Pages 301 to 400. Pages 301 to 400. Having recognized, abide in the nature of mind. Let the mind rest in its own place. Relax the mind and abide. Let the mind be as it is and abide. Let the mind be free and abide. Thus it is said. Geshe Serlingpa said: Throw it away with a wide swing, loosen it with relaxation. Strike it sharply, let it be. Thus it is said. The Kadampa Book and Jowo (Atisha) said: Thus, everything is mind, and the nature of mind is like me. Because I am the son of Avadhuti, even if you dig out my faults now, it is still the nature of mind. Even if you praise me, it is still mind. Thus he said. He asked: Do all the Upasakas understand that everything is mind? Panchen Shakya Shri's instruction, "The Precious Nine Strands," says: If whatever appears is left in its own place, it is effortless spontaneous accomplishment. If whatever arises is grasped as its essence, awareness is liberated in its own place. If the movement is cut off at its root, thoughts and concepts vanish into the expanse. These three are the nature of one's own mind, so they are truly real. Sachen Kunga Nyingpo said: In the great Mudra of non-duality, if there is no time of realization, it is like a mule meeting its offspring. If you recognize the nature of mind, it is realization. Thus, recognizing the nature of mind is said to be Mahamudra. In the instruction manual for obtaining the Mahamudra Stupa, written by Jetsun Drakpa Gyaltsen, it says: Leave the body relaxed, abiding in its natural, uncorrected state. Thus it is said. Sakya Pandita said in the "Eighth Chapter Verse": If stretched out for too long, it will not go, if examined too closely, it will not be attached, if released well, it will not be established, what is the nature of this? If one clings to it even slightly, in whatever way, one will be bound. If one knows its nature, one will be completely liberated from all bonds. Thus it is said. Machig Labdrön said in the "Collection of Teachings": Therefore, abide in a state of non-thinking. Do not cut off the traces of arising thoughts and concepts. Just as lightning flashes in the sky with its own light, let the arising thoughts abide in the same way. Thus it is said. Likewise, if one recognizes the nature of one's own mind, one does not need to accomplish Buddhahood from elsewhere. Thus it is said. Redawa Zhönnu Lodrö said: The primordial mind, free from clarity and dimness, sinking and excitement, do not disturb it with the mind that wants to meditate, leave it in its own place. Relax and raise the banner of mindfulness. Thus it is said. Therefore, there is no need to deliberately reject thoughts. Let them be, and keep watch with mindfulness. Just like reciting mantras over poison, thoughts are ignorance.

Manifests as great wisdom. Thus it is said. Although the Sakya, Kadampa, Nyingma, and all others have different ways of establishing the view temporarily, there is no difference in the essence of the fundamental view, and they are in agreement, as stated by the great accomplished master Dudmo Tashi Ozer. The view of the great Jetsun Tsongkhapa and his followers is that until the first bhumi of directly perceiving emptiness is attained, non-conceptualization is the same for both sutra and tantra. Therefore, there is no need to meditate on emptiness directly now. Before attaining the bhumi, 'Bhe' (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) in the general sense of emptiness. By establishing all phenomena as emptiness through scripture and reasoning, a strong conviction of emptiness arises. Until that disappears, remain in equipoise. Again, examine through scripture and reasoning as before. As soon as conviction arises, remain in equipoise on it for a moment. Remaining one-pointedly is shamatha. Examining and analyzing that is vipassana, it is said. In the Mahamudra tradition, it seems that emptiness falls into the nature of knowable objects. In short, as stated in the text, all the meanings of the completion stage, such as 'Hril' (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) from one's own heart, are found in the verses of the five deities of Chakrasamvara composed by the omniscient Konchog Bang: Outer and inner vessels and contents dissolve into light. Gradually, everything merges into me. I myself dissolve into the Hril (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) in my heart. The syllable 'Hum' (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) dissolves into the sound. There is no subject or object, and no distraction. There is no negation or affirmation, and no fabrication. All elaborations are completely pacified. It is the nature of Mahamudra. Thus it is said. In the recitation of the seed syllable of Great Compassion composed by Jetsun Wangchuk Dorje: When concluding the session, all vessels and contents dissolve into me. I also dissolve into the syllable 'Hri' (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), and remain in a clear and empty state like a dissolving rainbow, in whatever state it is. Cut off the thoughts of the three times. Recite in the state of the completion stage. Thus it is said. In the time of Kumara, Chakrasamvara gradually dissolves, like a rainbow dissolving in the sky, in the emptiness without object, in the effortless, relaxed, and unfabricated state, naturally remain in whatever state it is, it is said. This completion stage of dissolving from the outer to the inner, when practiced at the time of death, accomplishes the transference of consciousness of the Dharmakaya, that is, one grasps the intention. When sleeping, one grasps the clear light of sleep with the syllable 'Gho' (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), so this is also the yoga of sleep, 了
