Since the ground is not clear, it is made clear. The details of the mandala's ornaments are not elaborated in detail because it is difficult to present everything clearly in the generation stage. Then, the generation of the seat is a very complete part derived from the Indian scriptures. Visualize a red eight-petaled lotus, called "Pam (Tibetan: པཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: प, Sanskrit Romanization: paṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Pam) Lotus Mandala," with stamens. It is called "Ma Surya Mandala." Above it, visualize the sun seat, and called "A Canda Mandala," visualize the moon seat, vast and wide. Thus it is said. Self-Arisen Vajra said, "Its center is the center of various eight-petaled lotuses, with the sun mandala." Thus it is said, there are two situations of whether or not there is "Apama" in the deity's position. In the "Jewel Blaze," it says, "The half of the third is behind, from half onwards, the fourth vajra garland is the deity's clothing." It is considered that the main vajra garland and above are three large parts, and the fourth large part is the deity's clothing. Black Practitioner said, "The threads of the deity's position are established in the corners in the same way as the doors." Thus it is said that the deity's clothing is one large part, and the lotus in the center surrounded by the vajra garland is the position of the main deity. It is also considered that small lotuses are established in the eight directions of the deity's clothing, and each lotus is established with attendants. Those without deity's clothing also have no vajra garland, and the rule of only having lotuses is that Glorious Supreme Dombhipa said, "In its center there are eight petals, visualize a red lotus." Thus it is said, and the Non-Dual Vajra Jalandharapa and others also think so. Marmemdze said, "The central blue burning palace, the vajra fence is the lotus seat." Thus it is said. Kampa Pa said, "Inside the palace there are eight lotus petals, surrounded by a black vajra garland." Thus it is said, the center surrounded by a small part of the vajra garland, on the eight lotus petals, nine deities are established. Teacher Risheng and Shantipa made a circular vajra garland on the outermost periphery, making the form of nine lotus stamens and eight pillars, and on each lotus stamen, deities are established on each lotus. This is considered to be the rule of Abhaya, from the outside to the inside, a small part is the vajra fence, and a small part is high in height. Inside, nine small parts are the deity's clothing, illuminated by the light of each deity. Inside, a small part is the vajra garland, a small part is high, four small parts. In total, there are lotus stems and petals above the eight small parts in the center.

Like the center of an apple, surrounded by a garland of pistils, filling the inner stone enclosure, and eight petals covering the outer celestial cloth, it is of such nature. From the complete lines of the four mandalas of Hevajra, the lord of the nine Abhayas. On the outer surface, for the meaning of the center, five small parts are discarded, forming a single round line of pistils. Outside of that, in the middle of the petals, for the meaning of the petals, ten small parts are discarded, this is a distinction. Outside of that, one small part is for the vases. Some say that it is a vajra garland. Thus it is said. The Indian scripture speaks of a red lotus, and the various lotuses spoken of by the scripture itself and the self-arisen do not contradict each other. The Krishnacharyas and others describe the lotus as having various colors. Dombipa and Advayavajra speak of a red lotus, the center of the red lotus is reddish-purple, the east and northeast are reddish-blue, the south and southeast are reddish-yellow, the west and northwest are reddish-bright, and the north and northwest are reddish-green. On top of the lotus, the Indian scripture of the nine deities speaks of both the sun and the moon. In the abodes of the Tathagatas, there are moon seats. In the center, there are various eight-petaled lotuses, eight petals, and the center and nine are nine moon mandalas. Following the self-arisen nine deities, this scripture speaks of the sun mandala, considering that the moon seat is suitable for peaceful deities. The sun and moon are symbols of method and wisdom, and the sun is the seat of wrathful deities, so because power and might are united, this is a deity of power, therefore it is a sun seat. These seats must also be visualized as being accomplished at the same time as the palace, as Advayavajra said. Thus, as soon as the palace is completely generated, one should think that its essence is Vairochana, appearing in the form of a palace of the form body, and hold a slight pride in the mind. Then, the generation of the dependent deity: on top of that, from the appearance of ཧཱི (Tibetan: ཧཱི, Devanagari: ह्रीः, IAST: hrīḥ, meaning: great compassion), a red lotus with a thousand petals, visualize that the center is marked with that very letter. From that, radiate immeasurable rays of light, and those rays of light urge all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the lotus family, as well as the thousand Buddhas of the Fortunate Aeon, and when the rays of light gather back, the ཧཱི (Tibetan: ཧཱི, Devanagari: ह्रीः, IAST: hrīḥ, meaning: great compassion) in the center is completely transformed, thereby purifying the skandha of form.
