On a cushion of wool and grass, from raṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Rang) arises the fire deity. White, yellow, red, black, radiating five lights, one face, four arms, three eyes, with a topknot of matted hair. The two right hands hold a vajra and the gesture of fearlessness, the two left hands hold a rosary and a pill. The forehead, blazing with light encircled by a thousand flames, is marked with oṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ओं, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om), the throat with āḥ (Tibetan, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah), and the heart with hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) and raṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Rang). Then, for pacifying, have a pure novice child take the fire; for increasing, have a nobleman or a wealthy person; for subjugating, have a woman or a youth; for wrathful activities, have a person with a mole on their hand or a sinner take the fire. After purifying the fire with vase water, have the fire-taker ignite the fire themselves, hand it over to one's own hand, and purify it. From emptiness, this cloth arises from o (Tibetan, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: o, Literal Chinese meaning: O), hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum), hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum), hrīḥ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hrih), becoming the essence of the five Buddha families, blazing as the fire of wisdom with five colors. If it is a cremation, ignite the cards of each mandala and proclaim to the supreme person: "Glorious Lama, please consider!" Add this. For a complete burnt offering, add all of these. Pacifying and all activities are the same as this, but for the other four activities, remove what is appropriate from all of these and proclaim it. hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum). First, it arose before the fire arose. In the past, in the first kalpa, from the light sphere of the hearts of the Victorious Ones of the five families, from the emanation and gathering of the letter raṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Rang), the fire of the five wisdoms arose, completely destroying the heap of the five poisons, spontaneously accomplishing the five wisdoms. Tonight, in this blazing palace, on the pyre of the five afflictive emotions, by igniting the fire of the five wisdoms, may the four activities be accomplished! That's all. Or, for pacifying, hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum). From the eastern direction, the fire-taker, body color white, Vajra family. From the land of the Gandharvas, from the mirror, please ignite the fire of pacifying! For increasing, hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum). From the southern direction, the fire-taker, body color yellow, Ratna family. From the land of Yama, from the mirror, please ignite the fire of increasing! For subjugating, hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum). From the western direction, the fire-taker, body color red, Padma family. From the hands of the Nagas, from the mirror, please ignite the fire of subjugating! For wrathful activities, hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum). From the northern direction, the fire-taker, body color green, Karma family. From the hands of the Yakshas, from the mirror, please ignite the fire of wrathful
