从山顶的宫殿中，具神力与神通的黑天母，是自在、有、三界之主，您为三界一切所供养与尊敬。梵天王献上孔雀的胜幢，大遍入天恒时献上日月，多闻天子献上狮子的耳饰，虚空天女献上金铃，龙王献上蛇的冠冕，天王帝释献上大象的生皮，非天献上黑丝发饰，众母献上瑞丽的裙子，食肉者献上血滴，空行母献上骨饰，阎罗王献上颅骨鬘，罗刹献上蓝色铁钩，转轮圣王献上天神的王位，瑜伽士我献上以饰品庄严的食子。如是经由多种恒常之相，向具德天母您赞颂供养，瑜伽士我等眷属，祈赐寿命与福德等增长，殊胜与共同成就悉皆赐予。对于我常怀嗔恨心者，愿速断彼违誓仇敌之命根。天母饰品赞。如是于六时或四时或三时献供食子。梦兆中，若母亲、姐妹与装扮美好的女子等给予珍宝、三白与药物，或天亮时日月升起、鲜花盛开、扬幡、吹号、击鼓等出现，则为吉祥。成就之获得：双手十指指尖合拢，手心呈圆形，做甘露宝瓶手印，念诵：བྷྱོ། （藏文） འགྱུར་མེད་མ་ （藏文）等。 ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་དྷཀི་ནི་དེ་ཝི་མ་ཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལི་རེ་མ་ཏི། （藏文，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्र ढाकिनी देवि महाकालि रेमति，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra ḍākinī devi mahākāli remati，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚，空行母，天女，大，黑女神，瑞玛迪。） ཀཱ་ཡ་ཝཱཀ་ཙིཏྟ་སི་ཏི་ས་མ་ཡ། ཕ་ལ་ཨ་བེ་ཤ་ཡ་ཨཱ༔ （藏文，梵文天城体：काया वाक् चित्त सिति समय फल आवेशय आ，梵文罗马拟音：kāyavākcittasiti samaya phala āveśaya āḥ，汉语字面意思：身语意，安住誓言，果，进入啊。）稍作念诵。又，若出现母亲姐妹争吵，女子烟熏火燎发怒说要去别处，脸黑眼泪纵横等恶兆，则应清洁食子并献供，多多进行忏悔。自己右手食指与无名指弯于掌心，伸出拇指、中指与小指朝外，念诵：ཧཱུྃ། （藏文，梵文天城体：हुँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽。） དཔལ་ལྡན་ང་ལ་བར་ཆོད་པ། །གང་ཡིན་མགོ་ལུས་གཏུབ་པར་བྱའོ། །ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་མ་ཧཱ་དེ་ཝི་ཀཱ་ལི་སརྦ་དུ། ཏ་ཀ་ （藏文） ཧ་ན་ད་ཧ་རུ་ལུ་བྷནྡྲ་པ་ཙ་ས་ར་ （藏文）

From the palace on the mountain peak, the black goddess with power and miracles, is the mistress of the three realms of power and existence, you are worshipped and revered by all three realms. Brahma Raja offered the peacock banner, the great Vishnu constantly offered the sun and moon, Namthose offered the lion's earrings, the heavenly servant offered the golden bell, the Naga Raja offered the serpent's crest, the god Indra offered the elephant's raw hide, the Asura offered the black silk headdress, the mothers offered the Reldé skirt, the flesh-eaters offered the blood drop, the Dakinis offered the bone ornaments, the Yama Raja offered the skull garland, the Rakshasas offered the blue iron hook, the Chakravartin offered the divine kingdom, the yogi offered the torma adorned with ornaments. Thus, through various constant forms, I praise and offer to you, the glorious goddess, may we yogis and our retinues, be granted increase of life and merit, and may all supreme and common siddhis be bestowed. For those who always harbor hatred towards me, may the life force of the oath-breaking enemy be quickly severed. Praise of the Goddess's Ornaments. Thus, offer the torma at six, four, or three times. In dreams, if mothers, sisters, and well-dressed women give jewels, the three whites, and medicine, or if at dawn the sun and moon rise, flowers bloom, banners are raised, conches are blown, and drums are beaten, it is auspicious. The attainment of siddhi: with both hands, bring the tips of the ten fingers together, make the shape of a round belly, and make the mudra of the nectar vase, and recite: Bhyo. Gyurmey Ma, etc. Oṃ Vajra Ḍākinī Devi Mahākāli Remati. Kāyavākcittasiti samaya phala āveśaya āḥ. Recite a little. Also, if there are bad omens such as mothers and sisters quarreling, women being smoky and angry saying they are going to another place, or faces being black with tears, then clean the torma and offer it. Do much confession. Bend the index and ring fingers of your right hand into the palm, extend the thumb, middle finger, and little finger outwards, and recite: Hūṃ. Whoever hinders me, the glorious one, may their head and body be cut off. Hūṃ Phaṭ Mahādevi Kāli Sarva Du. Ta Ka Hana Da Haru Lu Bhandra Paca Sara.
