If, with motivation of desire, one engages with a wisdom consort, and if the seminal fluid increases, if one cannot view the nature of reversal and bliss, and transform it into bliss-emptiness, desire will be out of control, leading to seminal depletion. Moreover, if one cannot make the channels and winds workable, but merely relies on the stages of visualization of the path of means to engage with women, or uses the pretext of bestowing secret empowerment on disciples, yet cannot gain control over the channels and winds, nor experience the nature of the four joys, both teacher and student engage in impure conduct. This is the way of the Carvakas, who proclaim desire as Dharma. The followers of the Carvakas believe that desire is Dharma, and thus it is said that they will be reborn as womb-born beings. If they hold vows, they will be reborn in the charnel ground. If they are householders, they will be reborn as ugly Brahmins in the retinue of the Lord of Beings. The sutra says: 'All ornaments and attire, whatever belongs to whom, are attributed to them. The ugly Brahmin is their lineage. From the five wheels of self-arisen bliss, drawing from the freedom of the path of means, indulging in desire at will, due to insufficient view, bliss becomes weak. The Great Lord falls, wandering in samsara.' Thus it is said. The Kila-kilaya, etc., and the eight charnel ground guardians, etc., who are deceptive, according to the Nyingma view, the mandala of the boundless Lord of Desire, the twenty-eight, etc., are all the self-manifestation of wisdom, like the rays of the sun. Yogis who arise from the rays of the principal deity, the twenty-eight vertebrae within are purified, appearing as the twenty-eight lords, the eight aggregates are purified, appearing as the eight charnel ground guardians, the four directional thoughts are purified, appearing as the four Kilas, etc. If one does not understand these symbolic meanings, those Acharyas who are workers of manifest deception, acting like dogs killing wild animals, will be reborn as flesh-eating Rakshasis of the charnel ground. The sutra says: 'The hosts of female servants with powerful karma, if it is determined that they are such, will fall into the hosts of black Yakshinis, harming the lives of others.' Thus it is said. Furthermore, even if one is rich in many qualities, but out of jealousy of others' profound Dharma, says, 'This is a false Dharma,' thereby obstructing it and causing others to have doubts.

In short, although realizing the meaning of one's own heart essence does not lead to falling into the lower realms, it is said that one is always born as a harmer (yaksha). As it is said in the Wheel of Bliss: "By being jealous of others' Dharma, even if one possesses many qualities, if one's own heart essence is not mistaken, one will always fall into the gate of the harmer and wander." Therefore, if one does not have the great qualities of the three trainings and is jealous of the Dharma, one is abandoning the Dharma, and it is difficult to be liberated from Avici hell. Even if one possesses the vast qualities of the three trainings, if one slanders others' Dharma out of jealousy, one will fall into being a harmer. If one does not have the motivation of jealousy and prevents others' mistaken views in order to propagate the Dharma, and if one says that one's own tradition is superior to others in order to propagate the Dharma, it is not jealousy, but faith in the Dharma, so it is not a transgression. Like all the wise ones of the past, who extensively explained the reasons for refuting other traditions and establishing their own traditions. If one does not understand the meaning of the view as it is, and one holds the pride of wrathful deities such as Hayagriva, and one kills living beings with fierce anger through fierce mantras, devoid of compassion, or even worse, one sacrifices animals as blood offerings in places like Tsari, thinking that the accumulation of offerings will lead to accomplishment, and one hangs chickens and pigs in Pukong, or transfers diseases and evil spirits to sheep and goats and slaughters them, and one transfers misfortune to people born in the same year and month and kills them, which is prevalent in Gyarong and Jang, and similarly, one falls into externalism in order to make offerings and do good deeds. As it is said in the Wheel of Bliss: "Those who do not understand self and cling to self, claiming to be practitioners of secret mantra, cut off the lives of sentient beings, and wander in the gate of eternalism and nihilism of externalists." So it is said. The definitive meaning, the ultimate truth of the nature of reality, is such that good cannot increase it, evil cannot harm it, becoming a Buddha cannot make it better, and wandering in samsara cannot make it worse. Although one understands this, if one does not understand that even though one understands this, one must still practice virtue and abandon evil like an illusion in this state, and one only puts this view on one's lips and engages in scattered activities, then it is the view of the black-mouthed demon, which is no different from the nihilistic view of externalists, so one will make the great hell one's home, which is very pitiful.
