Remaining without distraction for even a moment. Post-attainment is when one is distracted and then again held by mindfulness, so it is said. Question: What is the nature of ordinary, uncorrected awareness? Answer: It is not like an ordinary person who doesn't know how to meditate and remains silent. Just not forgetting mindfulness, without any clinging, that is Mahamudra. Question: Is it beneficial to do the physical posture? Answer: If you can do the physical posture, it is very effective. If you can't, don't force it, whatever is comfortable is fine. Question: Is there a difference between looking at the tip of the nose and the bridge of the nose? Answer: There is no difference between looking at the tip of the nose and the bridge of the nose. Question: When the dullness is great and the clarity of awareness is not clear, is it beneficial to use the view of pacification as taught? Answer: If the eyes are clear and there is no dullness, there is no need for other views. Also, when Lama Gyaltsen and his nephew were discussing the clarity or non-clarity of visualization during the generation and completion stages of union, they said: First, at the beginning of the session, meditate on the visualization with unwavering focus. Then, mix it with the nature of mind and meditate. If it seems unclear after mixing, that is the fault of not generating the movement of meditation. In reality, visualization is movement. Movement is mind. Mind is emptiness. Emptiness is Dharmakaya. In reality, whether you look at the nature of mind or not, it is Dharmakaya without difference. Understand this now, and eventually such realization will arise. Also, when asked why the order of illusion-like and heroic conduct is uncertain, the answer was: It seems that the two lineages are mixed up and down, so it doesn't matter what name you give it. Also, I used to seek good experiences from the past, and it seemed that there was no need to meditate on ordinary awareness. I developed a certainty about this. Whatever good or bad thoughts arose, I didn't look at their essence, etc., but just kept mindfulness without losing it, and I became convinced that dualistic thoughts would naturally dissolve. However, I felt that looking at the essence of whatever arose earlier was a bit artificial. I also asked: In a state of non-distraction, whatever thoughts arise, from the moment they arise, their essence is naturally empty, so they cannot harm me, is that so? Answer: Developing certainty about ordinary awareness is the attainment of supreme accomplishment. There is no need to look at whatever arises, maintaining mindfulness, and believing that dualistic thoughts naturally subside and naturally dissolve is supreme.

. Looking nakedly at the nature of whatever arises is also slightly contrived; it is said to leave the meditation in its ordinary state without looking. When conceptual thoughts arise, realizing that their nature is emptiness from the very moment they arise prevents them from causing harm, because: This conceptual thought that arises from oneself, hold it tightly as the Dharmakaya (Tibetan: ཆོས་སྐུ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: धर्मकाय, Sanskrit Romanization: Dharmakāya, Chinese literal meaning: Dharmakaya). If you experience it, you will see the essence. That's what was said. Furthermore, if a blood-wind disease occurs, causing chest pain, and one feels uneasy due to heart pain, and someone asks, do not even think that the heart pain is caused by a demon. When doing single-pointed meditation and practice, this uneasiness is called mind-absorption. This is the life-wind of madness. This is called the mind-absorption of a faithful person in the Dharma. However, it is also a fault of being too diligent. For a while, do something like resting the body, speech, and mind. Also, let the mind be free and do something like grazing. However, where did the heart pain come from in the first place? Where does it reside in the middle? Where does it go in the end? Investigate once or twice. Determine that the one who causes the pain is none other than one's own mind. Afterwards, whenever there is pain, rest in the nature of it, and it will help. Sometimes, behind one's ordinary self, there is something like a three-holed jewel, and visualize that from within, all the wind diseases filling the upper body emerge outwards like black smoke from a window. At the soles of the feet where the four limbs are aching, visualize fire blazing from the red seed syllable ram (Tibetan: རཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Sanskrit Romanization: raṃ, Chinese literal meaning: ram), burning the root like an incense stick and becoming emptiness. Also, in front of oneself, in a large white Bhaṇḍa, filled with melted butter shimmering yellow, visualize one's two soles becoming like tubes, drawing upwards from there, filling the body, and yellow liquid emerging from the pores of the hair, thus eliminating all foot diseases. It is said that except for not visualizing oneself as a deity during these visualizations, the mind-essence and recitations are allowed as before. Furthermore, when there are distractions, etc., as soon as they are caught by mindfulness, the nature is clearly present, and one has not strayed into ordinariness, so wouldn't it become a fault of distraction? Someone asked if not clinging to emptiness and not being stubborn about appearances is the same as before. The answer is that when there are distractions, etc., because the nature is clearly present, thinking that it will not become a fault of distraction is almost confusing meditation and post-meditation. Not clinging to appearances is the same as before.
