Now is the concluding stage of the evening session, the Completion Stage. Those who have liberated their minds, whether the Generation Stage is stable or not, should practice for twelve years, and then desire to enter the Completion Stage. The father and son, Nagarjuna, relied on the Generation Stage to enter the Completion Stage. Among the Five Stages, from being well-established in the Generation Stage, for those who desire the Completion Stage, this method is like the rungs of a ladder, as taught by the Complete Buddha. Similarly, Dombipa also said that the Completion Stage is entered after the Generation Stage is stable. Jowo Naropa said: From the beginning, understanding how the nature of the Generation Stage abides in the Completion Stage, and how the radiance of the Completion Stage arises in the Generation Stage, is union. My spiritual friends said this. Therefore, the distinctions between the two stages of Generation and Completion have been extensively explained. Now, I will briefly discuss how to eliminate obstacles and deviations on the path of Secret Mantra. If Secret Mantra goes on the right path, accomplishments are very swift; if it does not go on the right path, deviations are very great. Therefore, this essence of secrecy, the deviations are great, as the Victorious Ones have said. Also, in the Nyingma scripture, "The Single Intention," it says: Whether one meditates on the union of father and mother filled with joy and bliss aroused by desire, or whether one meditates on a terrifying form that frightens the hearts of enemies aroused by hatred, or whether one meditates on a form with the head of an animal and without marks and signs aroused by ignorance, if one does so, there is no difference from practicing demons, evil spirits, and nagas, and great faults will arise, and only that result will be obtained, and no single quality will arise. Or, all deities should be meditated upon as having qualities, complete qualities, and adorned with marks and signs. After saying this, it is very important to have the motivation of bodhicitta without mixing the three poisons. It is very important to have the actual practice that is not permanent but like a rainbow in space. Finally, it is very important to dedicate the Completion Stage to emptiness, and to dedicate the attainment of enlightenment for the sake of all sentient beings. The Protector of the Three Realms said that if one manifests miraculous powers after the Generation Stage has become stable, one will be burned in hell while holding the form of a deity. The Root Tantra of Manjushri also says: In the past, a Brahmin named Shakya practiced Yama.

It is said that the fifth king, by making offerings to the hidden lama and using magic to kill all the king's enemies, suffered immeasurable years of torment in hell. Similarly, Pega practiced Vajrabhairava for forty-four years, and many spirits, due to the power of having previously practiced deities, now have great magical powers, but they have broken their vows and, due to the Boba of Aziitas (Tibetan transliteration) and wrong prayers, are reborn as ghosts. The Lord of the World said, "If a deity develops desire, it is a hungry ghost; if a deity develops hatred, it is hell; if a deity develops ignorance, it is an animal; if a deity turns into poison, it is non-virtue, and suffering will occur." For example, due to the influence of desire, wanting a woman and practicing a deity of attraction, if things are successful, but without practicing the subtle energies of the channels and winds, just acting like an ordinary person; driven by the desire for food and wealth, practicing a wealth deity, if things are successful, but not striving to make offerings and accumulate merit, but living indulgently, only pursuing greatness in this life, these people will fall into the realm of hungry ghosts. If it is not for the benefit of the Dharma, and without possessing the ten conditions, but using magic out of selfish hatred, causing others to die, and not making efforts to eliminate one's own obscurations, manifest signs, or transfer others to a better place, but leaving it unattended, one will fall into the hell realm. Due to the influence of ignorance, not understanding the true meaning of mantras and other aspects of the Dharma, but regarding deities, such as wrathful deities with animal heads, as ordinary animal heads, not understanding the purity and symbolic meaning of their bodies, but arrogantly thinking oneself to be a mantra practitioner, and crudely applying cause and effect, acting carelessly, one will fall into the animal realm. Although some say that for every coming and going of a moment's thought, one will fall into the three poisons, I think this much is enough. Furthermore, the nine doors where mantras fall into error are, as stated in the Sutra, "Demons and Rakshasas, Rudra and, the great obstructors and the dwelling of Shogam (Tibetan transliteration), great gods, Yakshas, heretics, and, hell are the doors of falling into obstruction." In general, all sentient beings are parents. In particular, those who consider themselves to be Mahayana practitioners, their root is the belief that all sentient beings are the same Buddha. They promise, vow, and witness that they will do this.
