Transformed into the fire of inner wisdom. Again, invite and merge, the fire blazes intensely, all three thousand worlds turn into a heap of fire, focusing the mind on this, the fire blazes fiercely. These are the meditation instructions for the great qualities of Tummo. At this time, the material Tummo should be understood separately. After that is the practice of activities. As stated in the Sambhuta Tantra: "From the center of the navel chakra fire pit, propelled by the wind of activity, the fire of Brahma blazes intensely." Also, as stated in the Compendium of Sources Tantra: "The letter A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: a, literal Chinese meaning: A) has various forms, is the goddess of the four bodies, is the one who perfectly grants all accomplishments." Also, the goddess has various forms like jewels. The text states: "The Dakini of the Vajra family, grants the accomplishment of Vajra Dharma. The Dakini of the Ratna family, grants the accomplishment of wealth and merit. The Dakini of the Padma family, grants the accomplishment of desire and subjugation. The Dakini of the Karma family, grants the accomplishment of destroying enemies and obstacles." Or as the oral instructions say: At the confluence of the three channels, in the round white fire pit of the destructive Tummo, the white secret wisdom deity faces upwards, inhaling, or visualizing inhaling and offering food, sesame seeds, etc., thinking of performing peaceful activities. In the stable Tummo yellow square fire pit, the golden secret wisdom deity, offering milk, rice, etc., thinking of performing increasing activities. In the blazing Chandali crescent-shaped fire pit, the red secret wisdom deity, offering flowers, practicing the activity of attraction. In the moving Chandali green triangular fire pit, the green secret wisdom deity, offering fierce substances, practicing the activity of destruction. In the red fire-born Dharmadhatu, the black secret wisdom deity faces upwards, inhaling, visualizing one's own sins as horned sinners, throwing them into its mouth, thereby purifying sins. In the dark blue fire-born Dharmadhatu of the secret place, the short vowel A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: a, literal Chinese meaning: A), whose nature is a black cloak, or the goddess, or the four-armed, six-armed Mahakala, etc., any wrathful deity of activity faces upwards. Along with inhaling, with a fierce Vajra storm, gather all enemies and obstacles, visualizing passing from one's own mouth through the secret place into the mouth of the Mahakala, with the soles of the feet facing upwards. Thus, practice the fierce activity. Similarly, in the Hundred Thousand Verses, the navel

The hero who dwells in the center of that, is the abode where semen is hidden. Because of equality, possessing wisdom and means, is well explained as Vajrasattva. That itself transcends the three realms, Heruka is said to have two arms. Thus it is said. In the Vajra Life Garland Tantra, it says: Because it gathers all the Dakinis, therefore it is called the Gatherer of Dakinis. Always dwelling in the center of the navel, it has light equal to a thousand suns. Because the fire of great wisdom arises, it destroys all conceptual thoughts. Thus it is said. The Vajra Essence says: The blazing fire burns away all afflictions. This is the meaning of the words and so on. As above, in the navel, contemplate the nature of Tummo as the stove of pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and wrathful activities. The Victorious Ocean or the four-family Avalokiteshvara embracing the consort, contemplate as the nature of A-thung, offer sesame seeds and so on as before, and accomplish the four activities. This is the fire visualization for accomplishing the four activities in the lower part. To accomplish the boundless activities: Eating Tummo as food, visualize the Guru in the throat, the Yidam in the heart, and the Dharma Protectors in the navel, all as the nature of fire. By offering the nature of possessing food, drink, and the five objects of desire, contemplate the arising of all bliss, warmth, experience, and realization. Wearing Chandali as clothing, visualize the Guru on the crown of the head as a body of fire. With the upper garment of fire and the lower garment of fire, ornaments appear, wearing and adorning the body, so that the whole body is extremely hot. Spreading Chandali as a cushion, visualize the fire burning below as a precious throne, cushion, and backrest of fire. Riding Chandali as a horse, oneself as the Yidam with the nature of fire, the wind goddess lifts from the armpits with two wings of fire. From under the feet, focus the mind on the wind circle with banners running swiftly. Chandali cutting off the attachment to clothing, by focusing on A-thung, with flames filling the body inside and out, contemplate many fire Dakinis dancing, and shake oneself violently. Chandali cutting off the bondage of food, with the Ha syllable, fill the wind in the belly, and contemplate that the inside of all the channels is solid, and within it, nectar gently fills the body, increasing warmth and the body. Pacifying thirst, in the channel places of the body, contemplate countless Vajra Takis made of water filling with fire, and hold the water wind. Chan
