འཇའ་སྤྲིན་འཐིབས་པ་ལྟ་བུར་བཞུགས་ པའི་དྲུང་དུ། ཚེ་འདས་ཁྱེད་རང་གི་ཕྱག་འཚོལ་ཞིག་དང་། ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་གྲོགས་ལྡན་དུ་དམིགས་ནས་ངེད་དཔོན་སློབ་དང་། ཁོང་གཉེན་འདུན་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཀྱང་ཕྱག་འཚལ་བར་བྱེད་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །ཉེ་དུ་སེམས་བརྩེ་བ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་བཅུག །རང་གིས་ཀྱང་ཐལ་མོ་སྦྱར་ཏེ་མགོ་བོ་འདུད་པ་རེ་དང་བཅས། ཚེ་ལས་འདས་པ་རྨི་དུས་རྟག་པར་བླ་མ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །སངས་རྒྱས་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །སོགས་དང་། རི་དབང་གི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །བར་བརྗོད། དེ་དག་ཀུན་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་བས། །སྡིག་སྒྲིབ་མ་ལུས་དག་པར་གྱུར། །མི་མཆོག་རྒྱལ་བ་ཚེགང་དག་ད་ལྟར་བཞུགས་པ་དང་། །གང་དག་འདས་པ་དག་དང་དེ་བཞིན་གང་མ་བྱོན། །ཡོན་ཏན་བསྔགས་པ་མཐའ་ཡས་རྒྱ་མཚོ་འདྲ་ཀུན་ལ། །ཐལ་མོ་སྦྱར་བར་བགྱིས་ཏེ་སྐྱབས་སུ་ཉེ་བར་མཆིའོ། །ད་ཚེ་ལས་འདས་པ་ཁྱོད་རང་གི་སྡིག་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་བཤགས་པའི་མོས་པས་ངེད་ཀྱི་ལད་མོ་གྱིས། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་སུམ་ཅུ་རྩ་ལྔ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁམས་ཐམས་ཅད་ན། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་གང་ཇི་སྙེད་ཅིག་བཞུགས་ཏེ་འཚོ་ཞིང་ བཞེས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་དག་ཐམས་ཅད་བདག་ལ་དགོངས་སུ་གསོལ། བདག་གིས་སྐྱེ་བ་འདི་དང་སྐྱེ་བ་ཐོག་མ་དང་ཐ་མ་མ་མཆིས་པ་ནས་འཁོར་བ་ན་འཁོར་བའི་སྐྱེ་གནས་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་སྡིག་པའི་ལས་བགྱིས་པ་དང་། བགྱིད་དུ་བསྩལ་བ་དང་། བགྱིས་པ་ལ་རྗེས་སུ་ཡི་རང་བའམ། མཆོད་རྟེན་གྱི་དཀོར་རིམ། དགེ་འདུན་གྱི་དཀོར་རམ། ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་དགེ་འདུན་གྱི་དཀོར་འཕྲོག་པ་དང་། འཕྲོག་ཏུ་བསྩལ་བ་དང་། འཕྲོག་པ་ལ་རྗེས་སུ་ཡི་རང་བའམ། མཚམས་མ་མཆིས་པ་ལྔའི་ལས་བགྱིས་པ་དང་། བགྱིད་དུ་བསྩལ་བ་དང་། བགྱིས་པ་ལ་རྗེས་སུ་ཡི་རང་བའམ། མི་དགེ་བ་བཅུའི་ལས་ཀྱི་ལམ་ཡང་དག་པར་བླང་བ་ལ་ཞུགས་པ་དང་། འཇུག་ཏུ་བསྩལ་བ་དང་། འཇུག་པ་ལ་རྗེས་སུ་ཡི་རང་བའམ། ལས་ཀྱི་སྒྲིབ་པ་གང་གིས་བསྒྲིབས་ནས། བདག་སེམས་ཅན་དམྱལ་བར་མཆི་བའམ། དུད་འགྲོའི་སྐྱེ་གནས་སུ་མཆི་བའམ། གླུ་ཡི་དྭགས་ཀྱི་ཡུལ་དུ་མཆི་བའམ། ཡུལ་མཐའ་འཁོབ་ཏུ་སྐྱེ་བའམ། ཀླ་ཀློར་སྐྱེ་བའམ། ལྷ་ཚེ་རིང་པོ་རྣམས་སུ་སྐྱེ་བའམ། དབང་པོ་མ་ཚང་བར་འགྱུར་བའམ། ལྟ་བ་ལོག་ པར་འཛིན་པར་འགྱུར་བའམ། སངས་རྒྱས་འབྱུང་བ་ལ་མཉེས་པར་མི་བགྱིད་པར་འགྱུར་བའི་ལས་ཀྱི་སྒྲིབ་པ་གང་ལགས་པ་དེ་དག་ཐམས་ཅད་སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཡེ་ཤེས་

在如虹云密布之处，请已故的您接受礼拜。为了您能拥有友伴，我们师徒以及您的亲友眷属也向您礼拜。请让亲近的挚友献上敬爱之礼。自己也合掌并略微低头。当梦见逝者时，常向喇嘛礼拜。向佛陀礼拜。等等。向山王礼拜。中述：向所有这些顶礼，愿所有罪障得以清净。现在安住的、已经逝去的、以及未来将要到来的最胜者诸佛，对于如无边功德赞颂之海的一切，我合掌并趋近皈依。现在，为了忏悔您——已故之人的所有罪业，请模仿我。在十方世界的一切世间中，如来三十五佛等，所有安住、生存和存在的如来、阿罗汉、正等觉、薄伽梵，请垂念我。我于此生以及无始无终的轮回中，在所有轮回的生处所造作的罪业，或教唆他人造作，或随喜他人造作；或者盗取佛塔的财物、僧众的财物、十方僧众的财物，或教唆他人盗取，或随喜他人盗取；或者造作五无间罪，或教唆他人造作，或随喜他人造作；或者真实地进入修习十不善业的道路，或劝诱他人进入，或随喜他人进入；或者由于业障的遮蔽，我将前往地狱，或前往畜生道，或前往阎罗王的境地，或投生于边地，或投生为野蛮人，或投生于长寿天，或变得诸根不全，或变得执持邪见，或对于佛陀的出现不欢喜的所有业障，所有这些，请具有智慧的佛陀薄伽梵垂念。
English
In the presence of what is like a dense rainbow cloud, please, deceased one, accept the prostrations. With the intention that you have companions, we, teacher and students, and your relatives and friends, also make prostrations. Please have close and affectionate friends offer their respects. One also joins their palms and bows their head slightly. When dreaming of the deceased, always prostrate to the lama. Prostrate to the Buddha. And so on. Prostrate to the king of mountains. Intermediate statement: By prostrating to all of these, may all sins and obscurations be purified. To all the supreme victorious ones who now abide, who have passed away, and who have not yet come, to all who are like an endless ocean of praised qualities, I join my palms and draw near in refuge. Now, with the intention of confessing all the sins of you, the deceased, please imitate me. In all the realms of the ten directions, all the Tathagatas, Arhats, perfectly complete Buddhas, Bhagavad-Tathagatas, as many as abide, live, and exist, please heed me. Whatever sinful deeds I have done in this life and in all birthplaces of samsara from beginningless time, or caused others to do, or rejoiced in others doing; or stealing the property of stupas, the property of the sangha, or the property of the sangha of the ten directions, or causing others to steal, or rejoicing in others stealing; or committing the five heinous crimes, or causing others to commit them, or rejoicing in others committing them; or entering upon the path of the ten non-virtuous actions, or inducing others to enter, or rejoicing in others entering; or whatever karmic obscurations have obscured me, so that I go to the hells, or go to the animal realm, or go to the realm of Yama, or am born in a borderland, or am born as a barbarian, or am born among the long-lived gods, or become deficient in faculties, or become one who holds wrong views, or become displeased with the appearance of a Buddha, all those karmic obscurations, all of them, may the Buddhas, the Bhagavad-Ones, with their wisdom, heed.
