།རྔ་མོང་བོང་བུའི་བདུད་རྩི་དང་། །ཤ་ཆེན་ཚིལ་ཆེན་བདུག་སྤོས་འདི། །མ་མགོན་འཁོར་བཅས་ཤངས་ལ་འབུལ། །རྩི་མར་འབྲུ་མར་སྣང་གསལ་དང་། །ར་ཚིལ་ཁྱི་ཚིལ་ཕག་ཚིལ་དང་། །ཞུན་ཆེན་སྣང་གསལ་སྒྲོན་མེ་འདི། 守护教法，增延寿命与福德，成办光辉与名声，护佑眷属与众生，遣除魔障与违缘，汇聚人财食三者，摧毁敌害成灰烬，成办四种事业，恒常护佑与救护！ 具光吉祥天母烟供之炭，杀戮母三尊，四种姓之天女，尸林之八母，八寒林母，四门母等，祈请世间之母空行母众！ 供养，献供！ 请享用最胜之精华与最喜之供品，我等瑜伽士之人财眷属，所有疾病之种类，风疾所生，胆疾所生，涎疾所生，混合所生，四百零四种疾病全部寂灭并遣除！ 祈请息灭所有瘟疫、时疫、人疾、畜疾，成办永不发生之广大事业！ 祈请大国王持国天，增长天，广目天，多闻天与王妃眷属，军队眷属，药叉众，极美天女，龙王众与美女众！ 供养，献供！ 祈请欢喜满足后，使我等师徒及所护者，不为一切障碍所侵，力量、权势、福德、受用增盛广大，调伏四方一切敌害，成办广大事业！ 具光吉祥金刚黑袍怙主，与眷属兄妹众，生起无漏大乐之甘露胜味享用者，以所积聚之广大福德资粮，如根本传承上师之教言，及自誓护法之意愿，无勤成办佛陀之教法与众生之利益，特别是祈请赐予我等相续殊胜与共同之成就，所有违逆之因，以四种事业之门，恳请诛灭与摄受！ 吽！ 八支具足之药水，与人血刀血相混合之毒水沸腾之供水，敬献于玛哈嘎拉怙主眷属之前。 莲花、蓝色乌巴拉花，与剧毒、兽毒、毒树之蓝色香气花朵，敬献于玛哈嘎拉怙主眷属之顶。

Protect the teachings, increase life and wealth, accomplish glory and fame, protect retinues and beings, dispel demonic obstacles and hindrances, gather humans, wealth, and food, destroy enemies and obstructors to ashes, accomplish the four activities, and always protect and save! Glorious Palden Lhamo, charcoal for smoke offerings, the three slaying mothers, the goddesses of the four castes, the eight mothers of the charnel ground, the eight fierce mothers, the four gatekeepers, and all the worldly mothers and dakinis, I beseech you! I offer and present! Please accept this supreme essence of great satisfaction and the offering of great delight. May all the four hundred and four types of diseases of us yogis, our people, wealth, and retinues, which are caused by the nature of disease, caused by wind, caused by bile, caused by phlegm, and caused by a combination of these, be pacified and averted! Please accomplish the great activity of completely ceasing and preventing all epidemics, plagues, human diseases, and livestock diseases! I beseech the great kings Dhritarashtra, Virudhaka, Virupaksha, and Vaishravana, along with their consorts, retinues, and armies, the yaksha hosts, the extremely beautiful goddesses, the naga kings, and the beautiful women! I offer and present! Please be pleased and satisfied, and may all obstacles be prevented from harming us, the teachers, disciples, and those to be protected. May our strength, power, merit, and enjoyment increase and expand, and may we subdue all enemies and obstructors in the four directions. Please accomplish the great activity! Glorious Vajra Mahakala, together with your consort and retinue of siblings, you who generate the uncontaminated great bliss, you who experience the supreme taste of nectar, by the great accumulation of merit that has been gathered, according to the instructions of the root and lineage lamas, and according to the intention of your own vows and protectors, effortlessly accomplish the benefit of the Buddha's teachings and sentient beings. In particular, grant us, who supplicate you, supreme and common siddhis. Whatever obstacles there may be to that, through the door of the four activities, please cut them off and take them into your care! Hūṃ! This medicinal water with eight qualities, this offering of boiling poisonous water mixed with human blood and knife blood, I offer to Mahakala and his retinue. Lotus flowers, blue utpala flowers, and blue fragrant flowers of poisonous plants, animal poisons, and poisonous trees, I offer to the heads of Mahakala and his retinue.
