It is said, "With offerings such as lutes and flutes, I always make offerings to the guides of the mandala and their retinues." Regarding the general practice of the mandala, Gyaton Chosang believes that there are two goddesses on each side of the door, each holding offerings that correspond to their names: Pipa-ma (lute goddess) is blue, Lingbu-ma (flute goddess) is yellow, Ngadum-ma (round drum goddess) is red, and Dzanga-ma (pot drum goddess) is green; these four are in the east. Zhepa-ma (laughter goddess) is red, Gegpa-ma (grace goddess) is blue, Luma (song goddess) is red, and Garma (dance goddess) is green; these four are in the south. Metok-ma (flower goddess) is white, Dukpo-ma (incense goddess) is blue, Marme-ma (lamp goddess) is red, and Drichab-ma (perfume goddess) is green; these four are in the west. Rup Dorje (form vajra) is white, Ro-ma (taste goddess) is red, Reg-ma (touch goddess) is green, and Cho-ma (dharma goddess) is white; these four are placed in the north. Thus, there are sixteen goddesses, but the reason for mainly mentioning five is that they are the five sources of arising, such as Rup Dorje (form vajra), which is the pure form of the eye's source of arising, and the five goddesses who purify the five senses and five objects. In the profound Padma Tantra, it is said that even during the body mandala, no other offering goddesses are mentioned, but these five are referred to as "Bhe": "Form is the eye, sound is the ear, smell is the nose, taste is the tongue, touch is meditated upon in the body." Therefore, these are the deities of the mandala and the common offering deities. Regarding the body color, the Indian texts say, "The red Ro Dorje-ma (taste vajra goddess) of Lhasanamsu (a place or lineage) holds a kapala bowl and a lotus in her two hands. The blue Dra Dorje-ma (sound vajra goddess) holds a flute and a lotus. The yellow Dri Dorje-ma (smell vajra goddess) holds incense and a lotus. The green Reg Dorje-ma (touch vajra goddess) holds clothing and a lotus. The white Rup Dorje-ma (form vajra goddess) holds a mirror and a lotus." Thus it is said. Although it is not clear in which direction these five "Bhe" are placed in the texts, Rup Dorje (form vajra) is white in color and belongs to the Buddha family, and Dra Dorje-ma (sound vajra goddess) is blue in color and is definitely of the Vajra family; these two are in the east. Dri Dorje (smell vajra) is yellow and belongs to the Ratna family, in the south. Ro Dorje (taste vajra) is red and belongs to the Padma family, so it is in the west. Reg Dorje (touch vajra) is green and belongs to the Karma family, so it should be placed in the north, and the other eleven should be visualized as convenient. Fourth, blessing the body, speech, and mind: In the Indian texts and most other texts, it is said that the moon, lotus, and sun are placed in the three places, but the nine self-arisen deities and the Indian texts here agree that the moon, sun, and lotus are mentioned, the moon being the skillful means of great compassion.

That itself is the seed of the form body, so it is in the place of the body. The sun is the wisdom of emptiness, which is the basis of all inexpressible expressions. In emptiness, A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A) is unborn, and all letters arise from it, so meditate on it in the place of speech. The lotus, with its petals and stamens joined together, symbolizes the inseparability of method and wisdom, and is also the nature of the mind hand seal. The inseparability of method and wisdom is the wisdom of bliss and emptiness, so the lotus appears as the place of the mind. Regarding the blessing of the body, it is said in the Tantra of the Lotus King: The glorious Buddha possessing the body, the indestructible three vajra bodies, I pray that you bless me. All the Buddhas abiding in the ten directions, meditating on the indestructible three vajras, I pray that you bless me. It is said "Om" (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om). If it is explained in detail, from the Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om) on the moon on the forehead, rays of light emanate, filling all the space in front with the father and mother of Vairochana, who are in union. The bodhicitta dissolves into the nature of white nectar, enters from the forehead, and dissolves into Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om), contemplating that one has received the body empowerment. Such blessings are proclaimed in the great tantras and also come from the instructions of the wise. In my own pure dreams, I also had the special experience of actually visualizing the blessing of the three places in this way. In summary, it is sufficient to simply contemplate the white Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om) as the nature of the Buddha's body. The self-born one, the meaningful foot, and Jalandhara said that the crown of the head is Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om). The venerable Tathagata said that the forehead is Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om), which is not contradictory. Meditate below the brahmarandhra, the upper surface inside the head at the point of the urna. In the Tantra of the Lotus King, it is said: The glorious Buddha possessing speech, etc., up to the letter A (Tibetan: ཨཱ, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: ā, Literal meaning: A) as mentioned above. Contemplate Amitabha father and mother filling the sky. If we summarize the above explanation, the nature of the speech of all Buddhas is the red A (Tibetan: ཨཱ, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: ā, Literal meaning: A) Bhe (Tibetan: བྷེ, Devanagari: भे, Romanized Sanskrit: bhe, Literal meaning: Bhe). This text, the self-born one, and the Great Powerful Dharma King said the letter A (Tibetan: ཨཱ, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: ā, Literal meaning: A) at the throat. Jalandhara said: At the root of the tongue is the red A (Tibetan: ཨཱ, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: ā, Literal meaning: A). The place of speech is the throat, and although there are many upper and lower parts of the throat, the root of the tongue is the letter Bhe (Tibetan: བྷེ, Devanagari: भे, Romanized Sanskrit: bhe, Literal meaning: Bhe). Why? Because all verbal expression depends on the tongue, that is, the root of the tongue.
