们顶礼赞叹。对一切应赞叹者，等等赞叹。之后，聚集弟子沐浴洒花，布撒预备朵玛，献给鬼怪和地神后驱逐鬼怪。吽！安住于大坛城之地的，诸神等一切鬼怪众谛听。我于此处修作大坛城，汝等从此处前往他处。若有违越我之命令者，以具智慧者之炽燃金刚杵，头颅将碎裂成百瓣，鬼怪将被摧毁无疑。以诵念松巴尼来守护。那么现在将为你们做善逝药师七佛的灌顶加持，首先是历史：往昔导师释迦牟尼佛与无量眷属在一起，安住于广阔的具有乐器之声的树下时，文殊菩萨为了摄受未来的众生，仅仅听闻就能清净一切罪障，并且成为不退转于菩提之道的缘故，请问那些如来之名号和广大愿力。世尊宣说了《药师琉璃光如来本愿功德经》和《药师七佛经》二经。即从此处东方世界的恒河沙数。

May all illnesses be gone, and may demons and obstacles be eliminated. May bad dreams and bad omens, bad deeds and bad actions, be eliminated. May the world be peaceful and the harvests be good, may grains increase and the Dharma flourish. May all be filled with happiness and auspiciousness, and may all wishes of the heart be fulfilled. Thus entrusted with the task. The supreme physician who heals the diseases of beings, possessing a body as clear as lapis lazuli, saving beings with the light of his body, to that King of Medicine, I prostrate and praise. Names are good, sounds are pleasant, golden, excellent, and free from sorrow. Proclaiming the Dharma, directly knowing, Medicine Buddha Shakyamuni, fulfilling vast aspirations, I prostrate and praise the eight Sugatas. The supreme virtuous ones who protect the teachings of the Sugatas, possessing fearful forms and fierce appearances, the twelve surrounded by seven hundred thousand attendants, to the Yaksha commanders, I prostrate and praise. To all who are worthy of praise, etc., I praise. Then, gather the disciples, bathe them, and scatter flowers. Scatter the preliminary torma, dedicate it to the ghosts and local deities, and then dispel the obstacles. Hūṃ! All you hosts of obstacles, including the gods, who dwell on the ground of the great mandala, listen! I am constructing a great mandala in this place. You must go from here to another place. If you disobey my command, with the blazing vajra of wisdom, your heads will be shattered into a hundred pieces, and the obstacles will be destroyed without doubt. Protect by reciting Sumbhani. Now, I will bestow upon you the empowerment and blessings of the Seven Sugata Medicine Buddhas. First, the history: In the past, the teacher Shakyamuni Buddha, together with immeasurable retinues, was dwelling under a tree with the sound of musical instruments in the vast city of Vaishali. At that time, Manjushri, in order to benefit future sentient beings, so that merely hearing would purify all sins and obscurations, and cause them to become irreversible from the path to enlightenment, requested the names and vast aspirations of those Tathagatas. The Bhagavan spoke the two sutras: the "Sutra of the Medicine Buddha" and the "Sutra of the Seven Medicine Buddhas." That is, from here to the east, to a world as numerous as the sands of the Ganges.
