Whoever rises in the morning and recites, or if they recite, they will be freed from all diseases such as leprosy, scabies, itching, boils, bad sores, stupidity, and difficulty in breathing. They will remember their births in all lifetimes. At the time of death, they will be reborn in Sukhavati. Wherever they are born and wherever they dwell, they will never be separated from the noble Avalokiteśvara. If they constantly recite, their mind will become subdued, their voice will become melodious, and they will become proficient in all scriptures. Thus it is said. In the Sutra of the Arrangement of the Jewel Casket, the supreme Red Buddha declared: "Son of noble family or daughter of noble family, whoever recites the six-syllable mantra, their eloquence will become inexhaustible. The aggregate of wisdom will become completely pure. They will be endowed with great love and great compassion. Each day, they will perfect the six perfections. They will obtain the state of a vidyādhara cakravartin. They will become irreversible bodhisattvas. They will manifestly awaken to unsurpassed, perfectly complete enlightenment. Those who speak this six-syllable mantra and constantly strive in recitation are blessed. When they recite, Buddhas, Bhagavat, as many as the sands of the Ganges, will gather. In each pore of that son of noble family, the Tathāgatas will dwell. Having dwelt there, (they will say:) 'Son of noble family, you have obtained such a wish-fulfilling jewel. Son of noble family, it is good that you have liberated your seven generations! Son of noble family, the beings dwelling in your belly will also become irreversible bodhisattvas. Very good, blessings will be bestowed.' Thus it is said. In the Arrangement of the Jewel Casket, the Dharma speaker of Jambudvipa spoke for the bodhisattva to purify obscurations: 'Son of noble family, reciting the six-syllable mantra once perfects the six perfections.' Thus it is said. In the Arrangement of the Jewel Casket, the Bhagavan Shakyamuni Buddha declared: 'Son of noble family,'

It is for the complete perfection of generosity, discipline, patience, diligence, meditation, and wisdom. Oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ (藏文:ༀ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:ओँ मणि पद्मे हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ). By reciting it once, the six perfections will be completely fulfilled. It is said. If one holds the six-syllable mantra once, then all the Tathagatas will be honored and respected with robes, food, bedding, medicine for illness, and all necessities. It is said. From the Great Sutra of the Arrangement of the Treasure Chest, the Bhagavan Shakyamuni Buddha said: Those who are attached to the wives of others and engage in sexual misconduct; or commit the act of killing; or kill their parents; or kill an Arhat; or defile a Bhikshuni; or destroy a stupa; or demolish a temple; or with malicious intent draw blood from the body of the Tathagata; all the obscurations of the deeds of the five heinous crimes can also be purified from the root by this six-syllable mantra of the Arrangement of the Treasure Chest. It is said. In short, it can pacify diseases and evil spirits in this life, and become the supreme of all protections, increase wisdom, purify sins and obscurations, complete the accumulation of merit, be reborn in pure lands, quickly attain enlightenment, and so on, and vast benefits are taught. In the Great Compassionate Secret Gathering Tantra, it is said: Outwardly, it is six syllables, inwardly, it is ten syllables, secretly, it is seven syllables, as it is taught in the Dvisbyar. The merit of taking the life of sentient beings in the world can be counted by the noble ones. The qualities of reciting the seven syllables once, how can they be expressed? All sentient beings in the three realms, The merit of placing them in the Buddha's land, although the seven syllables can be counted, the merit of reciting them once cannot be counted. The accumulation of merit from offering to the Buddhas filling the sky, although the seven syllables can be counted, the merit of reciting them once cannot be counted. A person who has received the empowerment and transmission of the seven syllables can transform karma and the ripening of karma. The ten non-virtuous deeds and the five heinous crimes can be purified in this very life. Whoever holds this essence in their mind, is the Great Compassionate Avalokiteshvara, who can remove obstacles and subdue beings. Hearing and remembering this essence
