ཆེན་འབར་བ་ཐོབ། །འདིས་ནི་ཅི་འདོད་ཐོག་མེད་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཐོབ། །ཅེས་དང་། ལྷ་མོ་ནག་མོའི་གཟུངས་ལས། འདི་བཏོན་པས་གདོན་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་། ནད་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་། རིམས་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་། འབྱུང་པོ་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་། མི་མ་ཡིན་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་། ཉེས་པར་བསྒོམ་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་། ཉེས་པར་ལྟ་བ་དང་། ཉེས་པར་བོར་བ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྟེང་དུ་ནི། གཞན་འཕྲུལ་དབང་བྱེད་ལ་ཐུག་པ་ མན་ཆད་བཅིང་ངོ། །ཐད་ཀར་ཁོ་ར་འཁོར་ཡུག་ལ་ཐུག་པ་ཚུན་ཆད་བཅིང་ངོ། །འོག་ཏུ་མནར་མེད་པ་དམྱལ་བ་ལ་ཐུག་པ་ཡན་ཆད་བཅིང་ངོ། །ཞེས་གསུངས་སོ། །འདིར་ལྷ་མོའི་རྒྱུད་དངོས་གྲུབ་འབྱུང་བའི་རྒྱུད་རྗེས་སུ་འབྲངས་ནས་བརྒྱ་རྩ་ལ་བསྟེན་ནས་དགྲ་བགེགས་སྒྲོལ་བའི་ཐབས་དང་། མེ་ལྕེ་འབར་བའི་དགོངས་པ་བརྒྱ་རྩ་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་དགྲ་བོ་ཁྲག་ནད་ཀྱིས་བསད་པ་སོགས་ནི་རྒྱུད་གཞུང་རྣམས་སུ་གབ་ནས་སྣང་བས་འདིར་ཡང་མ་སྤྲོས་སོ། །འདི་ནི་དངོས་གྲུབ་འབྱུང་རྒྱུད་ཀྱི་ལུགས་བརྒྱ་རྩ་ཞེས་ཀྱང་བྱ། ལྷ་མོའི་རྩང་རྫོགས་ཞེས་ཀྱང་བྱ། ཉམས་ཆག་བསྐང་བ་དང་། རིམས་ནད་ཡམས་ནད་གཅོད་པ་དང་། མ་མོའི་འཁྲུགས་པ་བསྐང་བའི་ཐབས། རྒྱས་པར་བསྒྲིགས་ཆགས་སུ་བཀོད་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །འདི་བྲིས་ཉེས་པ་གང་མཆིས་ལྷ་མོ་འཁོར་དང་བཅས་ལ་བཤགས། །དགེ་བས་འགྲོ་བའི་ནད་ཡམས་རྒྱུན་ཆད་ནས། །དུས་གསུམ་རྒྱལ་བའི་ཡུམ་ཆེན་འགྲུབ་ཕྱིར་བསྔོ། །འདི་ཉིད་ཐོག་མར་དབུ་བཙུགས་བྲིས་པའི་ཚེ། །ཆས་བཟང་བུད་མེད་མང་པོ་འདུ་བ་དང་། །བུད་མེད་དཀར་མོ་བཞད་ཅིང་འོང་བ་སོགས། །ལྷ་མོ་དགྱེས་པའི་རྨིས་ལྟས་ཅུང་ཟད་མཐོང་། །དེ་ཕྱིར་བཀྲ་ཤིས་གཞན་དོན་འབྱུང་ངམ་སྙམ། །ཞེས་པ་འདི་ནི་ལྷ་མོ་བསྒྲུབ་པ་ལ་ཤིས་པ་དཔྱིད་ཟླ་ར་བ་ལ་བྲིས་པའོ། །དགེ་སློང་ཀརྨ་ཨ་རཱ་གས་གསུངས། །འདི་འགྲོ་བ་རིམས་ནད་ཀྱི་འཚེ་བ་ཞི་བའི་ཕྱིར། །ངས་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་བཟང་པོའི་ཀུན་ནས་བསླང་སྟེ་བྲིས་པ་དགེ་ལེགས་འཕེལ། མངྒ་ལཾ།། །། དཔལ་ལྡན་ལྷ་མོ་དུད་པའི་སོལ་བ་མའི་མཆོད་ཚོགས་བརྒྱ་རྩ་རྩང་རྫོགས་ཀྱི་འདོན་འགྲིག་བལྟས་ཆོག་ཏུ་བཀོད་པ།

获得了大炽盛。以此能获得一切所愿的无碍成就。如是，于黑女神之明咒中说：诵此能禁缚一切鬼魅，一切疾病，一切瘟疫，一切生灵，一切非人，一切邪念，一切邪见，以及一切邪恶遗忘之上，乃至他化自在天。直接禁缚直到其自身周围。向下禁缚直到无间地狱。如是说。此处依随女神之续部，成就生起之续部，依靠百数仪轨，降伏怨敌邪魔之方法，以及依靠火焰炽盛之意，依靠百数仪轨，以血病诛杀敌人等，隐藏显现于续部经典中，故此处亦未广说。此亦名为成就生起续之百数仪轨。亦名为女神之圆满仪轨。是补足缺失，断除时疫瘟疫，以及平息母曜作祟之方法。是广集编纂而成。书写此之错谬之处，向具眷属之女神忏悔。以此善根，愿众生之疾病瘟疫止息。为成就三世诸佛之大母而回向。此于最初开始书写之时，众多盛装妇女聚集，以及白色妇女欢笑而来等，稍微见到女神欢喜之梦兆。因此想或许吉祥利他之事将会发生。此为修持女神之吉祥，于春季首月所书。比丘噶玛阿惹嘎所说。此为平息众生瘟疫之侵害。我以善良发心之普遍策励而书写，愿善妙增上。吉祥！吉祥！

The great blazing one is attained. By this, one attains unobstructed accomplishment of all desires. Thus, in the mantra of the Black Goddess, it is said: By reciting this, all demons, all diseases, all plagues, all beings, all non-humans, all evil thoughts, all evil views, and all evil forgetfulness are bound, even up to the Paranirmita-vasavartin. Directly bind up to its own surroundings. Downwards, bind up to the Avici hell. Thus it is said. Here, following the tantra of the goddess, the tantra of arising accomplishment, relying on the hundred-fold rites, the method of subduing enemies and obstacles, and relying on the meaning of blazing flames, killing enemies with blood diseases, etc., are hidden and appear in the tantric scriptures, so they are not elaborated here either. This is also called the hundred-fold rites of the accomplishment-arising tantra. It is also called the complete rites of the goddess. It is the method of replenishing deficiencies, cutting off epidemics and plagues, and pacifying the disturbances of the Matrikas. It is widely compiled and arranged. Whatever mistakes there are in writing this, I confess to the goddess and her retinue. By this virtue, may the diseases and plagues of sentient beings be stopped. I dedicate this to the accomplishment of the great mother of the Buddhas of the three times. When this was first started to be written, many well-dressed women gathered, and white women came laughing, etc., and I saw a few dream signs of the goddess's delight. Therefore, I think that perhaps auspicious and altruistic things will happen. This was written in the first month of spring for the auspiciousness of practicing the goddess. Spoken by Bhikshu Karma Araga. This is for the purpose of pacifying the harm of epidemics to sentient beings. I wrote it with the universal encouragement of a good mind, may goodness and excellence increase. Mangalam! Mangalam!
