遣除一切月亮亏蚀！ 怨恨的敌人和损害的鬼怪，魔鬼和阻碍的众群，全部化为灰尘！ 我等瑜伽士及其眷属， 祈愿弥补所失之誓言！ 祈请赐予殊胜与共同等一切成就！ 祈请增延寿命与权势！ 祈请成办威严与名声！ 祈请守护眷属与教法！ 善行与恶行相混杂， 增长威力与助伴， 如身与影般相伴随， 日夜守护， 成就所想，圆满所愿， 此外心中所希望的， 祈请您成办！ 之后是忏悔： 吽 遍！ 为利有情，殊胜身相具怖畏， 无余周遍，显现诸现象， 降伏傲慢者， 顶礼赞叹功德圆满之身！ 原始金刚誓言之守护者， 誓愿作为守护者，对于身之誓言， 身之行为未能如实了知， 祈请宽恕遍布三界之身！ 我等瑜伽士传承聚集于此， 共同与特殊之誓言虽不舍弃， 然未入于法界，习气浅薄， 祈请玛吉拉尊女神宽恕！ 祈请以慈悲必定垂视之女神， 陈设清净之誓言物供品， 因吝啬之影响，供品微少， 祈请宽恕遣除厉鬼之身！ 玛吉拉尊身色手印及手势， 未能如理如实书写， 圣者之慈悲有所懈怠者， 祈请宽恕战胜魔军之身！ 以子之行为守护之誓言， 懒惰睡眠及散乱之语等， 一切违背您意者， 祈请大悲者清净！ 遍！ 从九层颅骨堆积之有顶宫殿中， 祈请具德天女倾听并垂念！ 自身虽具本觉智慧之因， 虽极具调伏当下战争之威力， 然为邪见与相之二者所控制， 禅定本尊未能明观， 祈请宽恕违越具德天女之身， 祈请赐予清净之成就！ 努力精进微少，念诵修持

May all lunar eclipses be averted! May hateful enemies and harmful demons, devils and obstructing forces, all be turned into dust! May the broken vows of us yogis and our retinues be restored! Please grant all siddhis, both supreme and common! Please increase life and power! Please accomplish glory and fame! Please protect the retinue and the teachings! Mixing good deeds with misdeeds, increase strength and allies, accompany us like body and shadow, watch over us day and night, accomplish our thoughts, fulfill our hopes, and whatever else we desire in our hearts, please accomplish it! Then, the confession: Hum Bhio! For the benefit of beings, supreme form with fearful aspects, completely pervading and manifesting all phenomena, subduing the arrogant, I prostrate and praise the body of perfect qualities! Guardian of the primordial Vajra vows, having vowed to be a protector, regarding the vows of the body, not having truly understood the actions of the body, please forgive the body that pervades the three realms! We yogis, gathered here in lineage succession, although not abandoning the common and special vows, yet not having entered the Dharmadhatu, with weak habits and skills, please forgive the body of Machig Labdrön! Please, goddess who surely sees with compassion, arranging pure samaya substance offerings, due to the influence of stinginess, the offerings are small, please forgive the body that dispels the evil spirits! Machig Labdrön's body color, hand implements, and mudras, not having written them correctly and accurately, those who have neglected the compassion of the noble ones, please forgive the body that triumphs over the armies of demons! Regarding the vow to protect as a child, laziness, sleep, and distracting talk, etc., whatever is contrary to your mind, please, Great Compassionate One, purify! Bhio! From the palace of existence, stacked with nine skulls, please listen and remember, glorious goddess! Although possessing the cause of self-awareness and wisdom, although extremely powerful in subduing immediate warfare, yet being controlled by the two, wrong views and signs, the samadhi Yidam not clearly manifest, please forgive the body that transgresses the glorious goddess! Please grant the pure accomplishment! Effort and diligence are small, recitation and practice

过失违犯，祈请宽恕。与口诀正文相违背，祈请宽恕。因讲述过多，未能领会秘密之语，对深奥之义有所违背，祈请宽恕。合掌。 法器乐器未能按时聚集，仪轨供养有所缺失，祈请宽恕。本性上，明妃示现降伏之相，然聪慧者未能领悟其义，祈请宽恕。财物本性上，用于供养空行母之法，然财物供养有所缺失，祈请宽恕。驴子本性上，为空行母之坐骑，未能侍奉反而鞭打，祈请宽恕。阎罗本性上，为空行母之夫，生起恶念嗔恨之心，祈请宽恕。黑风本性上，为空行母之化身，然以恶劣之心诽谤，祈请宽恕。因懒惰懈怠所致，祈请宽恕。供养错过年月，祈请宽恕。每日及每日之时辰有所缺失，祈请宽恕。初八、十五及六时有所缺失，祈请宽恕。往昔自身习气不佳，誓言物及瑜伽行持微小，祈请宽恕。往昔受悭吝之影响，于会供中掺杂虚伪欺骗，祈请宽恕。往昔未曾获得极密灌顶，将贪欲用于佛法，祈请宽恕。因未领悟甚深之行持见解，见有情成熟而未能度化，祈请宽恕。禅定见解未融入法界，对于精华与残余未能区分，祈请宽恕。因嗔恨之影响，与我慢相混杂，造作金刚道友间的争端，祈请宽恕。因我慢之影响，与嫉妒相混杂，冒犯上师之身，祈请宽恕。往昔自心见解颠倒，亲近瑜伽士之朋党，祈请宽恕。因未领悟甚深见修行之口诀，造作分别念之淫乱，祈请宽恕。因未领悟见之暖相口诀，未能生起证悟之暖相，祈请宽恕。（藏文：ཨོཾ་，梵文天城体：ओṃ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）智慧本尊及本尊母，我等无胜者，最初于修及所修之事，未能如法聚集相应之誓言物，与具德本尊母之心意相违背，成为教令惩罚之处，誓言破损，戒律毁坏，对此向智慧大悲者祈请宽恕。与心意相违背，祈请宽恕。誓言破损，祈愿得以圆满。如是念诵百字明。之后于前方放置食子。

Transgressions and violations, I beseech forgiveness. Contradicting the pith instructions, I beseech forgiveness. Speaking too much, I failed to grasp the secret words. Contradicting the profound meaning, I beseech forgiveness. Joining palms. Failing to gather musical instruments on time, the symbolic offerings are deficient, I beseech forgiveness. In essence, the consort demonstrates the subjugating form, yet the wise fail to understand its meaning, I beseech forgiveness. In essence, wealth is used for the Dharma of the Dakini, yet the wealth offerings are deficient, I beseech forgiveness. In essence, the donkey is the mount of the Dakini, failing to attend to it and instead beating it, I beseech forgiveness. In essence, Yama is the consort of the Dakini, generating evil thoughts and scolding, I beseech forgiveness. In essence, the black wind is an emanation of the Dakini, yet slandering it with evil thoughts, I beseech forgiveness. Due to laziness and negligence, I beseech forgiveness. Offerings missed over years and months, I beseech forgiveness. Days and times of day missed, I beseech forgiveness. Eighth, fifteenth, and six times missed, I beseech forgiveness. From the past, my own imprints are not good, the samaya substances and yogic conduct are small, I beseech forgiveness. From past actions, being under the influence of miserliness, deceit entered the gathering, I beseech forgiveness. From the past, not having received the most secret empowerment, using desire for Dharma, I beseech forgiveness. Not understanding the profound conduct and view, seeing beings ripened and failing to liberate them, I beseech forgiveness. Meditative view not becoming space, not distinguishing between the essence and the remainder, I beseech forgiveness. From the influence of hatred, mixed with pride, creating strife among vajra brothers, I beseech forgiveness. From the influence of pride, mixed with jealousy, offending the guru's body, I beseech forgiveness. From the past, my own mind's view is inverted, being partial to yogis, I beseech forgiveness. Not understanding the pith instructions of profound view and conduct, creating mental fornication, I beseech forgiveness. Not understanding the pith instructions of the heat of view, not generating the heat of experience, I beseech forgiveness. （Tibetan: ཨོཾ་，Devanagari: ओṃ，IAST: oṃ，Literal meaning: Om）Wisdom deities and deity mothers, I, the invincible one, from the beginning, in the practice and what is to be practiced, not gathering the harmonious samaya substances according to the texts, conflicting with the heart of the glorious deity mother, becoming a place of command and punishment, the samaya broken, the vows ruined, to the wise and compassionate one, I beseech forgiveness. Conflicting with the heart, I beseech forgiveness. The samaya broken, may it be fulfilled. Thus, recite the hundred-syllable mantra. Then, place the torma in front.
