Please accomplish the supreme deeds! I, the yogi, entrust this retinue to the teachings. Please reside in these pleasing offerings, and until this teaching remains, protect this sacred Buddha Dharma! Increase the glory of the Three Jewels! Accomplish the enlightened activities of the glorious and venerable Lama! Increase the happiness and well-being of sentient beings! In particular, may you pacify all demons and obstacles for us mantra-holders, yogis, teachers, disciples, patrons, offerings, retinues, and so forth! May all life, merit, splendor, and wealth increase like the waxing moon! May you subdue all gods, humans, and so forth! May you pacify all four hundred and four types of diseases arising from disease, arising from wind, arising from bile, arising from phlegm, and arising from combinations! May you pacify and avert all harms from the types of spirits, such as the spirits of gods, the spirits of nagas, the spirits of yakshas, the spirits of kings, and so forth, all eighty-four thousand types of spirits! May you pacify and avert all great harms, fears, bad dreams, bad omens, and inauspicious signs! Please accomplish the activities of pacifying and averting! Please help! Please accomplish favorable conditions! Protect from the beginning! Rescue from the end! Accomplish all wishes! Furthermore, I pray for accomplishments: Please show the manifestation of directly seeing the face of the body! Please cause the sound of speech to be heard! May the wisdom of non-conceptual equality of mind arise, and may you accompany me like body and shadow! From the perspective of activity, may you completely destroy all fierce enemies and obstacles! Eat the food I have given! Drink the essence I have offered! Do the work I have commanded! Kill the demons I have cursed! Produce the signs of my practice! Accomplish the entrusted activities! Protect the sacred Buddha Dharma! May you pacify all obstacles to the life and activities of the holy beings who uphold the teachings! Glorious goddess and all your retinue, as you previously vowed and promised before the glorious Heruka, harm the Buddha's teachings, harm the profound Dharma, covet the wealth of the Sangha, and obstruct us practitioners.

Please take this enemy who is causing trouble and shower him with a rain of various weapons. Please evoke the four hundred and twenty-four diseases from within him. Please engage with the pre-existing demons. Please pluck out the eye from his forehead. Please tear out the heart from his abdomen. Please liberate him quickly before the passing of years, months, and time. Please utterly pulverize all obstructing demons and misleading influences with fierce actions. Especially, please accomplish the task of swiftly liberating the enemy who hates me, along with his retinue. Thus, through offering and praising you, glorious goddess and your retinue, may it be accomplished just as it is. Having prayed thus, the reply is: "It shall be done thus." The retinue and others are thought to have pledged thus. Then, there is no need for a separate fulfillment, because the fulfillment fruit is established within the torma offering itself, so bless it. OM SAM SHODHANI HUM PHAT. SVA BHAVAS SHUDDHAS. OM AH HUM HA HO SHRIH. All the bad color, smell, and taste of the fulfillment are eliminated, and it becomes perfect in color, smell, and power. Garuda crystal egg, roots, flesh and blood, great fat smoke offering and light, bright conch shell, donkey Re-lde, elephant black bird heart, with tsok and torma, fulfill the samaya of the dakinis. Goddess, smoke-colored, body color like rain clouds, holding skull blood sword, spear and trishula in her hands to eliminate obstacles to the teachings. Fulfill the samaya of the goddess who protects the teachings and keeps her vows. Left-twisting braid, skull transformation, adorned with black silk. Skull rosary, raw hide, adorned with Re-lde snakes. A body of skeletons, adorned with blood and fat. Cemetery adornment complete, fulfill the samaya of the goddess. Human corpse in the mouth, bared fangs, red eyes. Feet adorned with iron chains, riding a donkey. Voice like the sound of a conch shell and thunder. Protector of vows, fulfill the samaya of the goddess. Permanent torma, continuous torma, nectar arrow banner and, black bird heart and great smoke offering, rakta and, great butter lamp, donkey dharani mantra and, human leg bone flute, flesh and blood torma. Fulfill the samaya of the goddess and her retinue. Four demonesses and four doorkeepers, mistress of the charnel ground, mother, eight classes of dakinis. With harmonious substances, tsok and torma, fulfill the samaya. Do not forget the samaya, think of us with love like a child. Protect the teachings, dispel obstacles and adverse conditions.
