祈请您，使心中一切希望皆能如愿以偿。祈请您，使一切恶魔、仇敌、障碍者瞬间化为灰烬。消除身命、受用以及成就菩提的一切障碍之后，此生证得十地，来世往生西方极乐世界，获得菩提，成为一切众生的荣耀与怙主。嗡 班匝 嘎乌 瓦 玛哈 嘎拉 萨 巴热瓦ra 班匝 阿姆日达 嗡 阿 吽。（藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཀཱ་ཝུ་ཝ་མ་ཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལ་ས་པཱ་རི་ཝཱ་ར་པཉྩ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ་ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्र कावु वा महा काल सपारिवार पञ्च अमृत ॐ आः हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra kāvu va mahā kāla saparivāra pañca amṛta oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚，嘎乌，哇，玛哈嘎拉，眷属，五，甘露，嗡，阿，吽。）如此以甘露誓水的方式供养之后，吽！三界闻名的怙主您，安住于调伏天魔八部的首领之位。垂视无量世界的怙主您，面容圆满无瑕。威严赫奕如劫末之火，光芒万丈胜过千阳。慈悲无量，照见一切刹土。黑袍金刚，我向您顶礼赞叹。吽！勇猛忿怒具大力，圆满兜率大乐天之神。如雄狮般具大力，自在统治世间界。勇士调伏三有之身，具足一切神通力。大名鼎鼎之主尊，我向黑袍眷属众顶礼赞叹。大天怙主黑袍尊，龇牙咧嘴露凶相。头发竖立冲霄汉，发出哈哈巨响声。以猛力调伏三界众，身披蓝色之法衣。身色漆黑如墨染，我向黑袍忿怒尊顶礼赞叹。右手的第一个拿着毗陀罗果，燃烧的宝剑斩断违背誓言者的命根。左手的第一个拿着盛满鲜血的颅碗，卡杖嘎三尖戟是粗暴的兵器。眉毛赤红，三眼怒睁，龇牙咧嘴。人头湿淋淋的项链是装饰，手足以蛇为镯作庄严。以勇士之姿安坐于日月之垫上，我向黑袍威风凛凛者顶礼赞叹。尊名远扬，是花箭所击之怙主。摄集天神与非天，以及一切大权尊。乌鸦三眼明察三界，以迦陵频伽之音调伏罪恶者。拥有无与伦比的强大力量，从口中放出光芒

Please grant that all hopes in my heart may be fulfilled. Please grant that all evil spirits, enemies, and obstacles may be reduced to dust in an instant. Having removed all obstacles to body, life, enjoyment, and the attainment of enlightenment, may I attain the tenth bhumi in this life, and in the next life be born in the Western Pure Land of Sukhavati, attain enlightenment, and become the glory and protector of all sentient beings. Great splendor blazes like the fire at the end of an eon, rays of light shine brighter than a thousand suns. Boundless compassion sees all realms without exception. Black One, Subduer, I prostrate and praise you. Hum! Hero, fierce, endowed with power, the god of the utterly joyous Tushita heaven. Endowed with strength like a lion, possessing dominion over the world realms. Hero, body that subdues the three realms, possessing all great power and strength. Greatly renowned as the chief of all, I prostrate and praise the Black One with retinues. Great god, Black Protector, with gaping mouth and bared fierce fangs. Hair stands on end, emitting a great sound of Haha. Subduing the three realms with fierce power, wearing a blue garment on your body. Body color as black as darkness, I prostrate and praise the fierce Black One. The first of the right hands holds a Bhete fruit, the flaming sword cuts the life force of those who break their vows. The first of the left hands holds a skull cup filled with blood, the Khatvanga trident is a rough weapon. Eyebrows red and yellow, three eyes glaring, bared fangs. A garland of wet human heads is worn as an ornament, hands and feet are adorned with snakes as bracelets. Sitting in the posture of a hero on a sun and moon cushion, I prostrate and praise the proud Black One. Renowned as the protector struck by flower arrows, gathering gods and asuras, and all great powerful ones. Raven eyes clearly see the three realms, subduing wrongdoers with the voice of a Kalavinka. Possessing unparalleled great power, rays of light emanate from your mouth.
