Since it is the time to accomplish various siddhis, seize the opportunity. Because the air that flows out of both nostrils simultaneously is the air of wisdom, seize the opportunity at that time, and the air will enter the central channel, which is the time when supreme siddhis arise, so seize the opportunity. Do not seize the opportunity when the body is very full, because the air cannot be contained, and there is a risk that the veins will be misplaced and the air will go astray. Do not seize the opportunity when you are very hungry, because there is a risk that air will arise. The illusory body is comfortable when it is moderately full and hungry. As it is said, seize the opportunity when it is moderately full and hungry. When you are full or hungry, it doesn't matter if there is a little gentle air. In the chapter on veins and air, collect the middle part of the first urine in the morning and pour it into the skull. There, bless it with the mantra of Sme rtsegs, or visualize your body as a glass vase, your mind as Vajra Destroyer (Tibetan: རྡོ་རྗེ་རྣམ་འཇོམས།), or Vajrasattva. Visualize the Hum syllable in your heart surrounded by mantras, and nectar descends, filling your body. Visualize nectar descending from the mouth of the secret Vajra vase. Discard the first urine, and also discard the last one. Think of the best part of the middle one as an offering to the Three Jewels, and sprinkle a little. Think of the rest as nectar and drink a mouthful. Use the rest to wash your whole body, making it pure. If you do that, you can eliminate evil spirits, no obstacles will arise, and you can also resist epidemics, and the body will easily generate heat. Inside the low stool, place a ball of wool wrapped in wool at the bottom of the lower door, so that the lower air can be controlled naturally. It is also important to place a round piece of cloth. Then sit in the vajra posture or the bodhisattva posture, with the spine very straight. Press the base of the index finger with the thumbs of both hands, clench your fists, and place them on the thighs. Then slowly extend your right hand straight, make a threatening mudra, then retract it, block the right nostril with the threatening mudra, and slowly exhale the first breath from the left nostril. Then a medium breath. Then exhale with all your strength. Similarly, slowly extend your left hand, clench your fist, block the left nostril with the threatening mudra, and exhale three times from the right nostril as before. Then hold both fists on your hips and exhale from both nostrils simultaneously, first slowly exhaling one breath. Then a medium breath. Then exhale one breath with all your strength. At that time, the pores of the body

Everything exists like a sieve, and through the nostrils and pores, all the sins and obscurations accumulated from beginningless samsara are expelled in the form of black smoke, the whole body becomes empty and clear, and the mind is focused on a crystal-like, immaculate state. Then, inhale slowly and deeply, visualizing a thread of five-colored light appearing from the space sixteen finger-widths in front of the nose, entering through the nostrils. Passing through the two channels, the right and left, it enters the central channel from below the navel. Meditate on it dissolving in the heart center. Relax the abdomen and fill it with air. Tighten the lower air. Tighten the upper air below the throat and hold it as long as possible. If you cannot bear it or become ill, inhale a small amount of air through the nostrils and visualize it emitting blue light from the pores. Strike the armpit three times with the elbow and arm of the right hand. Do the same with the left hand. If you still cannot bear it, take small breaths and strike the armpits. Then, if you cannot bear it and are about to exhale, first exhale slowly from both nostrils, and then quickly exhale all the remaining air. Hold it again as before. In this, first is inhaling, which is one. Then is filling the abdomen, which is two. Then is expelling from the central channel through the pores, which is three. Then, finally, shooting out from the nostrils like an arrow, which is four, and this is called the four unions. When shooting out like an arrow, although there is also the practice of visualizing the air emitting blue light from the central channel from the crown of the head, it is not meditated on more than once or twice because it is harmful to life and has many obstacles. During these times, although it is inconvenient to recite aloud, the six-syllable mantra should be recited in the mind. The essence of the five elements of the body is the mantra that increases the power of the five airs, which is the six-syllable mantra. The emanation king said: Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम्, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om), the essence of the union of the five elements. Ma (Tibetan: མ, Sanskrit Devanagari: मा, Sanskrit Romanization: mā, Literal Chinese meaning: Ma) opens the wisdom of all sentient beings. Ni (Tibetan: ཎི, Sanskrit Devanagari: णि, Sanskrit Romanization: ṇi, Literal Chinese meaning: Ni) matures and strengthens the flesh and bones of all sentient beings. Pad (Tibetan: པད, Sanskrit Devanagari: पद्, Sanskrit Romanization: pad, Literal Chinese meaning: Pad) brings warmth, burns the marks of conceptual thoughts, and subdues the inherent poison. Me (Tibetan: མེ, Sanskrit Devanagari: मे, Sanskrit Romanization: me, Literal Chinese meaning: Me) moistens the blood and fills it with luster. Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) sustains life and supports the body. Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम्, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om) Ma (Tibetan: མ, Sanskrit Devanagari: मा, Sanskrit Romanization: mā, Literal Chinese meaning: Ma) Ni (Tibetan: ཎི, Sanskrit Devanagari: णि, Sanskrit Romanization: ṇi, Literal Chinese meaning: Ni) Pad (Tibetan: པད, Sanskrit Devanagari: पद्, Sanskrit Romanization: pad, Literal Chinese meaning: Pad) Me (Tibetan: མེ, Sanskrit Devanagari: मे, Sanskrit Romanization: me, Literal Chinese meaning: Me) Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum). Thus it is said. Also, when holding the breath, visualize countless strings of connected six-syllable mantras, like thousands of threads, entering from the left nostril, passing through the path of the right channel, entering the right channel from below the navel.
